Professional, excellent price for Bosch 20 SEER. Installation went smoothly, communication is great. Cleans up after the job. So far unit works great. So incredibly quiet. Have to look to see if blades are turning on compressor unit outside. Was really hard to find a Bosch dealer near me but it was worth it.

Several options for appointment booking via phone, online, etc. The technology used by Freedom is very user friendly. You can even watch your technician via online map that tracks him as he travels to your home! A shout out to Evan, my assigned technician, who was prompt, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable! I called Freedom Heating and Air and Electrical due to my house having an electrical issue with the over head lights in all of my rooms. They came out found the problem was a bad circuit breaker. Just had a our first semi-annual maintenance visit since signing on with this company. As with my introductory visit six months ago to discuss various heating and cooling options, this visit was just as punctual, just as polite, and just as professional. In addition to taking care of the semi-annual maintenance checklish items, Evan (Smith) and Thomas (Bush) were able to help me address another issue the builder had accomplished in a sub-standard manner. So ... BRAVO to Evan and Thomas, and the entire Freedom Heating and Air Team. Being relatively new to the area, and as a retired veteran having lifted and shifted our household goods 33 times, I made a good decision making Freedom part of my team to protect our (Lord willing) forever home. If your are looking for quality folks (sometimes very hard to find in todays market no matter what you are buying or using), you can rest assured, theyll treat you right.

This is a Veteran owned company, which as a fellow Veteran I alway try to support.Updated: We found after the initial install the air wasnt blowing as much as wed like for it to cool down some of the spaces in our house. I called at 8:30am, by 10:30 the installer was back out and made adjustments to the fan speed which I believe will solve our problem. Very responsive, very respectful group.

Our AC unit was making horrible knocking and grinding noises. Freedom Heating & Air was able to come out the very next day when we called them. Not only did they fix the very serious electrical issue that they discovered was the cause, but they also checked over the entire unit for any additional problems. In doing so, they found and fixed another loose part. Our AC is now running quieter than ever and, most importantly, its safe.

In less than 2 hours I had power back in my living room and my central air working again. The price was VERY affordable for the 2 issues. The combined bill was much less than I expected to pay. Will definitely be using Freedom for any future issues with hvac/electrical.

I can not recommend Freedom Heating, Air and Electrical enough! My family and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the 7am call that I made to them about an urgent situation that was causing a leak, to the same day appointment that we scheduled. The work Aaron the technician completed was done diligently but also with much care and precision. He did not leave the premises until he thoroughly went over all the work that was completed and I was able to observe the entire process. Aaron was not only patient with all my questions and concerns but was very friendly and you can tell Freedom Heating and Air is FAMILY ORIENTED. They truly provide peace of mind when HVAC wreaks havoc. I will use them again in the future and their membership is a MUST!

I believe in companies that put the interest of the customer ahead of making a dollar and Freedom Heating and Air believes this too! My scheduled call for the AC unit checkup could not be done, as there is no access to water, where the unit is located. My service tech checked the unit parts, while here, while trying to figure out how to get a hose to the unit but with no luck. I was so impressed with the level of service, I signed up for their membership plan.

Freedom installed a Reme Halo in my system which is an ionizer that cleans the air in my home. I keep a pretty clean home, but I have cats inside. My home is also very old. I was completely shocked to see my air filter.( which I change every month) after 2 weeks running the Reme. Actually, I was mortified. My allergies are almost gone. Brendan suggested it, and I’m so glad I listened! FYI.. this is 1 of 2 filters I have going to this unit.Thank you Brendan and Team for doing such great work!
