Called John to get a second opinion on an estimate from another company that didnt sound right. He was stunned by the crazy estimate I had gotten from the other company so he came out the same day and took care of the routine maintenance needed on a tankless water heater. He was honest, professional, and incredibly experienced. Next time I have a plumbing issue I know exactly who Ill be calling! -
