We had moved to Lancaster in June, 2022 and found that our apartment Air Conditioner was not working. The technician, Jared M., found that the condenser unit had been damaged and was leaking and needed to be replaced.This repair was done very quickly and the unit has been performing quite well.Since then, we have used GSM on several other occasions to serve and inspect our heating and cooling unit; replace the blower motor; thermostat, and install a UV light.Just as technician Jared had impressed us with his excellent and quality service; we also found technicians Chris and Bob Bradley, who attended to our other service needs, equally competent, helpful and eager to serve our needs!Thus, we join with many other satisfied GSM customers in highly recommending GSM for heating and air conditioning, maintenance and service!

I called at least 10 different plumbers to replace the pipes under my kitchen sink. Every one of them told me they could not give me a price over the phone and it would cost me $98 and up to just come out to give me a price. When called Garden Spot Mechanical I asked them the same questions and I was told roughly $200.00. Then they told me a tech would contact me me on when he would be out. I was contacted right away by the tech who was very professional and polite he told me hed be there by 2pm the next day. Well he was right on time. did a fantastic job on replacing my pipes under my kitchen sink. My bill was exactly what they told me it would be roughly. So with all my experiences I have had These guys are top notch service providers. True to their word providing excellent service with techs who know exactly what they are doing and prove high quality work. Ill never go any where else for my plumbing needs. Its hard to find this kind of service and quality todays world but Garden Spot Mechanical definitely top notch hands down.

Dave & Dave were excellent to work with to make repairs on my work utility truck. They fixed what they could (welder/power plant) in a sorry amount of time and referred me to another shop to take care if what they couldnt (ancient air compressor). Great experience, I will return with full confidence in the future.

The heating and cooling systems in our office building were15 years old and we were beginning to have mechanical issues. We met with three local HVAC contractors including Garden Spot Mechancial. Garden Spot without a doubt provided a level of expertise that exceeded the other contractors. When our building was constructed in 2006, the HVAC system was desgned incorrectly. Garden Spot was able to identify the problems with the design and with the installation of the new system they were able to correct the problems resulting in an efficient, well balanced system that will meet our needs for many years to come. Whether you need a repair or new system, i highly recommend that you call Garden Spot Mechanical.

It was like watching This Old House, where they explained what was wrong and what options are available for addressing the issues. I had Bob doing the service and I highly recommend him.
