    We had a 2nd zone installed for the 2nd floor of our home. From start to finish each member of their service crew worked with professionalism and courtesy. Even with regards to our pets they were mindful and aware. I cant remember all their names but the Joes were aweome. Their lead plumber was great with explaining each step of the job. Their electrician Jake was awesome and super helpful. Jaimie one of their service techs was super helpful and informative. She made sure to go over what she inspected and any minor adjustments she had to make. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, capable are the 4 words you can use to describe the work and service you can expect. Their service membership and what it offers is worth it for the peace of mind alone. Thank you everyone at Dwyer services have a Safe and Happy New Year!

    They called me back very early after leaving a message the night before, which I very much appreciated. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and collected essential information. The gentleman was earlier then expected and did a great job. He saw the situation and made a few recommendations. My main was cleared in no time and the toilets were flushing. I would highly recommend using them for any Plumbing backups or issues

    I had a cracked pipe leaking in my basement on a Sunday morning. The office got back to me promptly. The emergency hrs fee was half of the other guys, who couldnt even get to me in 1 day. The tech Victor, they sent out was kind, courteous and skilled. He fixed my problem in a fast professional manner and was very understanding of my home with a dog and 2 young children. Amazing service, absolutely would recommend.

    The start of our experience with Dwyer Services was with Lauren. She was excellent. Friendly, courteous, respectable, knowledgeable, and accommodating.Next was Vinnie the service technician. He is all the adjectives mentioned above. Tons of experience and is transparent. My wife and I were at ease with Vinnie. He is genuine. He gained our trust immediately.     Just had a furnace removed and a new Rheem furnace installed. The men arrived on time, removed the old one without much noise or mess. The new furnace was installed and was done very professionally, very neat, works great. All debris was picked up and taken away. Waiting for an AC unit to be installed next. While Dwyer does get top price, the job was done very professionally, so far I would definitely recommend them for services.

    My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received today. Our technician Jami checked everything on all 3 of our furnaces . She was very thorough, explained everything, took pictures to show us what she recommended that needed to be done. (What an asset to your company!!) Jami had most of the parts on her van which she installed and what she didnt have, she made a call to her coworker Dan, which was also fantastic. He came over, installed everything else and didnt leave until everything was up and running. Great service Dwyer!!!

    I had an emergency with an old boiler and radiator system, which was leaking. They came out emergently in a very timely and professional fashion. The technician Shawn was courteous professional, and did his job with extreme expertise and fix the issue. Canā€™t thank them enough really appreciate the work. Highly recommend them without reservation.

    I have used Dwyers Service for the past two years. They are very professional and helpful. Their technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable They explain everything they do. They do not pressure you but rather offer suggestions and advice to make your furnace and air-conditioning more efficient. I am definitely pleased with Dwyer Services and highly recommend them.

    Once again Dwyer Service was an excellent choice. We have used Dwyer for years, and they have always been professional, honest, dedicated, and neat as a pin. They exude the highest level of professionalism and service. Everyone who has come to our home has been the nicest people. For this service our technician was Jamie. She checked everything, made sure our system was functioning properly and clean the unit inside and out. It was a pleasure to have her service our HVAC system.

    Jake (from Dwyer) was right on schedule, friendly and helpful. Performed a full house electrical inspection and a needed repair (switch replacement) quickly. Price was reasonable. Have scheduled a follow-up for an additional electrical task I would like to have completed.

    8/30/24 - The service that Pat provided for our Water Heater was exceptional. The heater wasnt working properly and he was able to diagnose it, order the parts, install them and professionally finished the job. Although their pricing is high for individual services you can package them and get a price for what we needed for Air Conditioning, Heater and Water Heater for a very good deal. I highly recommend them.9/9/24 - Mike came out to service the AC & Heating Systems. He was very thorough and gave us great explanations as to all of the aspects of our systems and some recommendations for them.9/13/24 - I still had an issue with the Water Heater as it was getting cold after a while. Don came out and handled it in a very professional manner explaining what was probably happening and what I could do to get it right. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and analysis and I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this company and its employees.

