I have a tankless water heater that needed immediate Servicing. After looking for a reliable company on yelp I decided on New Generation plumbing. I put the call in at 6:30pm and it was answered quickly by Jake who set me up with a free estimate the next morning (they would have gone same day but I requested the morning). With out having to reach out to confirm this morning, I had Fernando call me (ahead of schedule) that he was there. He walked me through the work that would be needed as well as potential scenarios if original assessment needed further work. Once he got the unit working he called me again to tell me what was done to it. Also informed me of yearly maintenance that will be needed and would send me a reminder. Which I appreciate. Price is reasonable, Will be using them again. Overall very reliable, great customer service, will be using them again

I called Fernando at New Generation and he came over and fixed a valve, but when it continued to not work (it was old) they very quickly installed a new heater. Ive been calling New Generation Plumbing to the rescue any time we need plumbing services at my office. Theyve always done a great job.This time around, we had a huge clog in the pipes and our toilets werent working. The plumbers ended up hydro jetting the pipes and now our toilets are operational again and everything is working smoothly. The plumbers and the office staff are very polite, easy to work with, responsive, they work fast while being attentive to detail, and are professional in every way. The plumbers even cleaned our toilets and floors after they were done with the work, which you dont see often. I will definitely hire them again.

New Generation Plumbing saved us from a moldy cabinet. Our garbage disposal was leaking and kept the cabinet under the sink really wet. Customer service was great from the start and they even offered to do same day service but we werent available that day. When the appointment came, they showed up right on time and were incredibly professional. They also had their own covers for shoes and kept our place really clean which I was really impressed with because Ive never seen a Plumber do this. It turned out that our garbage disposal just needed to be screwed so they didnt charge us at all! If youre looking for great service and trustworthy professionals, hire them!Forgot to mention Carlos and Fernando! Shout out to them!

It’s 1/22 we clogged our pipe last night and the garbage disposal did not really work..made few phone calls to few plumbers around my area but we couldn’t agree on a transparency regarding charges etc…the team at new generation plumbing took my call late last night and was straightforward on costs and work to be done based on my feedback. I had a bathroom sink drain that was repeatedly getting clogged. When Roto-Rooter told me I needed to either descale the Drain, or line it with epoxy, to get it fixed (two very expensive options), I decided to get a second opinion. Thats when I called New Generation Plumbing.Reception was very helpful and sent Martin and his associate over right away. Martin suggested replacing the Bathroom Sink Drain Line all together and had a brilliant solution that didnt involve breaking any of the beautiful bathroom tile. Every time I hear the sound of the sink drain, its like music to my ears! $1,800 well spent.I also want to add that once Martin gave me a very reasonable solution for the drain, I also asked him to assess a secondary issue which was why our home was getting an unusual amount of flies. After impressive investigation, he identified that part of our sewer drain was disconnected. He suggested a spot repair and talked me through how it would work. I agreed, and he and the team began work on this the same day as the Bathroom Sink Drain!To repair the sewer drain issues, the technicians made a 4x4-feet square by 4-5-feet deep to expose the existing sewer line and replaced a section with new ABS. The technicians connected to the vertical clay line using heavy duty transition band and installed a secondary clean-out. While they were down there, they also opted for reinforcing the super old concrete sewer pipe that connects our house to the streets sewer system.Martin, Jose, and team completed all of this work within two business days, which was really impressive. I have worked with multiple plumbing companies in the past and what sets New Generation Plumbing apart is their great communication, fair pricing, and trustworthiness. What more could you ask for? Id give more than FIVE STARS if I could.

Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again.Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house.Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. By far the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. We had 3 different plumbers sent to our house that saw the size of the task and made excuses as to why they couldn’t fix it or just completely flaked. Jake was informed about our issue the day after Thanksgiving and came early in the morning to come and fix our clogged bathtub. He came and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and knew exactly what to do. He arranged for 2 other plumbers to come back to our house an hour later and they had the job done in less than 2 hours. The other plumbers claimed they would have to rip out the ceiling or floor to resolve this issue, but New Generation Plumbing found a way to fix it without removing a single thing. They were so thorough that they even checked all of our other bathrooms for issue’s and identified something that would’ve eventually become a problem in the future. Best of all, unlike other plumbers they wear shoe covers so they aren’t tracking dirt in your home and everything stays clean (a very small detail but Its a consideration that goes very very far.) I would recommend this company to anyone. The service, professionalism, & thoroughness of their work was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had them install a tankless water heater to replace a big broken tank.Super friendly, very responsive, easy to schedule. I would certainly recommend them overall.A couple negative things: it was only after I agreed to the project that they told me there would need to be additional electrical work (performed by a different person) which would have been useful when deciding between a tankless (which it felt like they were pushing hard) or a simple replacement. Im sure it wasnt intentional, but it didnt feel great to learn about the additional costs only moments after agreeing to the estimate. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the placement of the tank, which ended up on the front of my house, far higher on the wall (and with more exposed pipe leading up to it) than anticipated. I recognize that there arent a ton of placement options. but the company downplayed how visible it would be. I had been considering installing the tank indoors, which wouldve meant more work in terms of pipes but a nicer aesthetic, and they talked me out of it by saying that putting the unit on the front would be better. Seeing it now, I wish theyd been more clear about how it would be positioned. This isnt entirely their fault, but something to keep in mind.

Its hard to find a bad thing to say about these folks. Our outdoor drain mouth was clogged with mud, which meant water was pooling behind our retaining wall...not good! David and Martín came out and spent close to an hour inspecting everything. They figured out that, while the mud trap was full, the line itself was completely clean and did not need any expensive hydrojetting. Because estimates and inspections are free, that meant they just scooped out the trap, reinstalled the grate, and told me to have a nice day. No charge at all. Its hard to find a place in Los Angeles that wont find a way to charge you if they can, but these guys were more interested in their reputation and honoring their word about free inspections. Thats the kind of business I want to support and have in my community. I will call New Generation again any time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks, David and Martín!

Fernando was prompt in coming out to provide an estimate. And, he did a very thorough review of my overall plumbing situation. I determined what I was ready to take care of immediately (shower drain pipe replacement) and it was easy to schedule him to do that work. In all my interactions with Fernando, he was always pleasant and upbeat. And, he arrived promptly (even early) for both the estimate and the work. It was great to work with him.

They really helped ease our stress and get everything done. He made himself available to us any time, day or night. We even had them replace our water heater the day of my bridal shower and it was like they werent even there. These guys are so personable! We love them! We have already had him replace our water heater with a tankless one, fix our main shut off valve, extend our gas line and add a hookup for our stove and oven, fix our leak with our sprinklers and replace our valves in our guest shower. We tell everyone we can about our plumber and will not be looking anywhere else for the jobs to come. The peace of mind I get when I know Fernando and his guys are on the job, is priceless.

I am so happy I found this company~! From the very beginning when I contacted them through the Yelp app, to their completion of the job, everyone was quick to respond, efficient, courteous and very professional, working to make sure I could watch and see exactly where my problem was under the kitchen sink. And they didnt try to talk me into a replacement disposal as some would try to do, Im sure, since mine was still functioning fine. After the repairs (I contacted them last night after 8pm and they just finished the repair at 120, the next day), they also did a free scope of my main lines, but with no pressure at all to make a repair or clean out. Being able to watch the scope also allowed me to see with my own eyes where any recommendations made sense for the future. Great guys. Rates like you would expect from a plumber (maybe a little less), and no pressure to make adjustments where they arent yet needed. Highly recommended.

Jake and the guys are AMAZING! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I am a property manager who manages several types of properties, and It never fails that I have to call them when it is beyond an emergency. They are always available any time of the day or night. At this writing, they have just left after repairing another major plumbing issue. I tried using other plumbers but have had to end up calling them to clean up after someone else. They also treat you like family, so the quality of work you get is like they are working on their own homes. It also helps that they are fair, honest and guarantee their work.

