The team at Golden Hands is very prompt and professional -- but most of all, the provide meticulous craftsmanship. We had a slight issue with a new stain that was tried and it didnt hold up but GH quickly had someone on his team come to our house to resolve the issue without making any mess inside. From a workmanship perspective, they cant be beat.

We are so pleased with our kitchen, mudroom and living room renovation. The Golden Hand came highly recommended to us by two different friends and we had no doubt in our mind that we needed to use Alix for our project - and we are so glad we did! From the first to final meeting, Alix was an absolute professional - he listened, he checked in, he provided suggestions on vendors (which were all amazing as well!), he was in constant communication - he always responded to emails, texts, calls etc. in record time - and we never had to worry that our job wasnt a priority to him and his team. Our project started on time and ended within the window of time that Alix estimated - which I feel like is unheard of in home renovation! The team of guys (Dave, Matt & Ryan) who were at our house every day are absolutely the best - they were all very professional, polite, extremely hard workers, they took pride in the work they were doing, and just a true pleasure to be around - to the point that my kids were asking when they were coming back to our house! The Golden Hand exceeded all expectations and we are absolutely blown away with how everything turned out. I highly recommend you work with The Golden Hand - you will not be disappointed!

We had a great experience with Golden Hand! They redid/ upgraded four closets in our home, and they were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. The contractors showed up at 8am on the dot each day, worked cheerfully and diligently through the day, then cleaned up thoroughly each afternoon before leaving. They estimated our project would take four days, and amazingly, were finished in... four days. The final bill also matched their initial estimate. Most importantly, the work itself is top notch. We are thrilled with our new closets and are looking forward to hopefully working with Golden Hand again on some larger projects. Highly recommend them!

I had The Golden Hands do a variety of work for me including: removing my garage ceiling, adding insulation, replacing the ceiling, and then painting the entire garage. They did a great job and were on budget and on schedule. They also did some work inside the house painting and everything came out very well. Great crew and all very nice to have around. I highly recommend them.

Were truly thrilled to have found The Golden Hand. Having newly moved into the area, we needed someone to help make small and larger repairs to our home. After a bad contractor experience, we put all projects on hold for several months until we found The Golden Hand. And, we could not be happier with the choice. So far, theyve repaired an issue with our shower, replaced our garbage disposal, and taken on numerous other projects in the interior and exterior of our house. Alix, Sara, and the entire team are consummate, caring professionals. They provide fair estimates, plenty of information and choices, and excellent work. Best of all, they are honest, trustworthy, responsive, and candid about problems and options. We plan to use them for every job that theyre willing to tackle in our home for all of the years to come.

Everyone was polite and accommodating, and they did great work! The Golden Hand will be my first call whenever I need other projects done!

Alix and his team are dependable and do beautiful work. They were referred to us by multiple friends. We are thrilled with the service we received. They replaced two basement windows (which were an odd size), a front storm door, they painted a bedroom, and painted our shutters. Weve seen the custom work Alix has done at a friends home and we will definitely use him for that type of work in the future.

Very prompt, courteous, professional service.We had a variety of smaller jobs (electric, drywall, etc) for which we needed a quote and have found it difficult to even get calls returned for those... Golden Hand returned my email very quickly, scheduled a time to come out and review the work, gave us a detailed quote for the work and then returned in a timely fashion to get it done. The bill reflected exactly what we were promised - no surprises (always a good thing when it comes to home projects).Super pleased, will definitely use them again!

We have had Golden Hand do multiple projects for us now. We love them and won’t use anyone else. They respond immediately, provide accurate quotes, show up when they are supposed to, do great work, and clean up after themselves. All the members are friendly and professional. I have no qualms leaving them in my house alone. My only hesitation in writing this review is that they will become too busy to get us on the schedule for our next project. (No, I’m not related to or friends with anyone in the organization - they are just this good).

Our 100+ house is constantly in need of help. Now weve found the solution! Alix and his crew (Skinny was the craftsman who came to do our jobs) are talented, creative, hard workers. With finesse and a sense of humor, repairs were made in place to custom built storms that had rotted wood, stucco was patched, copper wind stripping was replaced. Cant recommend this company highly enough.

Alix was quick to respond to all inquiries from the first time we contacted him up until the night previous to the job. He was flexible with the timing and showed up right on time. Once at the job site he did a great job and was even flexible enough to do some small things that weren’t in the job originally. On a side note the business card is also pretty cool as it’s made out of wood.
