This review goes out to IJ Tech Mechanicals Harrisburg location and employees.We lost our air conditioning approximately a week ago. I didnt want to go with a huge company in fear of being ripped off or blindly getting talked into more than what I needed. Money is getting tight these days with major home repairs. I know the CEO of this company. Hes been in the business for over 36 years. I knew I could trust him with the decision making when it came to my homes HVAC system. He had it checked out immediately by one of his service guys Ray. Ray was thorough and professional.I felt that my AC emergency was dealt with both professionalism and promptness throughout my experience with this company.It can be difficult at times when youre a single female homeowner. Youre not sure who to trust and if theyre being honest with you. I felt like some other companies in the past have taken my money unnecessarily.Eric communicated though phone calls to me on my best options for my AC. He was also available for my many questions.We got the job handled, and for a very competitive price.Thank you Eric, Ray and Quinn for the professionalism while getting the job done at our home. We love our COLD home :)Ill be looking forward to my home heating maintenance service in the fall.You have a customer for life.

IJ Tech installed my HVAC System and have been maintaining it ever since. I recently had an air purification system installed and it is absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend IJ Tech and Carrier Infinity air purifier.

I called last night in Black Friday was on the phone for over 2.5 hours trying to find someone to come out because the boiler was not working and the house was super cold. They said they would come out at 730am the next day and that was awesome even with their overtime rate it was reasonable compared to others I had called I for for the name of the tech but he called me I explained what was wrong he stated he would be out in the morning. He called me today 30min prior to confirm that he would still be coming which was awesome to give ample time to get ready for his arrival. He fixed a corroded wire and got the sensor working and heat in the home and hot water!! The total was only 167!! On the weekend and for what he had done. They do charge from the moment they leave their facility but it was so close to our home it wasn’t an issue! I would recommend again and again. He kept in contact with me via text as the house is rented so I was helping my father out who is the owner. Awesome awesome with communication, pricing and prompt service!!

IJ Tech is top notch. My latest experience was awesome (just like the many times before). On the phone Becky was pleasant, listened, provided options with details and acted as a trusted adviser to help me determine next steps to address my oil furnace situation. Shawn, technician, was excellent. He arrived on time, listened, assessed the situation and explained it in terms I could understand. He was knowledgeable and patient to help me make informed decisions to keep my home functioning properly and safe. And bonus - the prices are reasonable. LOVE IJ TECH!

IJ Tech installed an HVAC system for our newly purchased house, it required an entire system including duct work, a new furnace, and new air conditioner. They were quick to give a quote and schedule the project. Their quote was very reasonable and they did an amazing job. They finished the entire project within the promised time and had great communication throughout the entire process. They even went a step further to get the gas lines hooked up by the gas company for us. I highly recommend IJ Tech for any HVAC project!

My out door unit died during on a 95 degree day. I called I J Tech and they were extremely professional and polite. They had their technician Bill come to my house within 3 hours of my initial phone call. Bill found the problem right away and had my AC back to normal with in 30 minutes! Bill was super friendly and professional. The price for the immediate service was less than I expected it to be. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC problems!

The crew that was sent to our home was timely, polite, and after running into a couple hiccups (neither of which was created by them) proved to be very professional and completely competent. I woke up this morning, my furnace wasnt working. Not having issues before, I didnt know who to call. I googled furnace repair, called a few companies. IJ Tech was the only company that acted like I mattered, and the lowest price. Repairman was here within two hours. Repaired it within an hour. Thank you Denis for the wonderful service today.

Our heat pump started leaking water at 5 PM with 97 degree heat forecasted for the next day. I called a half dozen different 24 hour companies and I J was the first to respond. The tech fixed the problem, showed me how to fix the problem if it happens again, and was overall very polite and understanding considering he was probably putting in overtime. Ill definitely be calling them back.

Complete professional technician. Actually tested components rather than replacing at random as previous company did, three times. IJTech fixed my issue in one day, and found faults from previous company. Technician made sure to explain WHAT they were doing and why.
