    Absolutely thrilled that we found such a well experienced plumbing company! William goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly and leaves a homeowner feeling confident and secure about installations and repairs. A consummate professional, he has installed our 80 gallon hot water tank efficiently and cleanly. We reached out for help with a main water valve leak and he took additional time on a Saturday to make sure the repair (through concrete wall) was perfect before leaving. Very reasonable pricing and terrific response time. Need more companies like this one!

    I recently had Will, of Copper Pipe Plumbing, replace my water heater. He was very professional and easy to work with. He provided an estimate via text, after I sent some pictures of my old water heater to him. Will worked around a last minute change to my schedule, showed up on time, and was in and out before I knew it. He cleaned everything up and hauled the old heater away. Somehow he was able to do this by himself. I highly recommend Will and his company for any plumbing needs. Now I need to get him back to work on my glitchy commode!Thank you, Will!

    I thought I needed a new garbage disposal (not as cheap as you would think) so I called Will at Copper Pipe Plumbing, who had done work for us previously. He came in and could have easily replaced it right away, but he put it to the test first, taught me how to troubleshoot and just fixed it! Amazingly honest! And he even called two days later to see if everything was still working. I highly recommend, always.

    Always a great experience with Copper Pipe Plumbing. The day before doing the job it was Sunday and I called to ask about removing a water softener that was leaking. Will returned my call promptly and answered several questions to help me make a decision. The next day Will came and got the job done.     We had our sump pump fail on New Years day and water was everywhere in our basement. It was raining really hard and after calling several different companies I was referred to Will from a gentleman from Dry Patrol. Will was able to come and put in a new sump pump within an hour of calling him. He was punctual and efficient. He was also very professional and cleaned up after himself. Even though this was a holiday he did not upcharge us or try to rake us over the coals. If you are looking for an honest and reliable plumber I would recommend his company.
