I signed up for their Complete Comfort Club after my first visit with Complete Home Solutions. I was really impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism with Jeff when he first came out to service my AC back in July, and also James who inspected and provided me an estimate for updating my attic insulation.The Complete Comfort Club provides for two HVAC service checks a year and I had my first check a couple days ago. Jeff was my service provider once again and provided top notch and professional service to inspect my HVAC unit. He gave me some good information and recommendations to keep my system in good working condition and prevent issues down the road.I’ve been very happy with the level of service I’ve received from this company thus far and look forward to continuing a working relationship with them.

Great friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled company. Ben and Zach worked really hard to find all the rebates as possible. They found enough to cover more than an upgrade to a hybrid hot water heater. Their crew worked hard, fast, and cleaned up behind themselves. Ben was always available to answer all my questions. Im having them circle back next year for more work, as it was a night a day difference how the house feels. Ive already have referred them to my friends as well

Excellent experience with Ben Walsh and his team from the quoting/estimating phase, explaining the different options, pros and cons all the way to the coordination and execution of the work on a timely manner and with quality and the team was always available to answer any questions we may have. CHS removed all the existing insulation, sanitized and seal the attics (Main and knee wall attics), and install new insulation and attic fans. The comfort level in the house improved drastically once the work was completed.I will definitely recommend Complete Home Solutions.

Fantastic company. They are punctual, professional, affordable and do a great job. I had some wood fungi growing underneath the subfloor and joists and they took care of it by spraying fungicide throughout the whole crawlspace. They then encapsulated my crawl space. There was only 20 inches of clearance, 16 inches in some areas, but they still got it done! They even made a custom, insulated door for the entrance of my crawl space. They did a a great job on everything.I just had them come back to put in an Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier in my crawl space. Allen was punctual, professional did a great job at an affordable price.

Complete Home Solution is one of the best ( if not the BEST) out there for home improvement project. They are extremely well organized, extremely well equipped and very transparent company. Most of all, they make sure whatever they do is done very professionally (no trial and error). And, their fees are VERY reasonable. And, they have the best customer service. Best communication!! They follow up with their clients even weeks after the project has been completed to make sure their customers are satisfied. AND, they hire well qualified technicians ( legal ones). They dont cut corners by hiring cheap unqualified laborers, as many are doing nowadays. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend them for any home improvement project.

Great company to work with. Ben and Mckenzie were great through the whole process, keeping me up to date with everything. The installers were professional and clean throughout all the work. I had my attic redone/insulated properly and two bathroom fans put in. Noticed a big difference in the temperature upstairs. A/c not running as much anymore. And the fans get all the moisture out after showers now.

I recently had my vents and HVAC system cleaned and I am very impressed with the quality of work completed. The staff at Complete Home Solutions were very helpful and courteous and gave plenty of notice and updates before the scheduled work. The technicians performing the work were fabulous. The spread drop cloths on my floors and wore booties to keep the floors clean. They were efficient, worked hard and completed the job in under two hours. Complete Home Solutions performed an HVAC Tuneup inspection on behalf of BGE to identify any problems and ensure efficiency of the units. The technician who arrived was professional, polite, and knowledgable. He performed a system check and inspected the indoor and outdoor units. He checked the supply and return temperatures/airflow, changed the filter, provided recommendations, and explained in detail his findings: some included the age of the unit (26 yrs), level and type of refrigerant (R22) no longer used, current condition and efficiency of the unit (operating @ 80% which is excellent for the age).

We are so impressed with the service we received from Complete Home Solutions and their service tech Dillan Jones! We are members of their Complete Comfort Club. We had another 100+ degree day and our main floor unit went out. We called on a Friday evening and d left a message. We emphasized this was not an emergency since we had another unit, but just wanted to be put in the queue. At 8:30 Saturday morning we got a call that Dillan would be out by 9:30. We got a text that Dillan was on his way and actually got here earlier!He immediately diagnosed the issue, a bad capacitor and gave us an option to upgrade, but wasnt at all pushy. He even cleaned out the coils in the unit. He is exceptional! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Explained everything concisely. We are very pleased with their services!

