A week ago, Velvet Plumbing responded immediately to my request. The plumber they sent is a well-rounded guy and took the job seriously. The clogged toilet repair was only finished within an hour, and Im glad that he was able to do it effectively. Indeed, a remarkable and excellent experience. Kudos and more power!

We needed leaking pipe repairs last Tuesday, so we phoned Velvet Plumbing. They scheduled me for Thursday, and their promised plumber showed up. Now that a new pipe has been set and fitted flawlessly, everything is operating at its best. I appreciate how quickly you responded. Really grateful that everything was completed so fast. Would highly suggest this company.

There was a root problem in the common six-inch line going to the street sewer. We called a local plumber, who cleaned out the roots and proposed a pipe lining solution to prevent further root problems. The pipe lining solution seemed risky and high priced, so we did not pursue that.We recently became aware of the trench-less sewer line replacement process that uses pipe bursting to pull continuous heavy polyethylene pipe into the space previously occupied by the old pipe. Shortly after that, two of our neighbors hired Greg to replace their side sewers. We got to see Greg perform the pipe-bursting process, and we were impressed by the process and their expertise. The price also seemed very reasonable.We hired Greg to do our job. For some time I had been worried about how to do it and how much it would cost, but his method seemed like the solution. Our job had some significant challenges that he handled with minimal complication. He quickly solved problems that probably would have stopped people with less experience. During the work, we were without sewer only a few hours at a time, and we always had a temporary connection most of the day and all night. We now have a new side sewer that is better and more durable than the old concrete one. We are completely satisfied with the quality and value of what we received, and we learned a lot. Our experience was very consistent with all of the positive reviews on this site.

We noticed that our hot water heater was having some leaks in it and we were not sure what to do. We decided to call the plumbers at Pacific plumbing to see what their suggestion was . After speaking with the plumbers we were told a plumber could come to our home within just about one hour to give us an estimate on what needed to be done. We had a plumber by the name of Thomas come to our home assess the issue for free and give us a price to get a new water heater installed. Over all Thomas was very professional and we decided to use them for the service. New water heater is working great!

Outstanding service!!! We called Stephens Plumbing at 6:00 PM because we were having hot water issues...issue being we had none. One technician showed up, had the problem fixed and was done by 8:00 PM. He was super friendly and helpful...gave us advice if we had the same problem in the future. I would recommend Stephens Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Company called Sergio for a clogged problem a few years back. We quoted 3 companies. They are the one with the most reasonable price and came on time.Later on we had other problems with the toilet flushes and toilets , he and his co-workers came the same day and replaced quickly. Though theres leaks,they came to fix the next day till theres no more problem. The most impressive experience with them was in a cold and windy night, we had an emergencycall for the back float valve broke, and they fixed right away. I hired Sergio for my home project because of the good experience. He is always on time and does work professionally. He shows me problems and gives me options. I quoted other plumbers too, so I know his price is fair and reasonable. I would recommend him to my firends as it is hard to find a good plumber who knows how to do the job and doesnt rip people off.

Called for Plumbing and Rooter services at 1 am today, they came out at 1:30am. Firstly thats real 24/7 customer service. Sarki (sorry if I messed the name up) really came through for us tonight. We had a hot water issue and he fixed it up in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys that explained the process and did the job right. I will definitely be calling them soon for any future issues. They explained that our plumbing issues in our restaurant here in Los Angeles needed some work done with a new toilet and a possible new water heater and even looked at our leaky sink. Thanks guys.

His work to repair a sink drain leak, aslow moving & clogged bathroom sink, replacement of a tub shower diverted valve and a chattering faucet in the laundry room. Wow are they amazing we had some major sewer line issues and we needed a hydro jetting service and the install and replacement of a bad water heater.
