    Andrew is excellent worker!! My water heater broke down 2 days before Christmas. Guaranteed Service was able to replace the unit right away.     Eugene Span came to our home promptly put on a pair of little slippers over his shoes so they dont bring in dirtHis work was clean neat and gave a thorough explanation of what he was doing and what work was needed after the inspection. He noted that there was some deficiencies in the system and he made the appropriate adjustments to reduce the amount of fuel that we were using. We were extremely satisfied with his performance and would recommend him to anyone who needs your service

    Gene showed up on time to the annual HVAC inspection and was very kind and professional in his greeting and demeanor. He inspected the system and found no major faults, other than pointing out that the filters on the humidifiers needed to be replaced (I wasn’t even aware they were active). Would definitely recommend Guaranteed Services, always happy with their service!

Existing system was 19 years old so not some thing I’m used to having to deal with normally call guaranteed service and they sent somebody out to assess the situation right away.     Todd D gave a very detailed report of what he saw with my boiler and examined the whole system, radiators included. He even explained his findings twice: once for me and a second time on the phone with my partner. He helped contextualize statements made by another technician (of a different company) and overall really took the time to make sure I understood my options, including seeking outside opinions. And a cat lover to boot! Strongly recommend.

    Josh Brucato came to check a problem with the furnace. First off he is a friendly, pleasant person to deal with. He was diligent in trying to determine the problem, and solicited advice from the depot when he could not. Turns out the furnace has to be in lockout mode to be able to figure out the problem. Later in the day when it seemed to shut down, Josh returned to give another try. He then told me what to look for if it goes into lockout mode again - and he wants to be called to be the one to fix it. Thats a great work ethic. Josh certainly is an asset to this company. I know if he is needed again he will figure out a solution. Great job Josh !!

    Woke up this morning to 65° inside the house. Give a quick call over to Guaranteed Service and within four hours they had Ryan, our service technician, dispatch to the house. He spent about 30 minutes, troubleshooting it and found that the circuit board had failed. He made aquick call and a quick trip over to the supply house and less than an hour later, everything was up and running as designed!Thank you again, Ryan and Guaranteed Service!!

    Our hot water heater stopped cooperating after 8 years so we called Guaranteed Service, who we have used for a few years to come out. We phoned in the evening thinking we would have to leave a voice mail but a human actually answered! He set us up with an appointment the next morning. After a thorough inspection by Stephen H, it was determined our heater was malfunctioning and might last a while longer with a repair, but not a sure thing. Steve explained everything so well, and gave us options to choose from. There was no sales pressure, just the facts as he saw them. He pointed out things that were done during the initial installation which were questionable, and we sort of knew this because of word around our development. We opted for a new water heater after much consideration. They came the next morning, thankfully, and now we have hot water and an efficient system which is installed correctly! Stephen even threw a couple of extras things in like putting a shut off valve for the water tank. Now, if future repairs are needed, we do not have to shut the whole house water off. He also pointed out and issue from the original install when the home was built that will eventually have to be replaced and for us to keep an eye on it. Collin, another technician, was great also. These guys were courteous, respectful of our home, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done. My husband and I highly recommend Guaranteed Service.

    Tom C came to my home and was extremely friendly, despite not being the person that was assigned. We had a leaking baseboard heater and he reviewed all information thoroughly and told us the inevitable...that we need a new heating system (our home is over 100 years old). He returned the next day and was thorough, friendly, and did an amazing job, even bleeding the rest of our pipes so that we have appropriate heat. Since moving in in 2020, we have not had the heat work this well and I am very grateful to him and the company for hiring people who know what they are doing and are kind while doing it.     Ryan was the tech from Guarenteed Services and he was both professional and extremely friendly. As for GS sticking to their scheduled appointment, that’s a crap shoot, as the original date was rescheduled from their end. And today was a 4 hour window, which I asked for them to come as early as possible. You guessed it, they came during the final 20 minutes. But the system is worth the original cost.

    David Tolin was here today to address a recurring problem with lack of heating on the second floor. This has occurred at least three times since the beginning of the heating season and seems to come back with no apparent cause. David made a number of tests and verified everything from twisted pair wiring connections to faulty (intermittent) board issues including loss of signal or current and made a number of adjustments. The temperature is rising nicely upstairs, and as we have more quite cold nights ahead we have David to thank for restoring the upstairs system.Please send him back again when we have a need.Harold

