I cannot recommend this company enough. I had a repair that required a lot of thought and planning to avoid uprooting a tree and due to an unusually long sewer line. I had consultations with 4 other companies and Steve from Pipelining Northwest had the patience and expertise to create the best solution. This is a family business and I was treated like a family member. I also appreciated that Steve spoke to me as an equal which, as a woman, was not always the case with some other companies. This is the company you want to call to get the job done right.

Wow. Highly recommended. Fast. Professional. Clean. I cant say enough about Pipelining Northwest. We had a sewer line breakage in our back yard that was 8 feet under a concrete slab. The job had to be hand dug. They are licensed and bonded. Got the right permits and inspections. They did all of the extras to make the job done right. Oh.... and they were VERY competitive on pricing. THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Due to legal issues, my sewer line has been badly in need of repair for three years. The issues were resolved and we had two bids. We chose Pipelining NW at random to give us a third. They came in lower and had a far better solution than the others. Very well experienced folks. They came in quickly and seriously had it done sooner than I ever expected. They only had to dig a small hole, and got it put back like they were never there. Their staff were courteous and professional, their quote was quick and easy to understand- they were a great choice. Steve and Cody were excellent to do business with. They showed up on time, provided an extremely competitive bid, and completed the sewer relining work on schedule. Their crew made sure that any soil or pavers that needed to be moved during the work were replaced. I highly recommend Pipelining Northwest!

We had a great experience working with Pipelining Northwest! The team came out several times to look at our property, dig up the footing drain, and eventually dislodge a serious clog. They were communicative, helpful, friendly, and they didn’t try to sell us expensive solutions. They did a good job explaining what our problem was and how to fix it in the most cost effective way. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional, and I would definitely hire them again.

Austin is a pro. He quickly removed roots in our sewer pipe that were causing a blockage, and a backup in our basement shower, when we ran our washing machine in deep fill mode. He is very knowledgeable and knows what and how far to cut given we have a very old sewer pipe. We contacted him because our extended family regularly has Austin, and owner Cody, do sewer work and think they are awesome. They are right! We also met Cody on this job, the owner, and he was great too! They run a successful business because they are honest and most of their business is from word of mouth. They dont try to gouge you.

Once the visit was scheduled, a couple of nice gentlemen arrived at our home and got the work done efficiently and professionally. They also took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and suggestions for how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. We are very impressed with the level of service provided by PNW. Their knowledge, honesty, and quick response time set them as outstanding plumbers in the area.
