This is my second maintenance experience with Catahoula. From the first contact to schedule the appointment, to the actual performance of maintenance, everyone demonstrated professionalism. Chrissy was very helpful in setting the time and date. The technician Isaac took great care that all screens and filters were clean. He performed the recommended and required maintenance tasks. I am impressed with the measures he took in leaving no mess. He cleaned the engine compartment and exterior cabinet. Then Isaac made sure I understood the system and answered all questions I had. Before leaving he made certain the system worked as it should under a full load. I am still completely satisfied with the way the unit is checked and maintained 2 years later as I was confident in my original choice of Catahoula Electric for my purchase and installation.

After a prolonged power outage following Hurricane Zeta, we decided we needed to get our house wired for generator power as soon as possible. Running multiple extension cords through the house and having no well pump power was not a desirable option. We got several estimates to get a generator properly hooked up, and Catahoula Electric provided the most competitive prices. Knowledgeable customer service also came with the good prices, leaving us at ease with any work to be done on our home. I was assured no shortcuts would be taken, and the job would be completed correctly. Nick and his crew showed up on time as promised and completed the wiring for the generator and also fixed our broken outdoor sockets so we could get up our Christmas Lights. The installation was clean, problem free, and did not deviate from the estimated price. A test run of the generator showed that everything inside the house was working perfectly. We never have to worry about choosing which appliances to run and dragging extensions cords through the house during long power outages again. We are very satisfied with Catahoula Electric and would recommend them to anyone.

He gave us an excellent price and was extremely thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing and what we would be getting. Kevin and his team arrived on time on the day they said they would abs got the job done quickly and professionally. Kevin then came back to ensure we understood how to use the switch with our generator. Highly highly recommend for any of your electrical needs.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars. I called, Nick came out the same night. We found out that our house was struck by lightning, and Nick was ready to get power back on that night.
