I called Fords to fix a leaking shower head. I suspected it to be an old shower cartridge filter, but could not open it far enough to see the part number (see photo).They sent out a plumber who quoted me the cost to inspect and order a new part + installation fee. He advised me that I could replace myself, and explained which tools to use to open and remove the old cartridge.I really appreciate the professionalism and full explanation of the work needed, also providing options to do myself vs their service and the price difference.

The technician luis was amazing very knowledgeable and helped us resolve our plumbing issue. Ford’s team is amazing from the office staff to the technicians.
