    We had a GREAT experience working with Walcraft Cabinetry and love our new cabinets!! Brian was so helpful with different options for layouts and working through challenges and ideas to make our small kitchen more efficient. The team was so helpful once our cabinets were delivered, checking on us to see if we had any questions while assembling. We are very impressed with the quality of the materials and they were fast and easy to assemble! They are beautiful now and SO wipeable/easy to clean. Absolutely recommend and would use Walcraft again!!

    We learned about Walcraft Cabinetry from a friend of ours who shared the quality of the cabinets at the price point was impressive. We must concur with his comments. We ordered the Fabuwood assembled cabinets after spending many hours with Christy Thompson, designer. Christy is an exceptional resource making the process of designing a new kitchen extremely enjoyable. She worked hard to make our dream of a new kitchen a reality. She was able to turnaround modifications to the design timely. Typically, we would provide her a with refinement to be made in the morning, and she would have to us later that same day, incredible service! After getting the final design completed and placing the order, Christy didnt disappear. She has continued to stay in contact with us during the build of our kitchen. She has been very concerned with ensuring the new kitchen met all our expectations. Christy and Walcraft Cabinetry nailed it! We would and have recommended Walcraft Cabinetry to friends. We have also shared to ask for Christy for their designer. One would think working with a designer remotely would be a challenge; however, we found it to allow for even a closer working relationship because we spoke almost daily and were able to share renditions of the kitchen both by email and sharing our screens since we had remote access capabilities with GoToMeeting and MS Teams.The Fabuwood assembled cabinets are solidly built. They have a nice paint finish on the cabinet faces and doors. The skins for the sides are okay. It would be nice if they were made of 1/4-inch finish plywood instead of MDF. We compared the Fabuwood line to two lines we were looking at from a local kitchen store. Fabuwoods specifications ranked between their mid-grade and high-end cabinet line. We would rank the cabinets as a top end mid-grade cabinet line as far as the materials and quality of the construction. We are very happy with the cabinets especially with the price paid. You cannot find this quality-built cabinet at this price point at your local kitchen store. I highly recommend Walcraft Cabinetry and Fabuwood assembled cabinets.One thing to know about the Fabuwood line is there are not extensive options available. There are enough cabinet variations, accessories, and moldings to make them work for any installation; however, Christy and we had to get a little creative. Fabuwood doesnt have full height doors on their base cabinets. You must have a door with a drawer at the top. We wanted base cabinets on the backside of the island with full height doors and slide outs. Since this option didnt exist, we opted for using wall cabinets that were 12 inches deep on a built base to get them to the correct height. Additionally, we wanted a wall pantry that was 12 inches deep. Again, Fabuwood only allowed for 24-inch-deep tall pantries, so we purchased 12-inch-deep wall cabinets. We had a base built and stacked six wall cabinets to create the wall pantry. If you get creative and have a good carpenter to install your kitchen, then Fabuwood assembled cabinets can work very well for you.Overall, you cant go wrong with Walcraft Cabinetry and Fabuwood assembled cabinets. Kudos to Christy for an exceptional job designing our kitchen and having all the needed pieces sent to allow our new kitchen dream to come true.     I ordered Fabuwood Cabinets from Walcraft at the end of August. The cabinets were shipped much earlier than expected and they arrived in about two weeks later and where in excellent shape. Upon inspection they were excellent quality as advertised and beautiful. Walcraft made one error and forgot to order one cabinet. Michele quickly took care of this problem and expedited shipment by Federal Express and the cabinet arrived in three days undamaged. Michele is their customer service person who communicates with the customers about the status of their orders and deals with any issues. Walcraft is lucky to have her and she is an example of what the ultimate customer service person should be. Cabinets are now installed and they are beautiful. See pictures.

