First time working with these guys. Geoff was super quick to respond to my quote request. He was easy to talk to and was able to get me on the schedule much quicker than I had asked. Matt and his apprentice came out and replaced the main water shut off valve in the basement in under an hour. Matt was so kind and helpful in answering all the questions I had. This is a great team and I will highly recommend them and use them for all my plumbing needs going forward!

I recently (8/22-2/23) did a complete barn remodel. I took an old barn and turned it into an apartment. GH mech was contracted throughout the scope of the project doing everything from rerouting water and sewer services, completing whole apartment plumbing rough in, and completing all finish out of plumbing fixtures. This group of guys was great to work with. Price was the lowest of all my major utilities (electric, plumbing and HVAC). Everything passed code the first time, and George was great at helping me see other components of the job that needed changed prior to inspection. Thanks GH Mech and job well done.

GH Mechanical performed conscientious work and completed in a timely matter. Price was considered a little high but dont mind Paying a Little Extra for quality work. Workers were friendly and courteous and left the areas cleaner than the way they found it! The work completed was professional grade as I have done service work myself, in another trade. Would not hesitate to call for any plumbing needs. Its nice when people get the job done right the first time

These guys are the very best. We were really in a bad situation when our sewer line needed repair. Another business quoted us double the amount vs the estimate from GH Mechanical. They came quickly, and the work was completed within couple days !! Pricing was fair, the team of guys were professional and took care of us all the way !! I highly recommend this awesome company !!

After a leak from my sewer line caused sewage to seep through the joint between an exterior wall (concrete block) and the basement floor (concrete), I had unsatisfactory meetings with plumbers from two companies. Then, on the recommendation of a neighbor who is a very satisfied customer of GH Mechanical, I contacted them. GH Mechanical got back to me within a few hours, came to my home that day, identified the problem, and sent me a proposal promptly. On the basis of their visual inspection of the sewer line (with a video camera), they determined that the leak was very likely at the point at which a cast iron pipe from the house connected with the clay line outside the house. Their inspection showed that the rest of the line is in good shape. To repair the line, they dug a shallow 10-foot trench to expose the joint, repaired the joint, and filled the trench. On the day on which they did this work, they showed up at 7:30 a.m. and were done by noon that day. They cleaned up the area and followed up with me twice by telephone to ask whether I had any ongoing problems. I had — and have — no problems. They fixed the leak. I appreciated their prompt attention to my problem, their professional demeanor, their efficiency in their work, their follow up, and the reasonableness of their bill for the work. This organization is terrific.

Ive used GH Mechanical for a long time! Any issues I have with my plumbing, I know I can trust the GH team to do the job right and at a great price. The team is very personable and take the time to get to know me as well. I wont use another plumber after working with these guys!

Last week, February 7th, G. H. Mechanical, LLC repaired an ongoing plumbing problem for the Ephrata Masonic Lodge. We had a main drain line that was constantly getting clogged. GH scoped the line, engineered the proper repair, and got the work done in less than 6 hours. They had to dig up a portion of our parking lot, replace old cast iron pipes with new piping, installed 2 four inch traps and set up the drainage properly to solve the clogging problem. Personally, I have used their service for the past 10 years and they always have responded in a timely manner, the quality of the work was outstanding, they met all necessary codes and gave me peace of mind that I would never have to be concerned about the same problem ever again. They are professional, if I could rate them with 10 Stars I would, their rates are reasonable, their staff is pleasant in the office and on the job, their plumbers do it right the first time and always are encouraging that the work will solve my problems. I will always and only hire time for all future work. I highly recommend them and you will be glad you hired them. They are the best.