After discovering at the end of last summer that the builder crawlspace vapor barrier was completely inadequate, I called Complete Home Solutions to look at my problem. I added drainage and removed the old insulation and then they came out installed a heavy duty vapor barrier which was taped and sealed all the way around, then they spray foam insulated walls and ledger boards, installed a better crawlspace door, and finally a heavy duty dehumidifier (salvaging my old one to use with it). When they were completed the first day they came out like a home builder would to do a punch out list, anything that was not to my satisfaction they corrected that day. Only after I was completely satisfied did they send me the final invoice for payment. Very professional team, very courteous management, and overall, one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. I would highly recommend them and do business with them again. If you havent looked at your crawlspace, I suggest you do and if you are building new, save yourself some hassle and money and do this first. I have been monitoring the humidity in the crawlspace and it is maintaining at 54 % which is what the new dehumidifier is set for. Excellent system, excellent work and my air handler is loving life being down there. I am totally pleased with it!

We highly recommend Complete Home Solutions, 4.5/5 stars!We contacted CHS for a second opinion on an energy audit. The consultation was quickly scheduled and Jonathon came out to analyze our attic and energy problems. He identified issues that the first company did not, explained how they could be addressed, and managed to find us more rebates. We ended up with a much lower overall cost than the first company, even with additional work added.The work was conducted professionally, with the only issue arising with the bathroom fan switch during installation. The lost star is simply due to the length of time (a couple weeks) it took to get the issue corrected, though we had no loss of functionality during the wait and it was fixed at no cost, even though it required some additional wiring.Weve already seen a steep reduction in our energy costs and our house feels much more comfortable. All of the staff, including the consultants, installation specialists, and office staff, are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

In fact, their entire team, including the installers and customer service reps, were highly professional. They cleaned up after themselves and maintained the condition of our home.We replaced our HVAC unit, hot water heater, and removed the old insulation in the attic, replacing it with Blown Cellulose – R-49. For the past two years, our electricity bills have been extremely high in both summer and winter. Immediately after the installation, I noticed a significant difference in how much more efficient and cooler our house is. Our previous, much smaller HVAC unit struggled to keep the house cool, even at night, running 24/7 without ever reaching 70 degrees in the summer. When he noticed my chimney cap had a hole in it, he taped it up until I can get someone out here to fix it. They left the areas they worked in clean. I feel a difference in the temperature upstairs during the day after the insulation. My only concern is that I have to still run a space heater at night and my home doesnt reach the past 67 at night which is disappointing because I stated that was one of my main issues along with downstairs. Overall the team was good & I would recommend them.

Highly recommend this company. Jack the technician who performed our home energy audit was very informative, professional and friendly. He gave us a detailed quote and lots of information on how to help make our house more energy efficient and insulated. He also deals directly with SMECO to find rebates which brought the cost way down and made the project extremely affordable.Everyone in the office was very friendly when scheduling the work and they were very flexible. They were always quick to follow up and would call to give you reminders of when work was scheduled.The install crew was great as well. What seemed like a lot of work to me was completed in 2 days. They work very fast and very clean.Very pleased with the service. The work they completed has definitely made a huge difference in our home. The AC unit doesn’t run nearly as often and the house feels cooler. My sons room/closet that has attic access went from being the hottest room in the house to being cool like every other room. You used to be able to feel the heat coming in through the attic access panel/staircase and now that issue is 100% fixed.Overall great experience, great staff, great price. Highly recommended!