    What an amazing experience! I worked with Joe and Michele and they were phenomenal! We scoped out the current look and design and figured out a few places we could improve upon the current layout and design. With lots of patience, hard work, and determination the finished product came out looking amazing!I couldnt be happier with the people, company, and product.     We did a large house remodel last year on a strict budget and ended up getting our new kitchen cabinets from Walcraft after searching every big box option out there and reading hundreds of online reviews for every option in the price range we could afford. I was very happy with my choice! Their free design service was a tremendous help and the cabinets are gorgeous! The ones we purchased required assembly but I did it mostly by myself unless it was a bigger piece that I needed help holding a side or something. I personally built an entire kitchen of cabinets and it wasn’t too hard. Good instructions, quality materials. This is a great option for someone looking for quality and value if you are willing to put in a little of the work to save money.UPDATE: This company truly is amazing to work with. They followed up with me to see how my experience was and asked me to write a review if I was happy with my service, which I was, so I gladly did so. In our communication, I asked about how to get a couple of replacement pieces for a couple of mistakes we made (totally our fault, nothing with the quality of their products) and they took care it, for free! Who does that these days?! They care about customer satisfaction and it really shows! I have ZERO regrets and love my beautiful new kitchen!!

    Absolutely fantastic experience and fantastic cabinets. Jim was very helpful and patient during the design process. Install in total took about a week with 2 people. Evenings M-T were assembling cabinets and F-S was install. Paint and finish is high quality. After 12 months of use we are very happy with our decision to go with Walcraft. Get lots of compliments on these cabinets. If you handy at all you can handle the assembly / install yourself which saves a TON. Youtube is a great resource.

    We’d been wanting to update this punch out in our dining room forever-the cabinetry that was there when we bought the house was pretty rough and barely usable. Walcraft was a cinch to use-the selection, pricing, free shipping, and Marsha’s beautiful free design made it completely painless. This was the first time I’d really tackled a job like this on my own, and I’m glad I picked this company. Michele kept in touch with specific directions regarding shipping. Everything arrived in perfect condition pretty quickly. The cabinets are really beautiful-way more quality than the pricing would suggest. They went together very smoothly. I made a small but consequential mistake in my measuring, and I ended up needing an additional filler piece. I ordered it and bit the bullet on shipping, and got a delightfully surprising email from Brian saying they were refunding the extra piece-even after I made it clear that it was my error. It’s difficult to capture the beauty of these in this dark finish-they look like they’ve been in the house for a hundred years. But the drawers and hinges are buttery smooth, quiet, and solid. We’re absolutely going to work with Walcraft in about a year when we make our entire kitchen look this good and function so well. I haven’t found anyone-web or local- who can match the quality, service, and price. (Pay no mind to the temporary housing of the contents of our bar that we’re currently dismantling-it’ll look a lot less boozy soon!) At any rate, give them a call and let them help you pull your idea together.

    When we decided to remodel our kitchen, my first stop for a cabinet quote was Lowes. What a misnomer! Lowes was not, in fact, low. After reading a lot of blogs about kitchen remodeling, I decided to shift my focus to online companies for my kitchen cabinets. I came across a Pinterest post that recommended Walcraft Cabinetry, and boy, am I ever glad that I did! Walcrafts quote was $9,000 less than Lowes was, and the cabinets were better quality than the level of cabinets I quoted at Lowes. I got the shaker style white cabinets, and they look amazing! My contractor made the comment that the quality is exceptional, especially considering the price I paid. I brought my biggest kitchen storage/organization concerns to Brian, my designer, and he addressed every one of them. For example, I mentioned that I hate the way I currently store spices, and he included a spice cabinet. I made several tweaks to the design, and Brian was very patient with me until I got the exact kitchen that I wanted. When the cabinet shipment arrived, the carrier had damaged several cabinets, and Walcraft replaced them without any problem. From start to finish, their customer service was incredible! I highly recommend working with this company!

