We had new faucets installed after bathroom renovations. I had never used this company before, they were recommended by the by the company who installed the countertops. Big Branch was awesome. They came in and got right to business installing 3 faucets. Their work is top notch. I would definitely use this company again.

Ross was amazing! I had tried to fix my water heater myself and was unsuccessful. Lo and behold I messaged big branch. Ross showed up hours after I texted him! He fixed the issues and noticed a leak in another part of my house and proceeded to fix it! I’m truly grateful and will ALWAYS recommend big branch from this point on.

I called Big Branch after noticing some water pooling below my water heater. They showed up at my house the same day, looked at the water heater (in the attic), and discovered it was actually a small leak in the roof vent from a recent rain storm. They showed me the problem and how a roofer could fix it and didnt charge me anything. I realized after they left I had forgotten to ask them something and they promptly replied to a text message. Very friendly throughout. I recommend!

Ive used Big Branch many times and have never received anything but the best, quick service. I called this morning around 8:30 a.m. and by 11:00 a.m. all three problems were fixed. Todd and Sergei were very professional and friendly as always. Big Branch has renovated two bathrooms in my home and did a fantastic job each time. I would not work with anyone else!

These guys are 100% slammed all the time and the reason is this.Ted, Todd, Sergie, Conner along with a few other team members are 100% solid tradesmen whom also personify the best attitude in people. They are humble, kind, considerate, quiet, and above all respective of your home. This team spent a week in our home replacing all the POLYBUTYLENE pipping from attic to main floor, from showers, toilets, sinks and faucets with a great attitude and positive manners.I would be remiss if I didnt pass along this information, you as a customer would be foolish not to consider this team and what they provide.I will be calling them back if I ever need anything plumbing related.

I had a leaky faucet behind the washer. Connor and Jason came out within an hour after I called them and got it fixed quickly. Other companies didnt even return my call or said it would be a week or more until they could get out.

I have been using these guys for almost 20 years. My wife had another plumber come out for an outdoor problem. They wanted $1200 to fix it . I called BB they came out looked at it knew exactly the problem and repaired it so it would happen again. $150.

I had a problem with my (brand-new) bathtub leaking, and called Big Branch. They were great from start to finish. I got a prompt call-back after leaving a service call request, the appointment was scheduled quickly, and they arrived on time. Jason was very meticulous in diagnosing the problem and he also took great pains to protect my home from dirt and damage. He arrived with all the right tools to do the job, and knew how to use them. He went out of his way to get me new parts under warranty, which really saved us some money! The price they charged for the service was more than fair. A big 2 thumbs up from me for a very professional and pleasant experience. Highly recommend Big Branch Plumbing.