I came to know Complete Home Solutions by applying through the State of Maryland Weatherization and Energy Assistance program. After completing and applying for assistance and then getting approved, I was assigned a vendor to come into my home and complete an inspection of everything that needed to be done. Complete Home Solutions arrived and provided excellent service. The inspection was completed by the owner of the company who was very nice and professional. His name was Rob. He explained everything and answered any questions that I had. His team came in and installed a new HVAC system nd thermostat which I desperately needed as it was in the Winter and we had no heat. He also installed a new hot water heater, new roof, gutters, downspouts, carbon monoxide monitor, sprayed foam and cellouse insulation in the attic, sealed all cracks in ventilation, installed a new dehumidifier fan in bathroom, energy efficient light bulbs, powered washed my home and walkway to the front door, ensuring that the breaker box in my home was capable to support the new HVAC system. I enjoyed working with Michelle, who is also the owner of the company as well. She answered any questions I had as well as always responded to my emails. Tony who is a supervisor with the company, was excellent. He ensured that the team was performing and understood the install as well as provided guidance to the team if there were any questions about how to do anything. I will also add that people they hire are experienced and talented which can be hard to find these days. I am overall very satisfied with their service and would hire them again when needed.

The upstairs level of our 30 yr old home got very warm during the summer and cold during the winter, especially our main bedroom which is partially over the garage and adjacent to the garage attic. We had several contractors price up remedial insulation work and ultimately chose Complete Home Solutions to perform the work. I am very glad we chose them !Ben, their knowledgeable sales specialist, did a complete home energy audit and came up with a fair price for a comprehensive but reasonable scope of work to address our issues. This involved adding air sealing and blown in insulation to the main attic and garage attic, plus spray foam around skylight light wells and bedroom knee walls that were exposed to attic spaces. The upstairs bathroom fans were also replaced and vented through the roof ( they previously discharged into the attic ) and adjustable condensation sensors / timers were added to these fans to keep air circulating and exhausting through the house as needed.We had multiple crews on site to accomplish this work in a 2 day period, led by Kyle, Brad and JB. They worked quickly and efficiently and took great care to protect the adjacent areas of our home. The quality of the work was very good and their level of customer care and concern was refreshing.The work they did did a great job in addressing the problems we had. The upstairs is much closer to the downstairs temperature now and the air conditioner does not run as often. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again for any services they provide.

I had this company recommended to me by my uncle who works in building management, and I was very satisfied with their work.Their assessment of our attic found more issues up there than we had initially expected, so the recommended work ended up being more than we had first anticipated, but they were very thorough with the explanations, showing us pictures and documentation of the issues so we could understand what the core problem with our attic was and how that was resulting in our house getting too hot in the summer - the problem we wanted fixed anyways.They were very amicable and prompt to follow up, and they worked with us to both get all available discounts for the necessary work and to help us get setup with financing to pay for it.After having recently had a few hot summer days over 95F now, I can solidly confirm that the work they performed on our attic has completely resolved the problem we were having with our house getting too hot in the summer, so as someone who has to work from home, I am very pleased with the results and glad I went with them for the job.The work was also completed very promptly, taking only a day and a half to complete once work actually started.