    The guys at Walcraft were/are helpful beyond what I expected. I researched RTA cabinets online to the point of obsession. I decided to take a chance on Walcraft because of their story. My research all indicated that pricing was all pretty consistent, the big difference was in the service I received when calling. I have never installed cabinets before but am a pretty experienced handyman and amateur carpenter. The assembled cabinets fit perfect and were easy to install. Delivery was quick and although one box was damaged and a cabinet was slightly marked up the guys at Walcraft were happy to help and provide options. I ended up hiding the marked part of the cabinet with trim and it ended up not being an issue. I installed these in a rental unit and the quality over equally priced big box cabinets was night and day, not to mention not having to deal with a trainee designer at the Big Box. When showing a unit to a potential tenant the first thing they do is open the cabinets to see the space. When the quiet close hinge closes the door or drawer the tone is instantly set for the rest of the showing. I have several units coming up for renovations and if the kitchen Is being done Walcraft will get the call.

    Online shopping can be easy and often saves you some money but if can be a nightmare if things start to go wrong and it is where you find the true gems of the online shopping experience. Walcraft went well above and beyond my expectations in making my cabinet purchase the best. You see, the issues were really on my part not theirs and yet they still made it right. My selection and order were a breeze with Walcraft customer service always ready to answer my questions. The order arrived as scehduled, signed for the shipment and was good to go. It was not until later when I started opening things up that I realized parts were missing from the shipment. Great, I had signed off as a complete shipment. So expecting to get a Sorry, you should have inspected answer I called Walcraft and they were willing to ship me the missing parts for FREE! Seriously, you guys are great!Well, life happens and it turned out I wasnt able to install the cabinets for almost a year. Cabinet assembly went smooth and the construction is better than other RTA cabinets I have used in the past. The last thing I had to do was put trim around a large mirror. Mounting the trim pieces to a mirror required that they be perfectly flat. Well one was a little off so I tried some methods to straighten the part to no avail. So I contacted Walcraft to see if they could recommend a procedure to help straighten the part. They asked what part number it was and said they would ship out a replacement for FREE! A year later, no questions asked free replacement. Now the part was only slightly bowed and could have become that way from the way I stored it. Yet they replaced it free of charge. NOW THAT IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND IN ALL ASPECTS OF MY PURCHASE AND THE REASON I WILL USE WALCRAFT AGAIN FOR ALL MY FUTURE CABINET PROJECTS.

