Plan A Plumbing Inc was referred to me by a family member, and, it was one of the best referrals Ive had in awhile. His services did not disappoint. I was in need of a water heater replacement. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and finished the job in a timely manner. His prices are within reason for todays market.A week later, I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and I had to request his services again. Once again, he did not disappoint. The photos are attached to show the quality of work that he performed. If I need any plumbing work done in the future, Plan A Plumbing, will be my go-to company. I recommend this company highly. I called Carmichael in the late afternoon with an urgent need for a water heater replacement. He came at 7pm and gave me a quote. By 930pm the same day we had a brand new water heater installed and hot water flowin! He was on time, communicative, professional, kind and quick! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I can’t recommend him enough! If you need someone reliable and good at what they do, I would definitely call Plan A Plumbing!

Carmichael was very courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem promptly. He showed me the problem and quoted a reasonable price for repair. He went above and beyond by desanitizing under and around the house. He returned in two days to insure there were no leaks and the sanitizer had dried under the house. He completed the problem in a timely manner. Outstanding service.

There seems to be no job too big or too small for him to handle in a prompt professional way. Very polite and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Quality of the parts was great. The price was great. They even cleaned up after themselves. They knew what they was doing and they were very respectful. I recommend them very highly.