He was able to point out multiple things that would improve the efficiency of my home by running a series of tests. We are very pleased and impressed with Complete Home Solutions. Jack did an energy audit and determined we could benefit from additional insulation. It was a 2-day project. We had R-19 in the attic, and they added enough insulation to reachR-60. They insulated and sealed all the lights that were in the ceiling, and sealed all the gaps and joists. Baffles were placed in the eaves to insure ventilation and that the insulation would not get blown around. They installed insulation between the garage and the upstairs floor. New ultra-quiet humidity/timer bathroom fans were installed in the bathrooms. Brad and all his crew were excellent. They explained to us what they were doing and they wasted no time and worked hard all day in high heat and humidity to accomplish the project. They were a real pleasure to work with. When Jack came back to check on the job and for the final test it showed that the air leakage in our home was reduced by 1500 cfm. All their hard work paid off! We shopped around for companies that would add new insulation for us. Merv was the one who did our initial inspection and let us know all of the ways our home could be made more efficient. We were on a fairly tight budget and couldnt make all of the improvements and we were never pressured into doing more, greatly appreciate the feedback vs salesman technique. They were easy to book with and pay over the phone and they always came on time.JP and TJ were a few of our attic insulation installers. They noticed we were missing junction box covers as well as our baffles in the attic were old. They replaced these at no cost to make sure the job was done right. Furthermore, they were adding new switches to a few of our bathrooms and were able to rewire one of our fan lights that hadnt been working before they came. Their recommendations were different but effective and Noah made the process very easy, professional, and friendly. I was looking to do required work for a home refinance. I knew that I would have to replace the vapor barrier, so I wanted someone who would be able to do that and any other work with weatherization. Complete Home Solutions was responsive and sent someone out immediately based on my availability. Merv was wonderfully thorough. He, unlike a previous contractor, looked at the vapor barrier, and he also noted that the insulation had been installed UPSIDE DOWN. The company provided a quote for work that included insulation for my crawlspace and attic, caps for my recessed lighting, and weatherization for doors and windows. I was glad to know that I could afford the assessment as many other companies charged 2 to 3 times as much just for the assessment without providing the write-up. The quote for the work was definitely reasonable.The team who did the work (Brad, Ben, Corey) were friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked quietly as I was working from home and presenting virtually. Allen followed up (and arrived exactly at the time I needed) to make sure that the work had been done right. I have NO complaints and no regrets. My home had been RIDICULOUSLY HOT throughout the summer and the floors were cold in the winter. I felt the difference IMMEDIATELY. The next day, I didnt have to keep my air conditioning running because the air was actually STAYING IN THE HOUSE. Imagine that! They definitely made my house comfortable, and I am appreciative. TL;DR: Great communication, service, follow-up -- and, most importantly, results!I used Complete Home Solutions for two services: One was to check my HVAC system before the winter and try to get to the bottom of a bad odor coming from my heat ducts. The second was to solve an issue with my new