    My name is Jennifer Phillips and my decision to purchase cabinets from Walcraft Cabinetry was the best purchasing decision I have ever made.I did a lot of research and price comparisons prior to placing my order with Walcraft Cabinetry as there many cabinet suppliers available. After comparing the specs, none could match the selection, cost, quality of materials, options, ease of assembly (dovetail), customer service (I had lots of questions prior to ordering) nor delivery times of Walcraft Cabinetry. Did I mention that I saved thousands over big box stores like Home Deport and local cabinet companies? I was confident when I placed the order that I made the right decision, and by the end of my kitchen remodel, it became one of the BEST purchasing and customer services experience to date. Let me tell you why:Expedited DeliveryWe were up against a tight deadline to assemble all cabinets prior to a firm installation date (cabinet installers in CO were booked solid). Walcraft Cabinetry was able to expedite my order for an on-time delivery (received in just three business days!) and even the delivery itself was a wonderful experience.Easy AssemblyWith an on-time delivery, we had exactly three days to assemble all cabinets prior to installation and with full time jobs, this didn’t allow much time after work for assembly or mistakes. After watching the online videos, we got to work and came to appreciate that all cabinets included extra hardware (nothing worse than losing or missing a screw). Seriously, anyone can put these together although I do recommend having some helpers. This was a team effort to complete assembly prior to our installation date. All of us were impressed with the quality of assembly. These cabinets fit together like a glove.Exemplary Customer ServiceUpon assembling the last cabinet on the last night, it came to our attention that given the layout of my kitchen, the blind corner cabinet was not going to fit my space – the drawer and door were too big although the size of the cabinet itself was perfect. This mishap could have been avoided had I chosen to use the free design services offered by Walcraft. Since I was ordering the same sizes as my existing cabinets, I incorrectly assumed all would be fine especially since I had asked a lot of questions prior to ordering. We stressed. We panicked. We called Walcraft Cabinets. Like a knight in shining armor, Brian Nightingale, came to our rescue with a solution and a game plan. He worked all day to get us the replacement parts we needed by that afternoon for a work-around solution provided by the owner himself, Sean Walsh. Brian gave us his personal cell phone, calling with us with hourly updates, and provided instructions for our cabinet installer (the work-around was not something we were equipped to handle and needed to be done by a professional). He quite literally saved the day and made my entire year. All at no additional cost. Walcraft Cabinetry is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction – from pre-sales to post-sales support.Beautiful & Built-to-LastI purchased the Dover white shaker style cabinets, and I cannot emphasize enough that these cabinets are of the highest quality - even our professional cabinet installer was impressed and commented many times on the craftsmanship of the cabinets. Dovetail construction, soft-closing, real wood, and the interior is just as beautifully done as the exterior.     What a great experience! I stumbled on this company while searching for RTA cabinets and was skeptical at first. But within a day, they reached out to me, had a custom design for my bathroom cabinets, and were ready to place my order!     Christy and Michele at Walcraft helped me transform my daughers kitchen from a 1966 Mustang :) (sold the car to finance the kitchen) to a beautiful modern space! But seriously, they helped me take the kitchen and dining space from original 1970s to the beautiful kitchen you see here. Christy (Walcrafts kitchen designer) is a true professional and handled the design layout for me. The JSI RTA cabinets that Christy recommended are excellent quality & value and Michele (Walcrafts fulfillment specialist) made sure I was missing nothing when it came time to build and install the cabinets. Start to finish, I couldnt be more satisfied. Im a handyman and will recommend Walcraft along with Christy and Michele to all my friends and customers.

    Overall, I would say it was a positive experience working with Walcraft. Out of the five companies that I was working with, and getting bids/kitchen layouts from, Walcraft was by far the most responsive and approachable. I felt like a person, not a number, and I appreciated that. They found flaws in my previous layouts (from other companies) and offered solutions, as well as advice on certain moldings and cabinets to present a better overall outcome. The Fabuwood line they offered was a perfect fit for our home and budget. I am glad they suggested that I explore many options.I will say, if there was one area that could be improved upon, it would be the communication between them and the cabinet company - relaying information back to me. We had some hiccups when it came to delivery (a missing cabinet and some on backorder), which lead to a delayed ship date, with no real follow up on arrival times. This may be more of an issue on the cabinet manufacture side, but I felt like I had to reach out a bit much for answers. Aside from that, I dont have complaints to share. They tried to make up for the issues, and I appreciated that.Bottom line: customer service matters SO MUCH when making huge online purchases and coordinating it with a home renovation. If this matters to you, I would suggest taking time to reach out to Simon and the Walcraft team. They want to offer a good service and it shows.

    Great option for someone with some DIY skills and time! If that is the case, you can save a lot of money and get a very comparable end result to the big box store options. I did a Lowes kitchen in my last house, and while the cabinets from Walcraft did have occasional blemishes/defects I honestly found them to be just as good as the custom cabinets from Lowes that were twice as much. Most importantly, their customer service was really great. There were only a couple things that were bad enough to require replacing, and they sent me replacement parts super fast. And they were just cosmetic blemishes still, and nothing that hindered the timeline of my installation.Assembly of the cabinets is pretty impressive. It is super easy after working through the first couple and learning their system, and the end result is very sturdy. And I actually LOVED the hardware they use. The drawer slides and they cabinet door hinges are insanely heavy duty for the money. And they are all ridiculously easy to mount, no difficult alignment needed.One nit pick, the holes/guides to help you attach the drawer faces to the drawers were not great. Just make sure you check that the fronts are lined up how you want them on your own, dont trust the pre-drilled hole placements. To their credit, the sales person let me know about this ahead of time which was great.I had a pretty straight forward installation thanks to my kitchen layout. Definitely still a ton of work getting them all level and perfect, but if you arent up for the install you could hire that part out and youll still be saving money. If you have the time though I would recommend giving it a go. I did it all with a bubble level, if I could do it over again I would get a laser level for sure.I would absolutely order from Walcraft again. Sure they arent as nice as super high quality custom cabinets, but I think they are just as good as the big box custom options that will run you 2-4 times as much money. And definitely better than the IKEA options that might be the same or even cheaper, but wont last nearly as long since they arent solid wood.