These guys were very quick and efficient with service and delivery. The best part is they DIDNT CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. This is unheard of with plumbers , which is the main reason I gave them the job (Sears wanted to charge $90 that would not be credited back for repairs). The pricing was reasonable, as well. The only reason that I didnt give 5 Stars is because the water heater they installed has recieved a lot of bad reviews (cheap product), but it was an emergency fix and I didnt have time to research prior to installation. Live and learn.

We had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. Our water heater failed at 10:30 at night, leaking water into our mini utility basement. The pressure release valve had failed. I turned off the water main and called New Generation. They arranged to come out at 7:30 the next morning. They were on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and began making repairs. They replaced the pressure valve and pipe with a less problematic configuration. They pumped the water out of the basement and did a thorough cleanup of the area. They also treated the area with an anti-fungal and mold preventative. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest with upfront costs estimates and explanations. They are going to be our plumbing service from now on.

Would highly recommend these guys. I called them on a Friday afternoon about a water pressure problem in our new home. Henry and Juan came over first thing the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly -- we needed a new water heater. They meticulously installed a new one, including replumbing the emergency drainage line and fixing the strapping, which had not been done properly by the previous owner. All in all it took only a couple of hours and we are thrilled that we now have fantastic water pressure in the whole house -- no more waiting forever for the water to get hot or losing water pressure in the middle of a shower. We were charged a fair price too. Couldnt be happier with these guys and the quality of work they did. Thanks!

Jake and Fernando had a very difficult job because they had to tell me the work that I had done 5 years ago was so bad that the plumbers that did it should have their licenses revoked. Other than the fact that my rose bush will probably not recover, they did a good job. Only time will tell whether or not they will live up to their life time guaranty but I decided to trust them. I believe they are good guys and deserve your business but DO expect to be surprised at their prices. Im hoping they were being truthful and fair. If my water bill goes down and I never have to call a plumber again for this section of pipe, I got what I paid for.

These guys are miracle workers. I called them because one of my tenants water heater wasnt working and they were able to come right away and fixed the problem. They even noticed that another water heater was leaking and let me know that it was going to need to be replaced soon.Around 11pm on Thanksgiving Day, my tenant said that the leaking water heater started leaking out a lot of water. I gave these guys a call and they showed up in the middle of the night to diagnosed the problem. They replaced it first thing the next morning.I recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs. I dont know whats more impressive, their speed, their customer service or professional skills. We had a main sewer line blockage that caused a major mess in our downstairs bathroom (Ill spare the graphic details of our mess). I called them at 630 AM, they had a technician in our house in under 30 minutes. I cant pizza delivered that quick. They diagnosed the issue promptly, made a big hole in our front yard, fixed the problem, cleaned the mess and replaced the lawn neatly by the end of the day. It wasnt cheap but we had a big repair and these guys are worth it. Couldnt be happier.

Rare to have such a positive experience with contractors but Tony and his team were great. i had a leak in my front yard and needed a new water main put in and he went above and beyond with recommendations at no additional cost, they even repaired my gate without my asking lol. it was a complex job involving digging up my yard and laying copper pipe below my retaining wall and cutting into the sidewalk cement and street but you would never know anything happened. they made it look good as new after. they were FAST too. came around 8:30 and were done by 4:30.

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

The faucet cartridge in one of our bathtubs was installed incorrectly and we were having a hard time replacing it ourselves. Years of hard water calcium deposits had essentially turned to concrete and when we tried to remove the cartridge it broke into pieces. We needed a quick fix so we could turn our water back on.I called New Generation and they had a couple of guys out here within about 1 hour. They were funny and professional and explained the problem and how they were going to proceed to fix it. It took them about 1 hour to fully remove the old cartridge and get the new one installed.We were grateful that they were able to get here so quickly! Thanks guys!

The gas company had cut service to some of my gas meters with no explanation, and my usual plumber was out of town. New Generation Plumbing answered my call right away and Jake was at the door in less than 30 minutes on a weekend. He explained exactly what he was going to do to solve the problem, rearranged his schedule, kept in touch with me over the phone about what was happening, and stuck with it until the gas was back on. This was over the course of a few days and several phone calls to the gas company as they were being very difficult. I am grateful for Jakes patience and willingness to work until the job was done.
