I am very pleased with the replacement of the Water Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) installed by Ruben at my family rental property in LA. The workmanship was excellent. Ruben and Charles explained that due to the city water pressure of 120 psi, the original PRV likely failed because it was a builder grade that contained plastic parts. Ruben installed a superior quality, dual piston PRV that does not contain any plastic components. I will definitely use Red Lilly Plumbing for future plumbing repairs and upgrades..

I had a bathroom that had been out of use for years until we recently remodeled. Excited to try out the new plumbing led to disappointment with a blockage. Our contractor came back, snaked it and thought he had cleared the problem. a short time later, we were still backed up. Red Lilly Plumbing was very helpful on the phone, and they did quote me an approximate price to clear one drain. They called when they were on their way and came within their appointment window.Because of the description of my problem, the two techs (I believe their names were Sal and Charles) brought in the camera first thing. I questioned, how much more will this cost? and he said, half the time the camera could clear the drain and there was no extra charge if this didnt work.The camera didnt clear the line, but it did give some insight to a possible bigger problem. He tried snaking it a couple of times and revealed roots in the line. This was the last thing I wanted to see. They gave me a reasonable quote and said they could do it in a day or two. But because I am who I am I called my contractor to see what he would charge to replace the same amount of pipe with new PVC piping, and I was surprised that he was 20% higher.They came back and at the end of the job (and the end of the day), They saw something they didnt like so they asked me not to use the bathroom and they would come back the next day. Apparently, there was another small section of pipe past the area that they had fixed that also needed to be replaced. I wasnt sure how much more this would cost me but to my surprise, there was no extra charge.I believe theyre a small family business and I do appreciate working with them. Their employees were professional, well-seasoned and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. There was also great communication throughout the job. I will hire them back if I have any future need.

Diverter broke in my bathtub. Mike was fantastic in diagnosing the broken part and helping identify a replacement part to fix the shower and tub functions again. I’ve used them for multiple services including a new sewer line a few years ago and they were responsive and explained everything each step of the way. I would highly recommend!

I love you Charlie for taking care of our houses plumbing problem and being so courteous communicative kind and caring!! We had guests clog up both toilets during the holidays and Charlie was so responsive and took care of things right away even though it was literally Christmas eve and we were desperate to get the plumbing working again. Charlie knew exactly what to do and came all the way back out the next morning to run the hydrojet to make sure the entire sewer line was flushed and working right. I had a slow drain and Caesar came out to clear the line. Thats when he notified me that it would be best to replace a section of the main drain. He carefully went over the job and we agreed upon the price. When he did the main drain replacement, he was neat, clean, and considerate in minimizing the time we would be without our toilet. He took photos of the work and was able to clearly show me the existing lines and the replaced section of pipe.Overall, I am very pleased with the work but more important, I really liked having Caesar work on my home. You see, my home was built in 1920 and it has no crawl space. Ive never been under the house and I have had several other workers (not from Red Lilly) loudly complain about the lack of access. Caesar was very professional and did a difficult job without complaint. Im so glad I called Red Lilly and even happier that they sent out Caesar.

I have used Mike at Red Lilly Plumbing for several jobs now over the last few months, including a major two story duplex kitchen drain pipe replacement in the outside wall. We hired Red Lilly to install a new gas line in connection with moving our gas meter. Ed immediately understood what was needed (something that challenged other plumbers we called), gave us a competitive bid, and showed up with his team to complete the initial phase of the work professionally and efficiently. The project then ran into a series of delays and complications caused by the gas company. Red Lilly was there every step of the way, including after business hours and on weekends, figuring out what needed to be done and getting the project finished. We cant recommend them highly enough.