    In looking for a Covid project during mid summer of 2020, we decided to take on a kitchen remodel.I tend to do significant research of any project.After searching on the web, I ended up mostly utilizing information from the blog run by Paul McAlary of Main Line Kitchen Design in Pa.The blog does a great job of going through the pros and cons of cabinet construction available is the US today.In addition, Paul has prepared a comprehensive Value Analysis of dozens of the cabinet manufacturers based on cost, construction qulaity and value for money.He identifies not only the handful of manufacturers that Main Line utilizes but also other manufacturers that they do not carry.Main Line (a Philadelphia area based company) does not offer online sales and did not have an affiliate in the Atlanta area where we live.From the blog, I had identified the specs that I wanted:1) Minimum of a solid 1 1/2 x 3/4 thick face frame2) Minimum of 1/2 plywood sides,3) Minimum of solid wood 3/4 hanging rail or a 1/2 plywood back4) Solid wood dovetail drawers, Blumotion tracks and soft close doorsHaving Identified the basic wants; costs and quality would determine who made the short list of manufacturers.Fabuwood, 4Square (CliqCabinets), Wolf and some RTAs met the these parameters.We settled on Fabuwood and still needed to find a Fabuwood dealer and a design.After extensive research, I found what turned out to be an absolute gem, Walcraft Cabinetry.Walcraft is a small Northern California based company located in Grass Valley, CA. I had the priviledge of working with Christy Thompson, their Lead Designer throughout the whole process from layout through delivery of our new Fabuwood cabinets.Several phone calls and multiple emails made the entire experience very informative and enjoyable. As I explained to Christy on our first call, we are retired and needed to stay on a fairly tight budget. Walcraft exceeded my wildest expectations.The Walcraft website stresses their costomer service focus and I can say that, if anything, they overdelivered on their service. The Fabuwood cabinets are everything that we had hoped for, excellent quality and finish considering the price point, delivered ahead of the date promissed and zero damage to any of the sixteen, fully assembled, new cabinets.Some readers may have some trepidation about a person in Atlanta choosing a California based designer/dealer for a New Jersey based manufacturer.Walcraft made the whole process so seamless that throughout the project, I never once felt that everything was not under complete control.Sean Walsh(the Founder),Brian Nightingale, Simon Addyman and Christy are all part of an outstanding team. Sean has every reason to be proud of what he founded. Take the time to thoroughly visit their web site and if you are looking for a great experience in your kitchen project, choose Walcraft.As of today the kitchen is over 99% complete with just some touch up wall painting needed and one set of backordered door pulls left to install.We are very happy Walcraft customers.

    Purchased about $8000 in cabinets from them and honestly Im really surprised how much better they are than the ones from the two big box stores. Really there is no comparison. I did have some damage to a few pieces but they sent out the replacement parts very quickly and everything turned out great. My only complaint would be the instructions. Most of them are fairly straight forward but some of the corner cabinets will make you want to shoot someone. But if you have some smarts you can figure it out.

