They always arrived to the job early, and when their work was done they cleaned everything. All the technicians were so friendly and gave honest opinions. Their work was precise and detail oriented. I recently hired a tree company to remove two large oak trees from my backyard. One of the trees was close to the power line that ran from the electricity pole to my house. The tree company that I hired stated that they were highly able and had the experience necessary to remove such a large oak tree that was so close to a power line such as I had in my backyard. Needless to say, they were a nightmare! They dropped a huge limb that was high on the tree onto the power line that ran to my house. I was without power for nearly 8 hours because of the lies this company told Cleco to avoid dealing with their insurance! They wanted me to take the blame and I wasn’t about to lie! Dixieland was a lifesaver in this situation! If it wasn’t for the professional team that came out so quickly, not to mention the receptionist that dealt with Cleco behind the scenes, I would have been clueless as to what I should do because I had five various voices in my ear telling me what to do from the company that cut down the trees. The best choice I made was calling Dixieland to handle this situation! They didn’t long whatsoever to come out! They were at my house in Mandeville within 30 minutes. They were very professional, honest, experienced, and friendly! I’d recommend Dixieland to anyone when it comes to your electricity because they have the knowledge to fix or repair anything they might stumble upon! Thank you very much, Dixieland for your hard work and response time with my situation!

Very Prompt and professional install of our recessed lighting throughout our home during the remodel. Even made sure the light switch screws all faced the same direction! Highly recommend and love the attention to detail

I recently used Dixieland to help me update my home light fixtures (which made a HUGE difference), they were very professional and able to help me decide which lighting option worked best for each particular room (as well as my wallet)! They also installed toe warmers (MY FAVORITE) in my bathroom so my toes stay warm all year long on my cold bathroom tile! I will definitely be using Dixieland for all of my future electrical needs in my home, as well as recommending them to friends and family.