hardwood flooring swelling and buckling, even though it had been properly acclimated and installed.The technician who came out to look at my HVAC was timely, and the office had good communication, contacting me the day before to confirm, and then I heard from the technician himself when he was on the way. He took time to really look at the system and we found the likely source of the problem, which was my humidifier. He helped me find the right filter for it and showed me exactly how to install it -- though it was clear he would have ordered and installed it for me if I wanted. The service cost was very reasonable, and the tech helped me save money by signing up for a reasonably priced service contract.For the second project, the solution required sealing and adding insulation in the attic, insulating the cantilevers on the front of the house, and spray foaming around the rim of the utility room. Jonathan walked me through my options, did some testing, and explained that a good part of the project would be covered by energy credits. He priced out several options for me and patiently answered the many questions I had. They were able to schedule the work about a month later. Again, great communication from the office. The technicians were efficient, courteous, and neat. Blowing insulation is NOT a neat job, but they covered everything possible and were very concerned about the cleanup. I ended up doing that myself since I wanted to use my own vacuum due to Covid, but it was clear they were very concerned I was OK with that. Before they left, they showed me photos of the projects, before, during, and after, and explained exactly what theyd done, which matched up with the work order. The best part, and what I have called a Christmas miracle, is that a musty smell that I hadnt been able to get rid of since I moved in a year ago went away immediately after the attic sealing and insulation project!I couldnt be more pleased that I did it. The energy credits covered more than half the cost of the project. The follow-up was wonderful as well, and every technician Ive talked to has said that if I have ANY issues to call their cell and theyll be here to check it out since Im right around the corner from the office. I had done an energy audit through BGE and was looking for authorized contractors to perform work at my house. I am glad I checked out Complete home solutions. I had reached out to 4 contractors and their quote was very competitive. I had water heater installed in my house and the attic sealing and insulation done. I have had 6 visits from them to house in total and all of them was outstanding. Jack came in to give a quote and test out. He gave suggestions, when he came to give a quote which made it easier for us to make a decision. Autumn at the office was very helpful whenever I had questions. From the water heater install crew the guy with the pony tail (Sorry I forgot your name) was super helpful answering questions. JB from the attic crew came twice answered questions and fixed issues that arose during install right away. I was blown away when Allen came for a customer check up visit. I stumbled across this company as a result of BGE’s service offers. I didn’t qualify for the free AC check up once our unit had frozen, but they offered their visit for $99. So I decided to go ahead and try them out.Their HVAC tech, Dillan, explained the process, was patient with questions and proceeded to test out our unit. We were low on Freon, so he checked for a leak. Unable to find one, he filled the unit up with Freon and gave us a complete estimate in case our meter is faulty.The company charged a reasonable price.Dillan was very informative.I will use this company again. I appreciated not being pushed into replacing a unit that isn’t that old. Thank you!

