Update:After I received the invoice thru email, I noticed contact info if I was unhappy with anything and they would try to make it right. After calling and telling them about my issue, they were able to return $100 back to my card. This goes a long way to me as a customer. They also advised making a clean out at my residence and it would be the cheaper price going forward if this issue were to occur again. With a little research its not that expensive to add and I will be doing that in the future. Thank you so much for your assistance with the price and the great customer service. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues!Toilets were clogged and tried their services. I would give 1 star but the representative was very professional and did a great job. Reason for the poor review is the price was extremely high. Would have been 200 if we had a clean out outside the house to get the snake in. But since we didnt he had to remove the toilet. For that extra step it went to 586 which is almost triple. I dont think it was worth the price just for removing the toilet. They charge 50 to give the estimate but the service does come with 30 day warranty if same issue occurs which is nice. I would not go back to them because they are overpriced if you dont have a clean out. The representative gave great customer service at least.

Such a great experience. All in the same afternoon, we had a 4 year old flush a toy down the toilet, causing over flow, and a backed up dishwasher. The man (I forget his name, sorry!) who answered the phone (on a Friday evening ) was kind, helpful and in no time had someone on their way to the house. Jesus is the expert who arrived and before entering, he put on a fresh pair of booties on over his shoes which I thought was nice. He quickly checked our situation as a part of the “free visual assessment “ and helped determine the two things were not related. He spent extra time going over things with me and was very clear and informative, even giving me verbal estimates on possible future services. And because he didn’t need to actually do any repairs, he didn’t charge us a penny. Completely true to their ad. I have saved their number and will absolutely use them again, when needed. Thank you!

I truly was delighted by the professional manner in which they approached fixing my toilet. They had to remove the toilet and use a heavy duty machine operated snake to clean the drain pipe .Not so easy to do unless you have experience and time and the right equipment. Plan on using them again as needed. Good value and good people

The toilet was not going down properly when it was being flushed. The drain needed to be cleared, using a hydro wash which worked very well. Jesus and the other two guys that helped with the work. All of you did an amazing job, thank you so much. I will definitely call again if I have any further plumbing issues.

After calling 2 other plumbing companies, Make It Right Services came through for us showing up the same day. They gave us a two hour window of arrival time & was in constant contact with us. Gabriel was our technician & he was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient & very professional. Alfredo was his assistant & they worked together efficiently & was in/out of our home in a flash.This was important to us during this time of the covid pandemic.

Unbelievable how quick Jesus diagnosed and fixed the problem. easy set up, obviously very well experienced. had a toilet that wouldnt fill, he diagnosed it and fixed within 5 minutes. had a sink that was backing up, also diagnosed withiin 5 minutes. good rates exceptional tech will be back (hopefully not often)

Best plumbers Ive had! I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink and it was getting really bad water was starting to go everywhere. I called make it right cause my neighbor had recommended them to me. George got to my house in less than an hour and fixed the problem really fast and not only that but he was so nice he cleaned all the water that had spread everywhere! I would give make it right services 10 stars if i could! Thank you guys very much!

Eddie came in less than 30 minutes call after hours. He quickly stopped the flooding in the house and told us what was wrong and what we needed to fix . Make It Right they did! They were quick to respond to my dilemma. Had another plumber come in who did a terrible job trying to fix a leak from my bathroom to the downstairs ceiling. Make It Right Services were able to fix the mistakes and left no trace that they were even there. This company will be my Go To from now on.

Our showers abs toilets were clogged due to a sewer problem and both gentlemen explained the procedure and provided me with three options varying in price. Once I chose an option, they got to work and then explained how they fixed the problem. I was given a one month warranty. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!

I hired Make It Right Service to install a tankless water heater. Jesus was my technician, whom provided the initial quote and completed the installation. He was professional and provide several options to accommodate me. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Jesus kept me informed of the process. Had a problem with my water heater and I asked my husband to fix it. He thought it was something small like lighting up the pilot but it wasnt that simple. He suggested we get a new one but i wanted to get the opinion of a pro so we called Make It Right Services. Tony showed up and said the water heater is in good shape we just need to change something in the inside. It was awesome he got it done quick and warranted the job and saved me the hassle and money of getting a new water heaters! Definitely recommending them to my friend!

Needed my garbage disposal fixed. I called them and they picked quickly. I assumed a appointment would be made for the following week or so but no they came out within a hour and don’t charge emergency fee. Not only that but diagnose the problem before charging you! We had a big problem with dirty water coming out in our bathroom at my parents house and decided to call them. They were able to fix the problem by showing us with a camera that our sewer line was broken due to roots and they replaced the sewer line and promised to come back and check in a month to make sure everything is good. They were awesome and we are convinced they are plumbing experts. Thank you.