    Our entire experience with Dwyer has been truly exceptional. Weā€™ve been dealing with a very old furnace and it was time to be replaced YESTERDAY! McKenzie is an excellent customer service person.     We called them in an emergency, Sean came out and was great. When we needed them to come again (after the restoration company left) Sean came back. My husband and I were at work, my daughter was home but Sean was in contact with us many times during the day, talking on the phone, sending pictures, and let us know before any work was done how much it was going to be. There were no surprises at all. He was very professional, friendly and we couldnt be happier with the service and work that was done. The people that I talked to on the initial phone call were also friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dwyer Services.

    My 94 year old motherā€™s heat went out on Thanksgiving night. She had a service contract with Dwyer Services, who answered the emergency call. They sent their technician Joe, who diagnosed the problem, and told us what was needed. He ordered, picked up and installed the needed parts within 2 hours. Mom is now warm and we are very thankful for Dwyer Services!

    My heat died on New Yearā€™s Eve. I called around and got Dan from dwyers to come check it out as I had a sick baby and senior home and it was cold. We weee going into 30 degree weather. Turned out I needed a new furnace which wasnā€™t a surprise. Eric came on new years to get things started and drop off space heaters. On the 2nd two very nice gentleman came and installed my furnace quickly so that we had heat. Everyone was so kind and professional and did not try to oversell me what we needed which I appreciate. I just became a lifetime dwyers client.

    If you need a new HVAC system, buy it from Dwyer! I have a two zone system that has been failing for around a year. Knowing it was a large investment, I wanted to make sure we chose a system that would be reliable and came with a solid warranty. Dwyer delivered on all fronts. Mike the GM led his team of technicians who flawlessly installed our units. Josh, Jim and Brian did an incredible job. You can tell they take a great deal of pride in their work and they were meticulous with all the details. As this work was being done, they kept our home spotless. True gentlemen.Katelyn in the office was awesome with providing all the documentation and price quotes as well. She responded immediately to any requests I had.Nobody wants to spend money on a bad investment. I am glad we called Dwyer and I would highly recommend them to all. Thank you!

    Jamie, my tech, was here for the second time today. She was replacing parts on a furnace that was sold to me by someone else as new, but really was three years old. Iā€™m grateful to her for catching that because I never knew. She had it back to new condition with careful attention and hard work. Sheā€™s exceptionally talented at what she does and Dwyer and all of their clients are fortunate to have her!!Today, (4 weeks later), Pat came to install my new gas range. He fixed the gas line connection, which really needed attention. Then, he connected and installed the stove AND he moved the old stove out of the way so it could be hauled out tomorrow. Lastly he took it upon himself to clean up and sweep the floor from the packing box and its pieces. I am, as always, grateful for everyone at Dwyer and all you do!

    Our AC unit stopped working. Dwyer came out early the next day. Our tech, Dale was super nice and helpful. He went through each step of what was wrong with our unit and different ways to improve its longevity. He also took a look at our furnace and worked up an estimate down the road to get it fixed. Super personable and helpful, not pushy at all. Highly recommend.

    I just purchased the 5 year home plan for AC, Navien and hot furnace. Just moved and new to the Manasquan/ Wall area. So I purchased a new kitchen faucets on my own, Moen. I needed a plumber to install the faucet so I tried Dwyer and I was immediately given a tomorrow appointment, awesome. The service technician was excellent, 10 + on a rated scale, unbelievable, a total professional and I could not find anyone better than him. He went into his computer and it came out with a price of over $500 dollars with 10 % off and gave me additional 50 $ dollars off. So bottom line was $459 est. it was a very quick job and I honestly thought and confined with my better half, my wife, we thought it was extremely high for the job, over 400 $ dollars a hour, which lasted less than 30 minutes for the job. We are retired and at these prices, we may have to go back to work.

    I had Dan and Jamie today working on a bathroom vent. They both did an outstanding job and cared about how to best set the vent up in my home aesthetically. It meant so much to me when Dan thoroughly explained each step so I could decide upon the final way to go. Having a contractor care about a customer is rare today. Highly recommend!!!!