Knowing that it’s hard to find a plumbing company you can trust and rely on, I believe that I have finally found that company and that company is RED LILLY PLUMBING. I called Red Lilly Plumbing regarding a potential leak in my house as I could hear the hissing sound of water. My house is built on a concrete slab. I scheduled an appointment with Red Lilly Plumbing to come and make an assessment. Giovanni and his manager Ed came over the same day I called, prior to the scheduled appointment to see how the bad the situation could be in case it needed immediate attention. They determined that the leak was indeed in the manifold inside my house and Giovanni and manager Ed provided me with a description of the problem, what needed to be done, what my options were, and an estimate cost range of the options. Shortly after leaving from assessing my problem, I called Red Lilly Plumbing to inform them of the option I was selecting and to have them email me the estimate so that I could get the job started. We scheduled the appointment and on the appointed day, two great looking plumbers came, Anthony S. and Carlos T. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, practice safety, and answered any questions that I had. As Carlos was working to find my property main line they had difficulty at first. Giovanni came over with some instrument to help in locating the main line. After finding the location, we changed the original plan of the repair and came up with a change which meant replacing the existing exterior plumbing with new copper plumbing and pex piping instead of relocating the manifold to a different location. During the day, manager Ed came by to see how the work was progressing to make sure that everyone was on the same page in making the needed repair. Everything was done step by step with detail. Success was achieved when they fixed my leaking issue. I watched both Anthony and Carlos working, and they were very careful, detailed, and made sure the work was done correctly. Following completion, the manager Ed came by to check on the work performed. They did an excellent job. My main leak was fixed but they found a second leak in the manifold which meant additional assessment and repair. I scheduled the appointment with them to come back to find that problem. The same two awesome plumbers came back. Manager Ed also came to talk of the plan to fix the problem. This time they determined that they needed to rerun hot and cold water lines from the manifold to the back end of the house which meant opening up the ceiling and walls to run the lines. Time was spent doing this but they did a careful job. Once the lines were run and connected, the problem was finally fixed. What a relief!! I was very happy with all the work done to resolve my leaking water issues. It’s good to see plumbers working together in making sure that the work is done in the best way possible.I would highly recommend choosing Red Lilly Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! They provide excellent service and they work together as a team to resolve issues and to make sure that the workmanship is done well and to the customers satisfaction.Each job was finished within two days and I would definitely use Red Lilly Plumbings service again for all my plumbing needs.

My shower water pressure was low, and the toilet wouldnt stop running. I called red Lilly plumbibg on a Saturday the receptionist assured me they would have some one sent out between 9-11. Around 930 I got a call letting me know the tech would be there shortly. The tech showed up on time and was at my house by 10:15. Plumber was very polite and professional, gave me an estimate went through step by step on how the repair would be done. The price was fair and he fixed it quickly, even cleaned up after himself. This company cares about their customers would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

The lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and kindly listened while I tried to explain the leak in my shower. I had a leak in my main from the water meter to the house, which I didnt discover until I received an eye-popping LADWP water bill. Found them online, locally owned and operated, they responded next day and reviewed the situation. Was repaired in about a week, digging a trench to replace the entire pipe with updated copper. The pipe which failed was the original pipe from the house being built in 1961. Professional and courteous employees and office staff, good price, clear and concise estimates and charges. I recommend them!

If you’re looking for a plumbing company with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and competence, Red Lilly is your company. I was referred to Red Lilly by my real estate agent, and I very quickly saw how this company has built its reputation among professionals in the industry. Red Lilly answered my phone call and dispatched a plumber on the same day. I had a major blockage in a main sewer line. The plumber assigned to me, Carlos, was truly phenomenal: diligent, thorough, but most of all, tenacious, in figuring out the problem. After several snakes and scopes, Carlos systematically worked his way through the possible causes and was able to avoid a major costly sewer line excavation. I can’t emphasize enough: he was very honest and didn’t take advantage of the situation. When the final bill arrived, it felt very fair and reasonable. I can’t say enough positive things about this company— I feel like I can trust them and that really says a lot!

He came within a few hours of the request, knew what the problem was right away, gave a quote to replace the seal while also warning that the plastic component had a tendency of breaking during removal and gave a quote for that in the event it happened, which it didn’t. The stars mustve been aligned because within the hour, Raoul was at my apartment. He explained to me that the people who installed my water filtration system had done it poorly and wasnt sure if he could fix it. He did what he could, consulted with a fellow coworker who was more of a specialist, and explained every step just so I could see what shouldve been done in the first place. We thought it would just be a temporary bandaid but it has been months and theres still no leak! Highly recommend Red Lilly and will call them for any plumbing issues in the future.
