Highly highly highly recommend working with Team RP. I had issues with my old 40 gallon water heater and nobody can seem to locate the issues. I contacted RP and there technicians were super respectful, and responsive he was there in under 45 minutes and located the issue. He replaced the heater with a brand new tankless heater in the same day. Was a pleasure working with there technician neev he was highly experienced and would definitely encourage you all to contact Rp for all your plumbing needs!!

I called Neev on a Sunday morning as I was headed out the door to spend time with my family. My tenants water heater bursted, for lack of better word. Neev could tell that I was in a panic. Neev walked me through the process of shutting off the water and was able to calm my nerves. Neev was going to send his team on Sunday to replace the water heater and was extremely communative to let me know that they could not make it on Sunday. His team was out first thing Monday morning and the water heater was replaced without incident. I was very pleased with the service provided and their quick response was a breath of fresh air. Thank Neev for a job, very much, well done.

Had a major backup at my home and didn’t know what to do, I called RP and after only 1 ring Neev picked up the phone scheduled and appointment with one of there technicians Rudy he came in less than 1 hour and got the job taken care of. RP gave me a fair price and I highly suggest you all call RP for any plumbing need you have at you’re house.

I was calling around a couple different plumbers and when I landed on RP I knew they were the one immediately they responded and helped me. They sent out a technician to diagnose the problem and that technician explained to me exactly what’s going on he fixed my hot water instantly and I was able to take a hot shower again.I definitely recommend RP for fast response, great pricing, and great workmanship!
