Youre in great hands with Brandon. Hes extremely knowledgeable and credible with this stuff. In fact, I was very pleased with my current shower heads, didnt think I would be interested in getting new ones. However, once I saw the Brilliant Water shower head it was game over. The water feels much cleaner, the spray is evened out and the pressure is perfect. I know it seems like a minor thing to update in your house, but do this ASAP with Brandon. It makes a world of a difference!

Talk about a showerhead that is priceless! I havent enjoyed a shower this much since I dont know when. Brilliant Water Technologies was highly recommended by several of my neighbors. All said that they enjoyed clean, healthy water backed by impeccable customer service. Me. Bartels lived up to those recommendations with an unexpectedly quick response to my inquiry on the weekend. His no nonsense explanation as to what he recommended for my home coupled with his no pressure approach sealed the deal.On the same day Mr. Bartels came to speak with me, I had already scheduled another popular water filtration company come out to give me a bid. The quote was similar to that of Brilliant Water Technologies, and the method of filtration was similar. However, the “used car salesman” type of pitch made me lack trust in the company and the quality of their product and installation. Too, when I asked about how they would respond if there was an issue left me unimpressed; especially because I am aware of Mr. Bartels’ personal response to multiple neighbors’ requests, even after hours and on weekends.After the installation of my Brilliant Water Technologies filtration system, I. Priced an immediate change in the quality of the water in my home. Improved clarity and color were instantly obvious and the taste of the water was better than that of the water from our counter top filtration pitchers/tanks (that still had the old water in them. I also noticed that, even though I did not have hard water issues to begin with, the water now feels ‘softer’ than it used to.I am a truly satisfied customer and I would highly recommend Brilliant Water Technologies to anyone seeking improved water quality for their home or business.

This is the third week since we installed the water purification unit, and I didnt write a review until today to see if the unit was working as expected. Obviously, everything is exactly as Brandon described and very satisfied. Brando was very careful and patient every step of the way, starting from testing the water quality to estimating the price, and Brandon was very patient in answering my various questions. Most importantly, the plumber he chose to work with was highly professional in the installation process and could hardly pick any fault. From our first meeting (testing our water) to installation of our filtration system, Brandon was highly professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions along the way and kept us informed regarding ordering/shipment of our product. He even informed us of what the rates were at other companies (and he was correct!) On the day of install he & his licensed plumber arrived on time and was complete within a couple of hours! Our water is SO clean!! I didn’t even realize quite how dirty the water was until now I see the clarity in my bathtub! Brandon was easy to work with and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. We had a little issue with the quote and the current inflated prices of materials. We worked through that and he checked in after the instal to make sure I was satisfied. It’s a big investment but it will hopefully ensure our health and the lifecycle of our tankless water heaters and other appliances from the sediment and manganese. Where do I begin? What a great experience! Quality service, fast response, and major satisfaction is the best way to describe our new setup. Brandon responded to my call almost immediately and was out to our house to test our water within days. We talked about our options and everything was clear and transparent from the beginning. Given our advanced filtration needs, we fell on a all-in-one media based filtration system that is built to last. Although you might pay more up front, the long lasting benefits of what Brilliant water has to offer out-weighs any other options. Not only that, but it is specific to your own needs and they will make sure you are setup for success! I have called for a quote from a few local places and was not impressed with any. We are on well water that has high levels of iron and sulfur, and in turn we did not want to mess with changing filters ( which can be very expensive) and did not want to have any maintenance. Other companies ventured to give me a verbal quote without even coming to see what we had going on. This is a scenario where I knew that all filters are not universal. Once we booked with Brandon, the parts took about 3 days and he installed it same week. His work is precise and is in collaboration with a certified plumber to ensure everything is done to high quality. I was very pleased.All in all, I would recommend to anyone needing water filtration. Brandon and his team did so well with our setup and we no longer have any type of smell, taste, staining, or discoloration. Our water is even reading alkaline from the tap!Lastly, Brandon and his plumber were able to install our new water heater, so make sure to inquire about those services. Inquired about testing my well water and Brandon responded less than 2 hours later.He came out, tested our water and almost immediately had the solution to our issues and was very confident in his decision. One week later, he and Dean rescheduled their pre planned Saturday and installed my new system. Had a bad issue with tannin which mislead is to the idea of excess iron/sulfur. VERY VERY professional and clean install of the filter system and thorough information was provided on how it works and what I should and shouldnt do. During the installation, Brandon and Dean were extremely friendly and comical. Almost as if theyve been your friends for years. My husband and I were very impressed when a Brilliant Water technician tested our faucet water, as well as our bottled drinking water right before our eyes and presented us with very scientific material.We learned that our drinking water contained unhealthy substances. And our bottled water, while not toxic, had been stripped of its minerals. The technician was knowledgeable and very pleasant. We ordered a major infiltration system and have been very happy with it. The installers were also very professional and competent. The water tastes great and I can now take my long hot epsom baths without worrying that I’m absorbing unhealthy chemicals.