    We bought 10 cabinets (ready to assemble) from Walcraft four years ago. They went into our camper van. They are of the highest quality and we could not be more pleased. Recently one small piece that holds up the runners on a drawer broke because of constant jarring from rough roads. We called customer service and they took the information.     Very happy with the quality of the cabinets. Bought mine flat and built it all myself and did my own install based on the plans they helped us develop. The build and install may not be for everyone but Im a handy DIYer and with a little research on how to install nobody would ever know it wasnt done by a professional custom cabinetry installer.     Walcraft Cabinetry offers the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. We had a very unfortunate situation due to the manufacturer of our cabinets (not Walcraft’s fault).     In March of this year, I had a leak in my kitchen. It was from a polybutylene tube that was behind my Fabuwood cabinets. The cabinets had to be removed, and they were damaged by what appeared to be a very slow leak over many months. My internet search netted several Fabuwood providers. Walcraft Cabinetry was the easiest to do business with. The staff at this company was very responsive to my questions to the point that they looked at photos of the cabinets that needed to be replaced and helped me order exactly what I needed. The follow up was excellent. I received status reports and instructions about how to receive the new cabinets. The cabinets were easy for my handyman to install. Additionally, a staff member checked in to make sure I was completely satisfied several times. I am more than satisfied with the product and the service provided. Additionally all of my contact with this company was via the internet and email, which I prefer.

It sounded too good to be true that I’d be able to get solid wood cabinets for way less than the local stores shipped to me in under two weeks!     I began my journey into the realm of RTA cabinets with Brian, and I am here to say that the entire experience has been STELLAR! He worked quickly with me and was very intuitive to my desired end result. It was only a couple of days and the design was nailed down exactly as I wanted. The order was placed and, with a couple of adjustments due to the pandemic, my cabinets arrived. I have always used assembled cabinets in previous jobs, and was unsure of what to expect. Purchasing custom cabinets saves you money, but additionally they offer further savings to purchase cabinets which you assemble which is what I did.     I thoroughly enjoyed the entire Walcraft process! We working with someone on our design and she helped me strategically plan out which pieces would fit best and helped me customize my kitchen choices. The design images really help you invision how the final product will look in your space. We ordered the RTA cabinets in a white, shaker style (Amesbury White) and they arrived on time in perfect condition. The delivery company was very courteous, helpful, and respectful of my time and property. My husband and I were able to put the cabinets together with ease. I do recommend two people if you are putting them together yourself. We are in love with the way it all turned out and the price gave us extra wiggle room in our remodel budget for upgraded features elsewhere. Will definately be using Walcraft for future projects.

    I am extremely happy with my decision to purchase from Walcraft Cabinetry. There customer service is second to none and there products are top shelf. I am a contractor and install several kitchen and bath remodels a year. I had never worked with RTA cabinets before and was quite hesitant about suggesting RTA cabinets to clients. So when it came time to remodel my own kitchen I figured I would try RTA myself.     It is with great confidence that I highly recommend Walcraft Cabinetry for kitchen cabinets. A designer, Christy, was assigned to us and she got started immediately designing our kitchen using our floor plan. We live in British Columbia, Canada, and had our cabinets shipped to a receiver just across the border. In under two weeks, the cabinets were waiting for pickup. The cabinets were well packed, and assembly was relatively easy. The cabinets are made of plywood; there is no particle board whatsoever. They are beautiful, and the finish is rich and uniform. For about 1/3 the price of locally made cabinets, we have an amazing kitchen. The final price was even less expensive than the Swedish option. A big thank you to the Walcraft team for making our dream kitchen a reality.

    Walcraft Cabinetry customer service is fantastic. They definitely want your experience to be positive and put forth the effort. I purchased the JSI RTA cabinets, which appear to be a comparable quality to assembled mid-level cabinets, but at a lower price. The cabinet assembly and installation definitely came with hiccups, but Walcraft Cabinetry (which is the distributor) resolved everything professionally and swiftly. I would definitely do business with Walcraft Cabinetry again, but I would purchase cabinets assembled by the manufacturer. I went with the RTA because the lead time on delivery was a month sooner than the assembled product. All in all I didnt really save any time. The manufacturer instructions for assembly and installation were a little vague and so things had to be redone. All fixable but time consuming.

