    Itā€™s so great when you find someone who knows what theyā€™re doing and also has the state of the art equipment to do the work with. I had a stoppage from roots and grease and had another plumber snake it. It stayed clear for two weeks. The hydro jetting cleared away the roots and grease and the pipes were totally clear. I know because he brought a camera and showed me ! He also checked the pipes so everything went well. 5 stars! Also good price! Highly recommended

    In this day and age itā€™s extremely rare to find honest good hearted technicians in this industry that truly care about their customers. DX Plumbing far exceeded my expectations. I miraculously stumbled upon Abraham when I was at Lowes trying to find the right plumbing pipes/tubes to do a DIY project back at home for a wet bar that I had just recently got renovated. The cabinet installer didnā€™t account for the existing original plumbing and built the bar around itā€¦ Needless to say the plumbing was not aligned with the new sink which required extensive work to make the original plumbing retrofit with the new sink/faucet. Abraham overheard my dad and I in the plumbing isle struggling to find the right piping and provided his plumbing expertise. We didnā€™t ask him or anything. He just approached us out of the goodness of his heart. After we explained the situation he realized that we were way in over our heads and suggested to come to our house to see what really was the problem. We exchanged contact info and Abraham came the following day and knew immediately what the issue was. He went to work on my existing plumbing and already had all the parts/tools he needed to get the job done. Not only was Abraham truly a professional in his craft but he was an angel in how he came about to assist us. I am forever grateful and will become a loyal customer for any future plumbing needs.     I contacted DX Plumbing for help clearing tree roots from my sewer line. I knew that I had to have major work done on the sewer line but I wasnā€™t sure who to trust with the jobā€¦so I put it on hold for three years. Once I met Abraham, I was 100% sure he was the person to help me. He was upfront, professional, thorough, and on time. He completed the major work for me and I could not be more impressed with his work.Abraham completed all of the work, was on time, and left the space in better shape than he found it.     My next-door neighbor recommended Abraham from DX Plumbing when I told him we were in need of a new plumber. My neighbor said he had found Abraham by doing an extensive Google search and reading lots of reviews.We have now used Abraham twice: once last month to replace our Insinkerator product, which had stopped working, and to replace the water filters in our sink and fridge.The second time was a week ago, after our 21-year-old hot water heater died by spraying water all over our sub-basement. Abraham returned my call on a Saturday afternoon and came by my house on a Sunday to assess the situation. He had a new water heater installed on Monday afternoon. While he waited for the delivery, he uninstalled the old one and moved it outside.With this help, we only had to go a little more than 48 hours with just cold sink water and flushing toilets. After that, our new hot water heater was installed and we were able to shower again and have hot water in all showers and sinks.I was very grateful for his attentiveness and expediency both times we worked with him.After I left him a voicemail when the water heater first began leaking, and didnt immediately hear back, I called plumbers recommended by other friends. No one was available on a weekend, except for one guy, who was going to charge me $320/hour. Fortunately, Abraham called me back shortly after and was able to walk me through the next steps.

    Abraham was recommended to me by my mom, who has hired him many times over the past few years to fix leaks, replace water heater, hydrojet, snake and annual plumbing maintenance for her condo building. He snaked and unblocked our kitchen sink line, and also hydrojetted our sewer line to remove tree roots.     Abraham is fantastic at his job! We had a bit of an emergency (a leaking pipe) and he was able to come the next day and fix as much as he could.     Such a great service! We had two toilets back up and a horrible smell coming from our drain. We have a plumber come out and quoted us such a high bid to hydro jet our main line.     Absolutely a winner!I had two previous rooter guys work on my main sewer line stoppage, unsuccessfully. Both companies said I have to open up my backyard and re-pipe or repair at 9 feet down.I doubted their word and called a friend for a third opinion: Abraham at DX plumbing. He did a HydroJet with super clean equipment and cleared my sewer line in 35 minutes. He just knows what to do. A one of a kind professional! He used a camera along with the HydroJet to make sure everything was clear along the entire pipe.Also, he said there were no breaks in my pipe, this is entirely different from what the other guys said.Abraham pricing is very fair and doing business with him is an absolute pleasure!

    Abraham is absolutely amazing. I called him yesterday and he came out today. He gave me a 2 hour window and was there early. Instead of a several hundred dollar replacement, he serviced my plumbing mechanism in a multi-story condo complex. It works like new. Was done in 15 minutes. He then installed a new garbage disposal that I was planning to install myself. He found a solution to an attachment ring problem and was done with this install in short order. He was available, early, extremely competent, friendly and the best value in plumbing. Do yourself a huge favor and hire him for your plumbing needs.     Abraham did a great job. He came out to inspect and quote us for the job and then did the job the following day. It turned out a bit more complicated then we anticipated and we installed not only a T but also a cleanout and he gave us a good deal and finished the job proper and on time. Details of our experience below.We had Abraham come out twice between late May and early June of 2023: first visit, he identified all the plumbing problems, scaled the drainage in our building and strategized for the best, fastest possible solutions; second visit, he was able to repair both the sink faucet/valve leak and installed our new toilet to perfection. In between those visits, Abraham was COMMUNICATIVE and CLEAR about the preparations I needed to make in order to best support him to do his job. The quotes he gave us were completely fair and understandable considering the market rate in LA. Nonetheless, Abraham is the most capable, knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy-to-work plumber Ive encountered that I would only work with him as long as hes within our area. He was also the only plumber in the last 7 plumbers in the 4 years weve brought out to our building with a maze of drainage system that ACTUALLY understood and map out our building of 24 units. He demonstrated this by examining the building pipes in the garage and quickly (and confidently) confirmed that he could control water supply locally without needing to shut off the whole building, which is hugely important to old buildings like ours. Our board president was very impressed as well. Plus, he makes sure the working area is clean afterwards, finishes all touches neatly, and gave us clear instruction in post-care for the next 24 hours. We really appreciated him from beginning to the very end.Abraham, we thank you. Everything in the kitchen sink and the bathroom are still working perfectly (as they should), so we can sleep soundly without worrying about them anymore!