Let me first start off by saying I am not one that writes reviews; the reason for this is that they can be biased and often many of them are screwed with lots of individuals that were simply uneducated reguarding the subject prior to purchasing and had unrealistic expectations.Now onto the verbiage all are here for.I recently moved from Mandeville, LA to Madisonville, LA and never once did I think about quality of water, boy was I shocked! When my family moved into our now home we took note of a chemical flavor and smell in the water but thought it was due to the new home using PEX plumbing instead of copper.Most of the concern started when we replaced our refridgerator filter for the first time. It only kept the chlorine smell and taste away for a little over two weeks and my wife continued to blame me being cheap and buying cheap filters online to which I made many attempts to replace them and actually had the cheap company send out a replacement set of filters to which they were also depleted within the same amount of time. In order to rule out the possibility of the online company selling inferrior products I went to the manufacturer and purchased one directly from them to which it only lasted an additional few days (must have been luck ;) ).Once I felt I had exhausted my options with my refrigerator filter I began researching whole home water filters and WOW! There is a ton of information out there and I easily spent 3-6 months off and on reading about different systems and began to believe that there was no possible way I could afford one of these things. Its kinda like WebMD where a itchy patch of skin has 1000 different causes and solutions, it simply felt like I needed every bell whistle and ding in order to properly take care of my family and our newly heightening concern for our skin health; yupp, thats right all 3 if us were diagnosed with Atopic Dermatitis which none of us had previous to moving into our new home.With my familys newly diagnosed skin condition the online search shifted and ended up making full circle, leading back to chlorine and fluoride in the water; once more WOW, the The wormhole one can get lost reguarding these subjects. But at this point I decided it was time to take further action than contacting the Utilities company to which they always stated its within range.I began with a google search and ran across Brilliant Water Technologies, to which I was put in contact with Brandon (Final WOW I promise, hehe). This extremely charismatic young man showed up at the house and I was mesmerised with the way he was able to speak about a product, which you could tell he had a passion. Every question that I asked I was met with an answer or a I will get that answer for you and within the next few hours and days following our initial meeting he was able to set all my questions to rest and that is when we began to talk price. Not once did I feel pressured to buy and when we did discuss prices it was cheaper than what I was finding online, remember me being cheap.... it may be a little true.Here we are at the review of the product. I have only had the system for a little over a week now and being a person that showers at least 2 times a day my skin feels soooooo much better. No longer does it tighten up when getting out the shower! My wife has raved about her skin and her hair. As for the taste, well I can say that for someone that drinks over a gallon of water a day, this stuff that is coming out the tap is almost identical to the intelligent water (name skewed to prevent any legal issues) and is saving me about 10 bucks a day because now I just fill my bottles before leaving in the morning.I know that I have only had the system for 10 or so days, but I felt compelled to write a review. I will likely follow up in a few months and let everyone know how it is going.Thanks again Brilliant Water Technologies and Brandon for putting my mind at ease! We will be ordering that Hydrogen system soon!

You wouldn’t think changing your shower head would make much of a difference but you’d be quite surprised. I’d compare it to the difference between a hard water and soft water shower. It just makes your hair and skin feel a little better. Definitely a nice addition.

My small neighborhood is on a community water well managed by a local water company that regulates our water. Often times when brushing my teeth in the morning the strong smell of chlorine would just slap me in the face. At times, when taking baths, my bath water would have a yellow / brown tint, that’s when I decided to take Lillian (from Brilliant Water Technologies) up on her offer to come and test my water. Upon testing my water she was able to help me custom pick a whole house water filtration system that would stabilize my water, and boy I’m glad I did. Not only can I brush my teeth without feeling like I’m using pool water, I no longer have discoloration in my bath water, but the most amazing part of it all is the great taste of my tap water. No more buying bottled water for me, I can drink the best tasting fresh water directly out of my tap! Lillian and her associates were very professional and did a great job installing my system and educating me with specifics about my communities water.
