Robert’s electric will be my go to electrician from now on. I was having an issue with a GFCI outlet (that I probably made worse trying to fix) and they came out same day, pretty close to Christmas at that, fixed everything, and chalked everything up to a service call after all of the work and troubleshooting they did. Incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Robert’s Electric

I was very happy with this company. The problem I had was that one of the circuit breakers did not reset. It turned out to be a short circuit in one of the electric outlets. Initially I fixed an appointment with a different company that I would need to wait for for two weeks. Then I called Roberts Electric. The first pleasant surprise was that the lady answering the phone was very competent. She asked several questions that allowed her to determine how long it would take to fix the problem and what the electrician had to have with him when visiting me. She then put me in the schedule for the next day (awesome!). Kenny Rose fixed the problem in 20-30 minutes. He had to open 4 or 5 power outlets to find the cause of the short circuit. Not a very talkative guy but knows very well what he is doing. The bill was also very reasonable $80 for the visit.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable electricians. My dad was an electrician and loved this company. Ive called them several times. Once I had my electric pole fall from my house and all of my electric power was gone during an ice storm. I was in Portland OR visiting my Brother and Roberts Electric came out to my house and was able to keep me updated by phone on what was going on and fixed the pole attached to my house and restored the electricity so that when I came home everything was fixed. I think they are Awesome, Professional, Polite, Honest, and give quotes before starting a job to give a ballpark estimate for a job before starting work. They are absolutely Wonderful!! I wont use anyone else.I highly recommend them. Michelle

Roberts Electric was incredibly friendly on the phone, asked me all of the necessary questions to make sure the technician showed up prepared, and they came out same-day! The technician was friendly, tidy, and efficient. Highly recommend (especially after another highly-rated electrician that I called twice never called me back - boo!).

I called during the COVID shutdown for work on our new home and they were able to give me an estimate based on just pictures. Kenny and Daniel came out on time and worked quickly and answered all of my questions and did an amazing job. Everyone was very polite and professional at all times. Would recommend to others.

I tried to install a Ring doorbell and ended up breaking the wires off into the wall where I could not get to them. Instead of making more of a mess than I had already done, I decided to go ahead and call a electrician. Roberts Electric were the only electrician company that would either answer the phone, call me back or was even interested in the job. I received a call on Wednesday (12/15) to see if they could come and look at it on Friday. Unfortunately, they werent able to come until Monday because of the massive wind storm we had in Manhattan. I was not in a rush and completely understood other people had more pressing issues because of the storm. Once they arrive on Monday, they assessed the situation, fixed the broken wire, installed my Ring doorbell, and even swept my porch! The job took less than an hour and they only charged me for the time they were there. They will be my go to electrician from now on!

What began as a near diverted disaster with a brand new hot tub purchase turned into a absolutely amazing experience with Roberts Electric. Upon delivery of the hot tub we had realized that we needed a 220V with automatic shut off wiring configuration. In all honesty, the company selling the hot tub should have had conducted a site survey to determine what types of electrical work should be in place prior to the delivery and set-up. Well in a perfect world this would have been ideal. Except for now, we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and so many businesses are just trying to hang on through this difficult time, by reducing hours, cutting staff and still trying to be safe. Upon receiving the hot tub, we were asked if there was a 220V outlet to handle the load. My wife and I looked bewildered to say the least. After several discussions, we realized we were in a jam and in order to get the unit working before the end of the day, which by the way was on a Friday, we called Theresa Barr at Roberts Electric and explained the issue. She turned quickly and initially dispatched Kenny Rose to determine what was needed. Upon his assessment he contacted Daniel Krohn to assist in completely wiring and having the hot tub operational by 3:30pm. I am a retired 20-year disabled veteran and have severe arthritis and so having this operational was definitely a godsend. Enough great things cannot be said about Roberts Electric as they truly are an amazing group of people to work with. Thank you so much!! Mark & Rita Musleh

Asked for an estimate on some re-wiring work on external outlets. Not only did he not charge me for the visit, but he checked out the house while I was at work within an hour of me calling the office, then called me back with a quick run-down. Turned out I didnt need any service but if I do in the future, this is definitely my go-to place!

Absolutely amazing service!!! Very professional and friendly! Came out immediately after calling! He was determined to find the problem and wasnt going to give up until he did! The whole team at Roberts Electric were great to work with when my meter box decided to go out. Dan and Theresa were very friendly on the phone. They even coordinated with the power company to repair the bad meter box part, making sure my family and I had power back asap!
