Answers the phone, responds quickly, shows up early & on time, gets the job done well and saved us money by recommending NOT to replace things that were not broken where another plumber told us we needed to replace all of our gas lines! Sato said it wasnt needed. Their fees are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!! -