    Got a tankless hot water heater from Dwyer a couple of years ago. Works great. Came home one day, hot water is not quite up to speed. Next day, seems fine, then after a weekend away, come home at night to no hot water. Called Dwyer, and in a reasonable amount of time, they got it up and running with a temporary fix. Next, they diagnosed the issue got the necessary part and now we are back to fully operational. Always prompt, courteous & professional and much appreciated. They have taken care of a couple of houses for us (moved from one to another, transferred our maintenance contract), so we can make this claim, as to the consistency of the quality of their service, for several years now.

    Dale is an excellent technician and also was in contact with Anthony. My system had 3 problems related to extremely cold weather..could not reach over 65 degrees in December 2022 and also in February 2023, and today. A larger pump was installed but my heat would not reach 68 when extremely cold. Today Dale came and spoke with Anthony and made some adjustments. My heat is now at 67. It was explained to me having 3/4 pipes and not 1/2 piping does make a difference. So hope cold snap will be short lived.

They have a very knowledgeable employee that had to correct one other companyā€™s mistakes and took the time to explain what was done incorrectly. The owner, Ed, took the time to work with me directly on choosing the mini-split for our basement. Shannon who works in the office is a doll and extremely customer centric young lady on top of things! ~ Mackenzie is right there with her as well. Would like to thank Josh and Kyle who were the techs on the job, knowledgeable, extremely polite, very neat & clean, and professional all around. This deal was brokered thanks to a technician named Brian, whom I have the utmost respect for, for being honest, transparent, and dedicated. The overall experience was outstanding, from scheduling, to installation, to a final, finished product. If i could give 10 stars, I would do so! ~ You can see from the images how beautiful it looks on the wall in our basement. This 18K BTU unit will provide Heat/AC all year round. This is a top rated, and highly efficient unit by Fujitsu. Weve used it already, its quiet, barely hear it, and it is powerful. Covers my entire basement of approx 1100 sqf. When he was done inspecting my furnace he showed me pictures of the problem that it had and then gave me suggestions to either fix it or replace it. I will most likely be getting a replacement.     Contacted Dwyer for sump pump issues. Very nice lady scheduling the appointment worked to have someone here at the most convenient time for me. Yamil was the plumber they sent. Great guy! Pleasant, friendly and professional. Called in the morning to let me know whattime he would arrive, and he was here right on time. Got right to work. I was thrilled to hear that the pumps were not broken, just needed the flotation part fixed. Yamil/Dwyer could have easily told me I needed 2 new pumps and I wouldnā€™t have known the difference. I was very fortunate to have found this very honest plumber and the company he represents. Both are highly recommended.

    Best of the best. Called and was scheduled for two days later. I had the whole system replaced. Furnace, AC, hot water heater, and new duct work. Every person I spoke with on the phone was so friendly, kind, and honest. Shannon helped guide me through all the pricing options after I received my quotes. When I had questions she was there on the phone after calling, no robots to get through, always a person.The day of installation the crew arrived, I wish I remembered all their names but the two I remember was Paul and Kyle. But there was so many more. They were all professional and explained everything they were doing. I called and they quickly came out and after diagnosing the work they gave me what I think to be a reasonable price. They were there within 2 hours and cleared my back up. They called their supervisor Mike K and within an hour he diagnosed the ongoing problem and called my township and had the inspectors there. All agreed it was a township issue. I cannot thank these hard working men enough for the money they have saved me.

    Was having issues with our water heater and booked an appointment online which was very easy and convenient.     Anthony has been taking care of my furnace for the past year or 2. He shows a lot of compassion for the work that he does. He is willing to educate you on how to best care for your Furnace. If something is not done right he corrects it as quickly as he can. Dwyers customer services call center is always very kind, easy to get in touch with and always polite. I have been using this service for various issues in my old home. They do not disappoint. I highly recommend them. They have that Mom and Pop vibe from years ago. You get treated like a person and not just another number to settle their bottom line.

    Since working with Dwyer for the last 2 years their customer service has been phenomenal. We just had our entire heating and water heater unit replaced and the dedication we received from Eric, Joe, Mark and Kyle was beyond our expectations.     We needed to have our 75-year old original galvanized piping removed and replaced by PVC due to a massive clog in our kitchen line that could not be unclogged. The piping in our basement was in hard-to-reach areas. Nelson and Daniel did an excellent job in removing and replacing the 50-foot long piping.
