    We had a plumbing issue this evening with the kitchen sink. The pipe broke and water went everywhere! Was about to have a panic attack thinking that we wouldnt be able to get a plumber out so late at night, and on a holiday weekend - so I decided to look up 24 hour plumbers. Came across L. A. Reedy plumbing, saw that they had a 5 star rating, so I read the reviews - and was impressed with what was written about the company, so I decided to give them a call.Was expecting an answering machine - but was pleasantly surprised that someone answered the phone! I spoke to the owner L.A. Reedy. I explained the situation to him and asked if he could come out tonight because I had to be at work early the following morning. He asked me to send him pictures of the situation and he would get back to me with the assessment. He promptly responded stating that he could be there within the hour.He came in, saw the problem - and made sure that the issue was taken care of quickly! He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and completed the task in a timely manner. The quality of the work is exceptional!If you ever need a plumber who is courteous, knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done in a timely manner......look no further than L.A. Reedy plumbing!     AJ and his team responded late on a Friday night and got us scheduled for a new sump pump first thing Saturday morning. They were incredibly helpful and communicated through everything. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

    I had 4 different plumbing companies come out to replace my upflush toilet and not one of them would work on it till I found AJ! He came out and diagnosed the problem on the first visit. He’s very knowledgeable and does amazing work. He ended up doing a complete basement remodel for me for less than what other companies would have charged just to replace my upflush.     It was 2:30am in the morning and our sump pump failed. Our basement was filling with water and we were scared that we were not gonna be able to find anyone to help us. But AJ not only took my call at 2:30am but put us before himself (not knowing us in any way prior to this incident) got out of bed, drove to his shop to get his equipment /supplies and came to our rescue. I am not sure I have ever met someone in business so genuine. He truly didn’t even need to answer the call, let alone come and help us at that time of the night/morning. We are so grateful for AJ!!     AJ and his team diagnosed my sump pump drain problem and started excavating in the least expensive area first. They found that my drain line empties into a trunk line servicing 4 other neighbors along with mine. The trunk line was not installed properly so they installed a new separate line bypassing the trunk line and emptying into the storm sewer. They did a great clean up and were done in 4 hrs. Highly recommend!!

    AJ and his crew went above and beyond for our septic issue. We had 6 different companies come out to give us a quote and AJ was the ONLY one who worked proactively to earn our business. He had his team do a more in depth assessment and called to get all utilities marked even before a signed contract. The price was very reasonable and him and his crew were professional, timely and detail oriented.     If you want a true customer service oriented Plumbing Co. then use TL REEDY Plumbing. We found a leak in our basement on a Saturday night and TJ Reedy ( The Owner) came to our home at 9:00 p.m. and fixed the leak within an hour. Afterwards he spent some time with us explaining what happened and how he fixed the leak permanently. He offered other advice on some future projects we were considering too.     Had a plumbing issue, clogged drain, that weve tried to clean ourselves multiple times. Called Reedy based on their reviews and got a good estimate over the phone.     I had called several plumbing companies to get an estimate on how much it would cost to install my new dishwasher. Many would not quote me over the phone, and others charged a fee to come out for an estimate. When I called L.A. Reedy, I was told straight forward what the estimate would be. When AJ and his comrad arrived, they were both professional, courteous, and arrived earlier than expected. It didnt take long for them to install my new dishwasher.     My experience with AJ was phenomenal. I was waiting all day for an appointment then they backed out and tried to reschedule the next morning. Without hot water for 5 days. I gave up on them and called LA Reedy Plumbing. AJ came out at 7:30pm and followed me to the store. I picked out a water heater, he then loaded it up and followed me back to install it. Was very professional in every way, let me watch him and learn what he was doing. ( I enjoy learning new things) He was a life saver!     I came home and realized my basement had flooded. It was 11:30 PM. I called LA Reedy Plumbing and got AJ . He got out of bed and was at my house within 45 minutes. My sump pump had quit. Between his equipment and getting the pump to work , he was able to get the water down. He left my house around 2AM and came back the next morning with a new pump. He also recommended Restoration of Cincinnati (Steve Slezak) to come finish the water extractions and cleaning and sterilization of my basement( in a 150 yearI cannot say enough good things about AJ he was kind, professional and knowledgeable. LA Plumbing is the only plumbers I will use from now on. They are “simply the best.”

    I purchased a dishwasher from Costco that included delivery, installation, and taking old appliance away. They delivered but stumbled badly on installing. I was told to get it installed myself. I called L A Reedy plumbing and I had never used them before. asked how soon they could get to me to install my purchase and they said most likely Monday. I sat up an appointment and they called later that night and said they could come the next day and did and installed my dishwasher. Rod and Jason were excellent and spent a fair amount of time getting the old one out and the new one in.When finished my wife and I were very pleased and the clean up was excellent. I have found me a new plumber and one I can trust and one that wont take advantage of my predicament.

    At 5pm on a Friday night, we smelled gas coming from our hot water heater. AJ was the only plumbing service that responded (we called at least a dozen). He came out that night.     Reedy plumbing showed up exactly when they said they come and actually rearranged their schedules to come locate and take care of a fairly severe leak we had in an upstairs bathroom that actually lead to other problems in the house due to it trailing along the piping all the way to the basement then referred another company to call for other repairs we may need for drywall or flooring issues that have or may occur from the water in the walls and floors.. really reasonable pricing, excellent professional work, personable employees and the time for the work to be completed was excellent.. thanks for a job well done, we will definitely use them again and refer to anyone in need of anything needing repaired.. thanks Reedy Plumbing

    I had several burst pipes on Christmas Eve morning and A.J. was out to help within 2 hours of receiving my call. He is was able to locate the problem area quickly and get water the water back on. I had more burst later that evening and he came out again to make sure I would have water. He was totally swamped, but made an effort to get back out, and also missed a family Christmas party. He is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs.

    L.A. Reedy Plumbing & Home Services is a family owned company that genuinely wants to help. Although I did not end up needing anyone to come out, AJ was extremely helpful to me. He called me back and listened to what was going on with my water heater that was leaking, gave me advice OVER THE PHONE, and said if it didnt work, I would need a service call. He even gave me a rough estimate on how much my problem would cost to fix if it ended up needing repaired. Not to bash any other companies, but I was quoted up to $150 by other well-known companies just to send someone out and look at it!! Support your local, family owned, honest businesses.

    Had a toilet that constantly ran, we tried to fix with no success, all the while paying an astronomical water bill, AJ came and replaced the toilet, water bill went from $130 to $67!!! We highly recommend AJ and team, they are kind, courteous and very professional!