    I, too, was hesitant about ordering on line, but we are in our 2nd year of use, and are very pleased with quality and durability. Not too sure how cabinets are being processed now, but when my RTA cabinets came assembled, we were pleasantly surprised.Having done furniture repair and restoration in the past, I would like to suggest that fasteners attaching doors to cupboard units be 1/4 to 3/8 longer, I have had some strip out and replaced with longer ones that worked just fine. This was a big project and, of course, there were a couple of challenges as in some damage in shipment. Michelle always followed up immediately and then made sure that we got what we needed. The cabinets look fantastic and we would definitely order from them again.

    Heard about these guys on Facebook because a friend of mine had liked them. Checked them out when we were ready to redo our kitchen. Customer service was great. Christy was awesome.     I build homes and remodel homes for resale. I recently purchased three sets of Walcraft cabinets for some of these homes. The value they offer is truly amazing, WAAAAY better than the big box guys. It is a no brainer for me: better cabinets & lower prices! Not to mention I do not have to have my crew asemble these like Ikeas cabinets! For the price, the cabinets are absolutely top quality, no shortcuts or cheap flimsy hardware. The fit and finish is first rate. Sean, the owner, personally came to these homes and designed my kitchens. He has never tried to upsell me, or bait and switch. There is no better cabinet value out there...Ive looked. You can find cheap imported cabinets online, but you have to assemble them yourself and the quality is nowhere close to what Walcraft offers. Before using Walcraft I ordered a set of cabinets from one of the big online cabinet suppliers. DISASTER! The guy running the project for me had to spend two months fighting with the company just to get our stuff. Never again. Take a careful look at the Walcraft cabinets and you will see the difference.

    I decided to order my cabinets through Warcraft after researching online. I am a landlord and electrician and have done a few kitchen remodels of my own in my rental properties as well as high end remodels for customers. Typically for my rentals I have done the cheap kitchen purchased at the big box stores, I’ve never been fully satisfied with them as they are generally pressboard and have a cheap feel.When remodeling my own kitchen I chose Warcraft. I was blown away by the quality, these were on par with some kitchens that I have done that cost 2-3 times as much. There is some work involved with assembling the cabinets, but there are instructional videos online once you watch one video you can get the hang of it and build them with ease.I will be using Warcraft for all future projects when I go to remodel the rest of my apartment units.Thank you to Michele and Brian who helped with my kitchen design even as I changed things last minute with them, they were very prompt with responses and knowledgeable on their products and kitchen remodeling in general

    I had a very good experience updating my condo kitchen cabinets from beginning to end with Walcraft Cabinetry. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. It was a small kitchen that the cabinets needed to be replaced. Looked at 5 options: Kitchen remodeling store near me, HomeDepot, Ikea, and 2 online (Walcraft Cabinetry, theRTAstore). Wanted something clean looking but not expensive. Christy provided a design and several iterations. I chose Walcraft Cabinetry because the price was good and the Fabuwoods brand had good reviews. Delivery had some issues but still ahead of my need date. Pre-assembled were done well. A couple of slide out drawers were not pre-assembled. Contractor didn’t know how to use some of the toe and wall filler parts. Should have installation guide or videos in the future. Some pictures below.

The cabinets offered by Warcraft were delivered on time and in perfect condition. very impressed with speed of process during the COVID pandemic. They look great and as advertised. The best part of the process was the communication with the Warcraft staff...this is huge in this business . They always answered my phone calls and took care of any issues immediately regardless if it was an error on my end. I can tell you this is NOT the case with many companies..some do not even offer a phone number and depend on email messages.     Walcraft’s service was excellent! While other companies were taking months to deliver, they got my ready-to-assemble cabinets to me within a couple weeks! Their prices were good, and they immediately replied to any questions I had, even emailing from their homes during the pandemic. Their website was excellent, and the assembly instructions videos posted there were very good for a do-it-yourselfer. The quality of the RTA cabinets was better than expected: real wood, strong plywood, metal angles and screws, no fiberboard, no plastic, no staples. Love my new kitchen!