    This is Robert Weintraub. I just had the pleasure of having one of your service techs come to the house for a routine yearly service. I noticed that the humidifier was not working. After he looked at it he noticed that the humidifier was not hooked up properly. He was able to rewire it on the spot. It now works.     I was so shattered this morning when I found that I had no electricity in my kitchen, and I had guests coming for lunch. In frustration I turned to Google for help. I randomly chose Guaranteed Service and that call was blessed. The receptionist said she would do whatever she could to help. The electrician who show was early and his smile put me at ease immediately. Edwardo Monroy was polite, encouraging and went straight to work.     Kolby came out to investigate the cause of one our toilets leaking, causing my water bill to skyrocket.It is a power flusher with an internal bladder. Kolby found the rupture. He then called the manufacturer to see if there was a recall on the bladder which was 20+ years old. He discovered from the manufacturer there is a lifetime warranty on the bladder, so he had the manufacturer send a new bladder to my house, which will be installed next week.     Our AC stopped working during the recent JUL2024 heat waves.As an emergency - James Landry came first and got it working.Then Jack Stern came – got the AC working again - and he advise our old 100 AMP electric service was the main issue. Jack asked his office for an Electrician follow up – for a 200 AMP Upgrade.Eduardo Monroy came by a few days later – he inspected the old electric service and spent a fair amount of time explaining what needed to be done. It was going to be a BIG job.Yesterday, SAT July 21, 2024 – Eduardo and his partner Johnny came for the entire day!They carefully cut service, took the outside and inside part of the old 100 AMP electric system out.The wiring at the inside service panels were a mess – obviously made up many years of prior electricians not caring and taking short-cuts.Eduardo and Johnny are perfectionists.I can’t imagine them doing better work on their own homes.Their work is beautiful even to this electrical novice.They did not leave until late – only after everything was done, fully tested, and completely cleaned up.Tried uploading photos of before and after - too bad because Eduardos work is beautiful.A 9/16/24 update.Unfortunately the installation INSPECTION FAILED by town inspector on 8/2/24.I havent heard a word from Guaranteed Services.They should have been notified by the town.I have tried emailing them twice now.NO RESPONSE of any kind.Hopefully this is just a mistake - because its starting to feel like Guaranteed Services guaranty is not worth much.I am disappointed.2nd UPDATE 10/3/24Johnny came by 9/19/24 and fixed inspection failure issue.He hand crafted a solution - great work.On 10/2/24 INSPECTION PASSED!Final thoughts.Guaranteed Services did follow through.Their resources - Johnny & Eduardo are excellent!BUT the office and follow-up is lacking.This fix & follow-up would not have happened without the customer driving for resolution.

The furnace was not working in my 94 year old moms house and since it was January the house became as cold as an ice box.     Dave was our technician today. No matter how good (or bad) a company is, a lot depends on the actual person who arrives on site. Dave is one of those techs who you wish you had on speed dial. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. His service was thorough and even though he lost his phone earlier that day, and wasnt driving his normal truck, he still came through.     Edit: Weve now had great service from several people from Guaranteed Service for several services. Most recently, Eugene Spann came and installed a whole house humidifier, and was patient in explaining things and a fast worker. Well keep using this company for more similar work!We compared the total price of installing a 16 Seer AC and a 96% Efficient furnace at three companies and not only was Guaranteed Service the least expensive, but they were often the fastest to respond, most thorough with their answers, had the best warranties and were able to install the AC + Furnace the week after we finalized. Other companies quoted 2 weeks to a month. We were very happy with their service, and felt comfortable with Tim OKeefe as our rep. They said that they could finish the install in 1, maybe 2 days and they finished the whole thing in one. We noticed a small problem the day after they installed it and they sent someone out THAT DAY to fix it, which they did within an hour or so. I dont mind small issues like that, and love when a company proves they have great customer service. Wed definitely use them again for their various services!

    Dave T fit us in on a Friday afternoon during a heat wave after our appointment the day before was canceled, and was able to dramatically improve the airflow of our ac. They were also up front about the compressor needing to be replaced and able to answer all our questions.

    I called Guaranteed Service for my living room ceiling fan which fell off from the ceiling socket. They dispatched their electrician Eduardo Monroy to do the repair work. Eduardo was very friendly and professional. He disassembled the entire ceiling fan while working on the ceiling socket base so that I can clean and repolish the fan to be shiny like a new one again. Eduardo went above and beyond to help me and explained things I didnt know before. He did a nice and professional job to fix my ceiling fan which saved me from buying a new one during the heat wave.

    Moved into a new house in May of 2023, we knew the A/C, Boiler, and Water Heater were well-past their lifespan so we knew we were going to have to replace them, but we didnt expect to have to do all three of them within a year of moving in, but it happened!A/C went out at the end of August 2023, and Al from Guaranteed Service came out, gave me the estimate on the hottest day of the year when the system died, quoted it perfect with top tier equipment at a price nobody else beat, and I had working air conditioning the next day, a full system replacement from attic-to-outside. This was incredibly important as my wife had just had a baby at the end of May and keeping little one comfortable ensured everyone got much-needed sleep, so kudos for that and them being sensitive to how much noise they made when I put my baby down for a nap. Really people-focused.Our boiler died a few days ago, and after gathering estimates, we once again went with Guaranteed Service, and we had heat last night for the first time in a week.Rob, Nick, and their electrician Johnny were here for the bulk of the day yesterday and the way my system was piped and zoned was a little chaotic, but they handled it perfectly and I couldnt be happier to have properly functioning dual zones for the first time, and a heat system that is now super quiet but working perfectly. To note, nothing was wrong with the water heater, but I had them do that anyway since it was 20 years old and they were coming to replace the boiler. That went in perfect as well.I cant remember the names of the guys who did my air conditioning as its been quite a few months, but I would shout them out as well if I could.If you need fast, professional, reliable products installed or maintained, this is the company to use. Cannot speak highly enough of them and their estimators. No frills, they dont go around looking for solutions to problems you dont have, they just do great work and will go the extra mile for you even if something is more complicated than originally thought.

    Plumbing guys were fantastic to work with. Ive been having an issue with hard water in my house for a while, and within one day, GS was able to conduct a water test, provide me with a plan that worked for my budget, and install a water softening system. The techs were cordial, friendly, informative, and answered any questions I had about the system. Would highly recommend.
