    Quick courteous response to our shower not draining properly. We knew it needed to be snaked. Chris was on time, super nice and efficiently snaked the shower drain that had SO MUCH HAIR, would have been difficult to do on our own. Price was also extremely reasonable, significantly less than the company that our HOA recommended. Will DEFINITELY use Chris with Cali for next job!

    I truly appreciate the prompt, honest, and skilled service I receive from Cali Rooter & Plumbing every time I request help. Ive relied on this exceptional company for various plumbing issues, both large and small, for many years, and they have consistently completed our projects efficiently and on schedule. John and Simon are incredibly quick to respond! Recently, we faced some problems with corroded drain pipes, and Simon arrived promptly to diagnose the situation and provide a solution. He expertly repiped our drain lines. I especially want to thank and commend Simon for his dedication and helpful recommendations. He has always been there to assist with our plumbing needs, both before and after repairs. I’d also like to recognize Doug, Simon’s helper, who is friendly, courteous, and meticulous in his work. He made sure our place got cleaned up well.

    These guys seem really great and like they really know what theyre doing. I called them out to look at a ceiling leak that a different plumbing service had diagnosed incorrectly and not fixed. Simon understood the problem immediately, proposed any easy solution and billed only the service charge price. I also like that they are small and family owned.

    I have used Cali Rooter and Plumbing twice and have received excellent and prompt service both times. They did the work for about 40% less than the other companies that gave me quotes. Very professional and well-run company and Chris the plumber who did the work was great. They also were able to send someone within an hour of me calling.

    Bathroom sink started leaking where the drain connects to the bowl. I couldnt figure it out but got a referral from a friend.Great service. Called and they had someone there fast. Quick, easy, worked very clean, no up sell -- used existing parts and just fixed the issue. He knew what he was doing. Appreciated that he took the time to clean up and during the work was wiping off surfaces that got messy.Price was fair -- not the cheapest, but not expensive, reasonable to me for the speed and quality of the work.Got to chatting and it is a full family business, which I love supporting. Ill use them again, thats the highest endorsement.

They dug up my front yard and kept me updated with photos and phone calls and even solved another issue that was needing immediate service.     I just used them for the first time, and John was amazing! I hate a clog in my central pipe and he stayed for hours until it was resolved, and worked incredibly hard!     Simply the best. Our experience in working with Cali Rooter was top notch from start to finish. We had a crack in our main line, which called for an excavation of the sidewalk and digging a hole 7ft down to reach the main line.     Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. They are always prompt and very reliable. In addition, receiving friendly service is very important to me. John is very pleasant and knowledgeable.     I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

My main was stuck and I figured I had to go bankrupt right after...but not with this company, he gave me a reasonable price and he got the job done quick.     I got estimates from multiple plumbers for a clogged shower drain which I knew was a quick job that required a simple snake. I quoted up to $300 and an average of $225. Most wanted me to call them yet Cali Rooter immediately sent me a reasonable quote of $125 which was way less than every one else. Not only that, but they scheduled an immediate visit and came by my house within a few hours and unclogged my shower drain within 15 minutes. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

    I highly recommend Cali-Rooter. Ive worked with them five times. This last time, our water heater died on a Friday night and after speaking with Simon, he arranged to replace it on Saturday.
