    I contacted Andrew as we had a leak underneath our kitchen sink. After providing him a couple pictures of underneath the sink, he was able to come out to our house the same day, and fix it. Once he arrived, it was all fixed within an hour, and for a very reasonable price.Also, we had some questions about some old issues with our upstairs bathroom that we had not mentioned to him ahead of time, and he graciously took a look at it at the end of his visit, and gave his thoughts on it, which he did not have to do. We have some good information now for when we are ready to take care of it, and likely will use his services again for that.

    I would recommend Andrew for your plumbing needs. I have hired him for a couple of jobs, one being replacing an indirect water heater tank and another plumbing a new construction home. He has good communication, charges a fair price and shows up for work on time. Good things in a plumber.

    Andrew happened to be nearby when I called, and he showed up and gave me a quote for the same day (needed gas line to oven replaced). He not only installed it, but he cleaned the whole area around it. Kind, courteous, and professional. Definitely will call again if I need plumbing services.

    Very good plumber with great skills and professionalism. He bought and replaced the water tank immediately after inspection of the problem and did all the work just by himself. Hes also cultured, patient, and professional. Theres a freaky tenant kept treating him nastily, he refused that tenants any further requests but still remained absolutely calm and talked peacefully with incredible amount of restraint. Hes also professional enough to go into that tenants unit later to check the problems despite the tenants obnoxious behaviors. Efficient, professional, and well skilled. I will highly recommend to my friends and families.

    I was going through a heat problem and wasn’t sure why my heat wasn’t working when I turned it on to 80. I came across Shalin Plumbing Heating and Andrew responded to my call and messages quickly. He was able to resolve the situation and repaired the problem. At first I thought it was just the heating system, but Andrew came back and repaired the thermostat as well. Right now my heat is working very well. Mind you, I have 8 radiators and an old thermostat. Andrew was able to repair the heat with no further issues. Many thanks!

    Contacted Andrew for the leaking water heater in Malden on Sunday. He got there within an hour to inspect the problem. He Installed a new hot water heater and disposed the old one next morning and everything was all set within 24 hours. Very impressed by professional service of Shallin Plumbing and Heating. They responded fast and resolved the problem with reasonable charge. I definitely recommend their service.

    I never write reviews, and i mean never, but i am sooooo impressed with Andrew from Shalin Plumbing and Heating. I had a toilet issue in which 2 plumbers came out to look at the job but never called me back. Then a family member gave me his number and she said he was really good, so I called. He came out that same day, looked at the problem and was very honest saying he can do the repair but its not a guarantee because of the issue i had. Nothing to do with his abilities. I took the chance, and i am soooo happy i did. He did the repair right then and there and he kept everything around him super clean even his tools. I never saw that much attention to detail before. I joked with him saying for a plumber - your really clean. He said its because thats the way he was taught. I would highly recommend him if you want the job done right and with no added headaches of the clean up.Thank you again Andrew - you truly are a life saver.

    Ive hired Shalin Plumbing twice now for two separate jobs, and Ive been very satisfied with their services each time. They are very professional and have the expertise to handle big and difficult jobs. Price was fair, and they also were very conscientious about keeping everything clean and covered while they were working.
