Mr Wonderful (Scott) came visit us for a routine maintenance and cleaning session for our water heater and pipes. Since their work was perfect the first time, everything was in good order. Scott was even able to pass on some advice and recommendations for other contractors for the other work we needed done. 10/10 always a good day when he comes around.

Stuart Services, Josh and Eddie were fantastic. I have endured a horrible experience with a general contractor including the problematic poor installation of a water heater. Josh came out quickly, he was on time. He spoke well and was personable. Josh and Eddie repaired the problem and got me hot water. My problem was well documented. Josh is knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints !

We had an emergency, and my bathroom was flooded with water coming up from the sewer. 🤮Thankfully, they were able to send Bob out who identified the issue quickly, and scheduled our repair for first thing in the morning.

Matt was so pleasant, patient, and explained everything to me! He was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Stuart Services. Setting an appointment was easy as well. I called on Thursday and was seen on Monday.Here’s my second review! I called for services on Monday morning, but all of the techs were busy catching up on weekend work. However, Tuesday morning at approximately 8am, Matt called to tell me I was first on the schedule! Hearing that was like hearing the voice of an angel LOL because it is so hot outside! Matt came at the time he said he would, explained everything that he was working on and now I’m back in cool air! Matt is definitely the best!!

Kyle was courteous, highly competent, clear in his descriptions of the problems and available services/prices, and pleasant to talk to. He diagnosed our Mitsubishi mini-split units with clear understanding of the machines and their related parts, articulated things in a way we could easily understand, and offered a helpful preliminary cleaning as part of the diagnosis visit. This was easily the most pleasant service visit weve ever had in our home. Highly recommended.

I hired Stuart services to figure out and fix a leak in my water main, They sent out technicians the same day. Billy and Eddy were very professional and punctual. They were able to diagnose exactly what was wrong with my water main and offer me a very reasonable repair solution. Stuart services is definitely the way to go for all your plumbing needs!

Kyle was a fast and efficient tech! He talked me through what he was doing as he fixed both of my AC units. He allowed me to understand the problem and possible reasons the problem occurred. This information will allow me to keep a better eye on my dogs as they play outside and my grass cutter, for one of them may be cutting my wires.

Although Stuart Services’ quote was one of the higher quotes, the work was well done and they were able to come and give us an estimate the same day and start work 2 days later. I had a couple of antique spigots that Josh was able to save and transfer to the new line.