We had an attic that was dirty and home to many insects and pests. The insulation was old and not efficient. We decided the best solution would be to empty & clean the entire attic which included the insulation! We contacted Complete Home Solutions and Ben Walsh came out to perform an inspection. It became apparent that we needed to remove the old insulation, air seal and make some other adjustments then add new insulation. They made us aware of a BGE program that would take care of the cost due to what we were paying in our current electric bill. We provided them our account # and they took care of the rest! The service was scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. On Monday, we had a few things to finish on our end so we asked them to wait until Thursday to come back and they were very easy to work with. Susan in the office took care of everything and kept me updated. The crew, JB & Jason, were respectful, knowledgeable and cleaned up their work area. We are happy our home is pest free now and cannot wait to see the energy efficiency difference! I highly recommend them, located in Lothian! I can not say enough good things about this local company. We moved into our home in August and we noticed our winter electrics bills were unusually and extremely high. Jack came out from Complete Home and did an energy audit, and he was professional and personable. He did not try and upsell on anything, only told us what we needed and he explained what our options were. At no point did I feel like I was being given a pressured sales pitch, it felt like a conversation where I could customize what I wanted to fit my needs. Because of this, we ended up having Complete replace our water heater, heat pump, new HVAC, new AC, new Whole house humidifier, new thermostat, new insulation in the attic bump outs, spray foam under additions, and a replacement bathroom vent (to a correct size). They were not the cheapest quote, nor were they the most expensive, but their no-pressure attitude and energy rebates thru BGE made them the best choice. There was also no Covid gouge. There were some delays on materials, but they were upfront about that, and we still did not wait that long. The work was done in three stages. John came out with another gentleman and installed the water heater, HVAC, thermostat, and humidifier. Both of these gentlemen were top notch professionals, they were respectful of my home as well as my time. They took time out to explain the function and location and just every part of our new system. The insulation was installed in two parts, the attic and the prep work for the spray foam were supervised by Brad and his crew, and again...stellar gentlemen to work with. Respectful of our home and time, and just a pleasure to work with. They answered questions and took time to explain what they were doing and why, and even made some great recommendations for future projects. They gentlemen that cleared and prepped the area under my sunroom and extension has my appreciation, there was a ton of stuff under there (old siding, etc.) and they removed it and put it out where we could reach it and use it. They even offered to haul it away if we wanted. This took a lot of time and effort, that was beyond their scope of work, but they did it and they were so gracious about it. I will be recommending this company again, and we will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Scheduled for a 2 day insulation and attic resealing install, they arrived on day 1 ready to go. By 5:00 that evening, everything was complete. All the workers were courteous and I really enjoyed talking with them as they came/went from attic to truck and back. Allen followed up after the install (less than 2 weeks) checking in to make sure everything was good. The dehumidifier in our bedroom used to only run about 7-8 hours before it cut off. Now, after the work was finished, it seems the humidity from the attic is no longer seeping into the top floor of the house, as the dehumidifier typically can run 12-15 hours now without stopping. We have also noticed the air conditioner not coming on as frequently throughout the day now as well. Looking forward to seeing how much this saves on electric bills in the future. I am SO glad we found this company. We moved to our Waldorf home from AZ in November and immediately noticed that our (brand new!) heat pump would run and run and run... and our temp inside the house would still DROP! Merv came to do an energy audit and we found out just how poorly our home was insulated (or barely insulated, i should say). They not only fixed the problem they made sure to explain to us how to get a huge rebate from the energy company (since were all electric). This was HUGE. The work they did was an investment, but one we would make again in a heartbeat. And they are a very well-run professional business! Linda on the phone was always helpful, and so was every other person we dealt with. They run a tight ship and weve recommended them to our neighbors. They insulated my roof, completed an encapsulation in my crawl space (November 2020), repaired by heat pump (February 2021) and then offered the best price in replacing my heat pump, handler and thermostat (job well done on March 29 2021). The jobs they performed was Awesome and the customer service at the office is fantastic (all the ladies that answer calls over at the office are very professional and very responsive ) . I had blown in insulation added to my attic and 1 adjoining sound wall with my neighbor. Not sure the wall did blocks as much noise as I hoped but the work itself was done professionally and well. JB was the crew leader, very nice, seemed knowledgeable and while they had a few new guys on the team they were able to direct them and get all the work done in less than a full working day. They blew in 10-12 inches of insulation, built an insulated super deck for storage, built up a 3 sided wall around attic hatch so the insulation doesn’t fall down every time i go up there, added baffles, replaced the attic portion of my dryer vent with hard tubing vs the flexi stuff i had and insulated that along with my bathroom vent tubing. All in all great team, worked fast, worked well. And followed up by Paul with a complete home solutions swag gift basket and in person check up on my experience with their company. Would recommend them again. Benjamin the sales rep who originally came out knew what he was talking about and had examples pulled together on how sound absorbent the insulation is, and what air sealing is. Great experience. Would use them again if i have another project in their purview.

