Loved working with Roberto and his crew. Went through lots of difficulty with the county giving us hassle but Roberto took care of everything and worked diligently with us in completing our very own oasis. He has been open to things we’ve wanted to add along the way and is fantastic at providing his own insight and suggestions. We love our new backyard and look forward to adding on with the help of Roberto over the years!

We are very pleased with our two new decks, paver patio, stairwell and walkway that were professionally constructed and enhance the beauty of our home. Mr. Osorio surprised us by adorning the steps and deck with beautiful optic lighting. We were impressed with the professionalism and skills exhibited by the staff. We highly recommend By Design Group for paver patios, decks, lighting and landscaping. We plan to use this fantastic organization for future projects.

The company has completed 3 major renovations for my properties. They include two additional bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cabinet installation, pipe and electrical replacement and updating, floor installation, recess lighting, gas dryer installation, washer/dryer installation, gutted and renovated 1 bathroom, foundation preparation for 2 full bathrooms, along with tiles installation, vanity installation, sanding original hardwood floors, order and install granite counters, and painting.The owner takes personal care of his projects. There is a reason I’ve hired his group for 3 major projects. It’s very difficult to find a contractor who also is skilled in architectural designing as well completing the work. Usually you’ll need to hire separately for the designs. Mr. Osorio attended all the meetings for the renovation team to ensure we were on track. He provided documentation prior, during, and after the job, going over line items to ensure I was aware of all the steps and the costs for labor and material.I’ve recommended this company to several friends and realtors who are very pleased with his work and knowledge. I also enjoy the look on the faces of neighbors when they see the before and after renovation. I will continue to use Mr. Osorio.

They installed my sprinkler system, landscape lighting and also designed and installed a beautiful patio and landscape package in my backyard. Ive enjoyed the beauty of the setting they created every day since! Their landscape designs are creative and beautiful. I can only imagine that with their new kitchen remodeling, they will deliver the same amazing creativity and high quality service. I highly recommend this company.