    Good experience with WalCraft. Remodeled a fairly large kitchen. I believe our cabinet count was 24. The process of getting all the details of the order worked out was rather tedious, but that just comes with the territory. All the communication was prompt and clear and reasonable. Our contractors estimate include a cabinet allowance of $28K, which he considered quite modest. We ended up with Fabuwood Galaxy, with 17 rollout shelves, plus a rollout holding two large trash cans, for just under $20K. There were a few little issues on Fabuwoods part, but they were either minor or else resolved very satisfactorily, with WalCrafts help. Purchasing cabinets online isnt for everyone--you or your contractor must be able to handle a lot of details well, and its a good idea to have some margin on your calendar in case something isnt right with the order thats delivered. For those who can handle it, it can be a good deal. I was very happy. I should add that I wasnt much impressed with Fabuwoods construction of the cabinet boxes. But when a line of cabinets are all screwed together well, they form a very strong structure. Fabuwood put their money into important details like finish and construction of doors and drawers, along with quality hinges and slides. I consider that strategy to be wise for those who are cost-conscious. Cut corners that dont matter so much in the grand scheme of things.

    Awesome service and great pricing. Everyone in the company was extremely patient and quick to respond to my issues and questions. I got multiple prices from multiple different companies and Walcraft was the cheapest. The process was super simple. You take measurements, and you work with the team to design the kitchen. Brian was extremely patient and provided multiple designs. You can also choose to have the them put the cabinets together before they ship them. It was actually cheaper than what my contractor would have charged. Even when there was a minor issue with my cabinets, they were very quick to fix the problem and send me a new cabinet.     I began my first time ever kitchen renovation during the summer of 2019. I knew my biggest expense would be the cabinets. I spent HOURS looking over different companies. I could gather by close observation that many companies had cabinets that were pretty close in quality and design. By reading many, many reviews of companies in the business of selling RTA cabinets i began to get a picture that the biggest concept when making the purchase was having a company that wouldnt dump and run, not answer their phone or stand by their products. Customer service is KEY when deciding who to go to. Im here to tell you that when renovating a kitchen, whether you are doing it yourself and having someone do it for youre going to have issues that come up. Its almost impossible to avoid for a variety of reasons. Knowing there are going to be issues you NEED a company that will work with you, follow up, ship items timely and generally not forget about you. Simon and David were my go to guys. I NEVER had that feeling like the person I was talking to would not follow through and put me on perpetual hold when I was trying to get them. If I recall, I believe one of the guys was going on his camping trip, but still took the time and answered the phone.     I ordered my cabinets back in November and didnt even have a chance to unbox until last weekend (May). I was way past the return date if there were issues so I had my fingers crossed. Everything was there in the order and everything was in PERFECT condition. I couldnt be happier with the quality of the cabinets. The assembly was very quick and the quality is amazing. I saved a ton over buying pre-built cabinets and the end result is as good or better than the pre-assembled high end ones Ive seen at other peoples houses.Ive used RTA cabinets before and the quality wasnt nearly as high. The dovetail joints and finish quality of the paint is terrific. Will 100% buy from Walcraft again. Ive already referred multiple people to them after they saw the cabinets! A++++

    If you are like me and a careful internet shopper, you will spend 4 months reading how every single brand in the world has 20% abysmal reviews. It makes it impossible to decide anything. and feel good about it. What Ive concluded after getting JSI from Walcraft is that 90% of the decision is the company that you buy from. None of this stuff is hardwood so damage will occur, you will make mis-estimations on sizing. Walcraft was really patient in a long remodel taking questions and repair issues MONTHS after we received the product and even sent some filler/correction stuff that was my fault, that I would have paid for, gratis. I would definitely recommend them and their handling of JSI.