I had CHS out to encapsulate my crawlspace back in November 2019. They installed a perimeter drain and new sump pump, replaced the vapor barrier, and applied spray foam insulation to the perimeter walls. They finished the job in 2 days, including cleaning out all of the nasty old fiberglass insulation. Their staff were polite and professional at every stage and truly seemed to care about my satisfaction with their work. They have called or emailed me a few times since the work was done to make sure everything is still meeting my expectations. It is! My home is much more comfortable - no more heat is being sucked out through my floors. My heat pump wasnt pushed so hard this winter, which means Ill likely get more life out of it. Book them! So glad they were recommended to us for our home insulation replacement! Ben completed our walk through and was thorough and patient (I had a 4 week old). His crew leader JB and teammates Tavion, Cesar, Jeremy, Jason, Brad, Von, and Carrington, went the extra mile to get the job done efficiently with high quality. JB went out of his way to show me photos of the attic spaces during the work and tip toed around my newborn to not wake him. One of his crew members must be a contortionist to get into the tiny spaces of the attic to remove the old insulation and lay new material! I so appreciated it because it would have been easy to skip the space since I was not able to enter the attic myself, but they completed the job thoroughly even when no one was watching. JB even went back and wiped off any scuff marks on doors or trim molding before leaving. From my initial consultation to the final product this company demonstrated the utmost professionalism. I was given a rundown of what my problems were and the options based on my primary concerns. All of my questions/ concerns were quickly addressed and answered. The receptionists were also always knowledgeable about my job and were able to handle any scheduling conflicts. The job itself was extensive and had to be worked around a business schedule. They were willing to work within my constraints and I was always able to conduct business without any loss. The technicians all seemed to be thorough with attention to detail. When approached everyone was very friendly. Since the work was completed my office has been more comfortable and the energy bill has been reduced. ( Previously I was unable to keep the office cool) While this company may be slightly more expensive than some competitors the quality of the work and the overall experience made whatever monetary difference inconsequential. WoW, what a Great Company...would give more stars if possible!We contracted Complete Home Solutions to do the crawl space encapsulation on our home. Something we wanted to have done to our older home for some time. Unfortunately, during latter stage of the work a problem with the plumbing developed. A shut-off valve and some old leaking joints were exposed. When I arrived at home from work a plumbing crew was on-site, including the owner, Mr. Burgee. They informed me with what had happened and that parts needed for the repairs would have to come from their shop, which was not local. The water to the house being shut-off, Mr. Burgee recommended we stay overnight in a motel. He made the call and paid for the room at the companys expense. When my wife and I arrived next morning the plumbing repair and crawl space work was just being completed. There was NO additional cost to have the plumbing issues fixed or the overnight stay at a motel. The company did the repair and motel on their dime. What more can you ask for!!!! This is one professional company that has great respect for the home owner. The team, to name a few...Jack, Brad, Aaron and of coarse Mr. Burgee himself were and are exceptional. This was the best experience I have had with a home contractor from start to finish. It started with Marv who came to my home and assessed why I was feeling so much cold air and uneven heating. Marv called before the appointment to tell me he was able to come a little earlier then scheduled and asked if that would work for me (which was great for my schedule). When he arrived, he introduced himself, wore a face mask, put on shoe coverings and asked me what my concerns were and why I setup the appointment. I explained to him all my concerns about uneven, cold temperatures in my home even when I cranked up the heat. Merv did a thorough walkthrough of my home with me and pointed out areas that needed insulated and the signs that cold air was flowing through my home. He explained to me what was needed and how it would help.I needed to insulate some areas in my basement that was allowing air in, insulate duck work and ceiling fixtures in my attic were heat was escaping, and add insulation to my attic that was under insulated and heat was escaping. I received a free quote from Merv and agreed to have the work done.It only got better when Benjamin and Dexter arrived at my home to do the work. I had a bit of anxiety when I saw how young they were (never pre-judge), they were the best. They were extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. They followed every safety precaution due to Covid-19 and explained exactly what they were there to do. They answered all my questions about the process and the materials that were going to be used. They also answered any additional questions I thought of since Merv had visited. Ben and Dex prepped my home by putting down tarps to keep my carpet clean and covered my furniture in the bedroom so to not get anything dusty when spraying the insulation in the attic (there was no dust left), they took away any old insulation that was no longer needed and cleaned up after the work was done. They took picture in my attic (which I never go in as it is not a livable space) of the before and after and areas they thought I should be aware of that required special attention. After the job was completed Ben sat down with me and went over the picture, explained everything they had done and asked me if I had any additional questions (which I did of course.... LOL). Not an issue! Ben listened never was very patient with me. He never made me feel as if I was not his number one priority and clearly my satisfaction was his top concern.Later that evening after the work was done Merv called me to see how the job went, if I was happy and satisfied with the work and if I had any additional questions.I cannot say enough about how please I am with Complete Home Solution. I will be using them again for sure as they do other home service. Thank you so much to the team and what a way to provide service. I am so glad to see that there are still a few companies out there like you in times when service seems to fall short most of the time.

