    Very responsive and gave a solid quote for work prior to starting the job. Redesigned the pipes under our sink to repair the leak and make the flow of the drain more efficient.     I had used Dave and his team at Maple Valley Plumbing a couple of times for smaller plumbing needs around my home and then suddenly I had a big need - a new water main that needed to be trenched about 300ft to our home! Dave and co were awesome through the whole process, and when it was done our drive looked refreshed and clean, the new water line tucked safely underneath.     My daughter had a Shower valve at her house that wouldnt shut off so we had to turn off the water to her entire house. The first plumber that came to look at it didnt know what brand it was and gave us an exorbitant price to work on it. I called Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing and he came to my daughters house on Sunday morning, removed the failed valve cartridge, and went to the store to find a replacement. Soon after he got back from the store he completed the repair and got her water turned back on. Next time I have any Plumbing issues my first call will be to Maple Valley Plumbing!

    I wanted to wait a few weeks before doing this review. Let me start off with Dave. What a great guy. Extremely easy to talk to And a real go-getter. I had to take a day off of work because my shower basically exploded and I needed a plumber immediately. I didnā€™t expect anything and thought I would have to make a few calls, but he was the only one since he got right to it and came that day. His guys were awesome, they worked quickly and did a five star job highly highly recommend them. If you go anywhere else, youā€™re just wasting your time. These guys know what theyā€™re doing..     They installed a water heater for us a few years ago and the guys came out for a warranty job free of charge. It should have been quick.     Dave and team were great! Andy came out and quickly diagnosed that our plumbing backing up was likely a filter in the septic or main line from the house, he found and fixed the issue fast. After getting the system working again, he also went through and checked the septic pump function to verify we didnt also have a problem there, and then explained everything he did and what we can do ourselves before calling them in the future.

    My water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. I found my garage flooded at 9:15am. I called MV Plumbing and was given Daveā€™s contact info due to my emergency. He had his crew at my house within 25 min to assess and help turn off everything. One crew went to pick up a new unit and the 2nd crew showed up right after to remove the old one. The entire process smooth and very efficient. The guys cleaned up everything and even helped push out some of the water mess. I had hot water by lunch time.     The owner of Maple Valley Plumbing is my new hero! I messed up a DIY attempt to attach a bidet to my toilet (water leaking everywhere) and called him in a panic to fix my mistake. He took time to show up in person on a Sunday morning, fixed my mistake, found and showed me where my whole house water shutoff valve is (I didnā€™t have a clue and never would have found it where itā€™s located), replaced my bathroom water shutoff valve, readjusted some things that werenā€™t right in the inside of the toilet tank, and gave me some great advice for some other things I want to do. Overall just went out of his way to do an excellent job and above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

    Wow, sure is nice to know that thereā€™s some good companies and some good guys still out there. I normally gal who can take care of myself and things around me, but I got myself in a bit of a pickle during our most recent ice storm. Not only was Maple Valley plumbing on the ball and ready to help with our ice storm needs. He also saw me at the post office and helped me get through the ice and waited for me to do my errands and get me back to my car. I just had double knee replacement, and thought that I was OK to go out, but it was much easier than I thought. Thank you so much for taking care of my home and getting me back to my car safely.     Editing my post to add I have used this company again when my water heater started to leak. They came out right away and had a new water heater installed with in hours. I am so pleased to not have to wait and potentially be without hot water with this cold weather we are having! I highly recommend!These guys saved me. My master bedroom showers handle broke with the shower running. I couldnt turn it off and like a dummy I didnt know where my main shut off was. Maple Valley Plumbing got here promptly, showed me the main shut off, fixed my shower and were amazing in every way. They even caught some plumbing issues that would happen soon and saved me more headaches. These guys were honest, prompt and the only plumber I will use from now on.

They got the job done except for one part that needed to be ordered. Dave said not to worry and that he would send his guys back out (no extra charge) to finish the job. Appreciated a local business instead of a call center; Andy was super professional and easy to work either. They charged us $600 for labor, so probably not the ā€œbudgetā€ option, but like I said, same day fix and I have confidence I wonā€™t have an issue with their work.

    Exceptional service! Dave is the best! On Memorial Day at 7:00pm, when I was trying to change my washing machine hoses the old valve turning off the water stripped and started leaking water. Without quick action, my house would soon be flooded. I turned off the water to the house but water still kept coming out. CRISIS AND PANIC TIME. Time to call a plumber, knowing it was a long shot to get one on the holiday evening. I called Maple Valley Plumbing and Dave answered.