Our recently purchased older home needed some major work. It was so hot upstairs, I couldn’t sleep, reaching 88 degrees. It turns out we had almost no insulation. And it was all the original stuff from the 60s. The rep came out quickly and did a thorough walk through. We ended up removing all of the old insulation, putting in new insulation and a lot of other minor construction up in the attic and crawl space to improve the temperature control and safety. They found where the previous owners had used duct tape on our bathroom fan and fixed that for example.The crew that came was quick, efficient and worked very hard. They had masks on in July and got the job done quickly. I can’t recommend this company enough. Anything else I need done insulation wise in the future, I will only use them.

I have used many contractors to do work on our 111-year old house so I know mainly what to expect. Complete Home Solutions excelled in so many ways, I dont know if there are enough words. They wrote and told me what they were going to do to the house to make sure I was not going to use 70% more electricity than similar houses in my neighborhood. Those were the readings Pepco was taking from my house meter. Complete Home Solutions worked for days in my house and sealed it as tight as a drum. They had a check list and they checked each item off one by one....and never missed anything. CHS was great to work with. I saw a couple of negative reviews so not sure what happened with the folks that had a negative experience with them, as Ive been going back and forth with them for about 18 months on my project before completing it on 30 Dec 2020. They removed old duct wrap from duct work in attic, added cellulose insulation in attic and spray foamed by rim joists and the band in my basement.Noah was awesome to work with and extremely flexible toy needs and desires. Noah generated at least 5 different quotes for me based on my desires and what work i figured I could do myself. I went months in-between emails to him, but he always responded within 3 days, even though it may have been 4 or 5 months since he last heard from me. Fantastic response and desire to ensure my needs were meet in my price line.Install crew, JB and james, just fantastic to work with. The took time, which slowed them down a bunch, to answer every single question I had. They still knocked out the work quick, but I like to be fully informed of what they work they were doing at every step. They let me watch what they were doing so that could ask questions and understand what they were doing and how. They were very, very thorough on clean up. I didnt find 1 part messy after they left, which I think most can attest, that when working with insulation isnt always the case and that was great.I will look to use them again if I decide to do any further insulation upgrades to my home. 100% recommend them.Only reason not 5 star is cause I wish they took discover card so I couldve used that to get the cash back rewards, so their actual grade with me is like a 4.9, but cant leave that with google. I know its kinda dumb to knock them for that, but everything else was flat out excellent.

We started out intending to simply add insulation to the attic of our newly purchased, 1970-built, home. After receiving quotes that varied greatly from two companies, I contacted CHS. Merv came out to run a home energy audit and worked up a plan to increase our home’s efficiency by adding insulation to the proper areas, sealing can lights in the ceiling, aeroseal in the ductwork, etc. our entire experience with CHS was very efficient and positive, even though the worker was temporarily on hold through the stay-at-home order.Their work spanned three days (sealing/building barriers for insulation/replacing bathroom fan, adding insulation, and finally aeroseal) each group that came was professional, friendly, and able to answer our questions.The energy audit re-test showed a 38% increase in efficiency, just in time for the hot summer weather.We would definitely recommend CHS to anyone looking to improve the energy efficiency of his/her home.

We started with an energy audit and choose Complete Home Solutions to perform several upgrades to our home including crawl space encapsultaion, attic insulation, dehumidifier installation and more. The staff of Complete Home Solutions were amazing at every step of the process. They helped us work with the Maryland BeSMART program, two subcontractors and SMECO to get the work done. When the work was completed it met and exceeded our expectations. Best of all our home was significantly tighter than it was before we had the work done, which meant we would be saving money and using less energy. In fact, the improvement was so extreme that we were able to receive a very significant rebate from SMECO. I attribute the huge improvement in our homes energy efficiency to the audit and the expert guidance we received from the CHS team.

I chose CHS to remediate the attic in my house, removing all old fiberglass insulation and installing new TAP insulation as well as other energy efficiency features. I spoke with about 8 firms before choosing CHS. I chose CHS because they are a family company local to Annapolis, their offer was the most competitive and their offer appeared to me to be based on the cost of labor and material and not irrelevant factors. The workers who did the job appeared reliable, hard working and responsive to my wishes and concerns. The customer relations agent was very responsive. A query I had afterwards about an aspect of the job was quickly investigated and satisfactorily dealt with. Since moving around in the attic is neither easy nor enjoyable, CHS workers took plenty of photos so that I could afterwards follow what they did at each stage, and this enabled me to verify if the work done matched the original work order. I now have photo documentation of the condition of the attic, which I’m happy for. I appreciate that CHS installed flags where important electric installations are, making future work easier for other contractors, as well as different colored insulation around the sprinkler system pipes. I found the interaction with all CHS employees pleasant, and I would consider contracting CHS in the future for other home-improvement needs.
