    Nate and his crew Daniel, Rubin and Kevin were amazing! From Nancy who took my original call and Alvin the supervisor I was impressed with their professionalism. They dealt with me and coordinated with my tenants to get the job done. It was no small job either. They had to dig several feet down and under the foundation to the main sewer line. They left it like nothing had been touched. I So appreciate all their hard work. I’d use A-1 again in a heartbeat!

    Rudy’s performance was thumbs up. He had only one thing on his mind when he arrived at my place to solve the problem. He didn’t waste one second of my time he was polite, very friendly found the problem gave me some options that were looking out for my wallet, Mr. BAIRES, Got the job done along with another person from your A1 who was professional and helped out , great job and even gave me a year A warranty guarantee for a whole year so if something goes wrong, I just give them a call and it’s done for free. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

    Jose reyes saved the day!!!We had a huge problem and they were able to come same day to clear a line. We called around to a couple other companies first, but no one was available. We had a back up that flowed into our shower :,(They fixed the problem, and we could not be happier. Highly recommend. Fast, reliable, respectful.

    My parents were having a backup. I called two different companies before calling A-1 Total Service Plumbing. The first one was one that I used all the time that promised theyd show up the next morning that stood us up, and the second one didnt have any availability for a few days. When I reached out to A-1 they were available the same day and was able to diagnose the issue right away.I was provided with detailed photos, and made it accessible for me to see in real time. Though the work ended up being major plumbing and expensive, I felt very confident that the work wasnt overpriced. The Plumbers recommendations didnt sound like he was trying to gouge us.My parents ended up having to replace the entire sewage system since they lived there for over 50 years and never having it updated. Then later found that the water heater needed to be replaced due to a botched job previously done.The plus, after all was finished they ended up having a garbage disposal blockage, which they took care of days later, at no cost.I would definitely recommend this company because they have integrity and experience.     Josh came over and was a magician! Weve been having a problem with intermittent sewer gas for months that 2 other plumbers couldnt seem to isolate and fix. Within 45 mins, Josh found the issue and documented the entire process clearly (with photos and videos explaining source and proposed corrections) so that we could send it on to our landlord. I have nothing but GREAT things to say! This is why I looked for a Diamond Certified company. Re-Li-A-Ble.

    I had a sudden plumbing emergency and after some googling and research, I found and called A-1 and they were terrific. Esteban reviewed everything in the original estimate and the completed work with me in detail, including pictures and videos and answered all my questions. He and his team were prompt, professional and very respectful to me and my home. Shout out too to Jennifer who took k my initial call and set up the appointment.     A-1 called before hand to give me ETA and the technician showed up with in that time estimate. He was nice and professional. Gave me the estimate, I agreed and he got right to work. He was able to fix the problem (clogged toilet) . He had me come and look at the toilet to see if it flushed normally and it did. I’m very happy with the overall with the experience. Would recommend 10/10.

    I had a very leaky shower head and needed quick service to fix it. I found A-1 online and gave them a call. By 10:30 on the same morning Esteban arrived and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and competent. I scheduled him to come back out to service my hot water heater. So glad I called!!

    Found this place on a Google search and prayed the reviews were right, and they were! I had a horrible contractor that that basically didn’t do my kitchen sink piping correctly which caused my garbage disposal to not work properly. It was an easy fix but was worried a plumber would lie and say it was a big job. I called A-1 and they sent someone the next day! Guillermo A. was the technician. He was so professional, nice and honest!!! Instead of coming to just give me a quote he fixed my pipes in 30 minutes! And didnt pretend that it was a bigger issue. Very impressed and will for sure use them again! Thanks Guillermo!

    For a last second call, on a Sunday, Jackie and Chris came to the rescue to help repair a clogged main drain at my elderly parents house, neither toilet was operating and the guys came in and quickly fixed the problem. There was no overpricing or gouging in costs. The price was fair. They were professional and efficient and very much appreciated.

My husband called back and was told that the appointment was confirmed between 4-6pm. The technician came and fixed the pipes plus did the snaking with a reasonable price.     I was trying to get an estimate of how to fix a leaky pipe inside a very inaccessible wall. Rudolpho immediately saw I would need to have a camera look into it, and quickly had the right technician come to assess the situation, and give me an estimate. He had to remove the toilet to get into the drain, which he did very quickly and neatly. Everything was replaced carefully. Im waiting to get the actual pipe repair done, but feel confident that the service so far has been fair and honest.

    I had another plumber out and they were here and used the snake and since it didnt work, they left. A-1used the snake and found out I needed all new pipes under the house to replace the original pipes. I agreed and they got the work done in one day which was great.

    Esteban and Lamberto from the City of La Habra branch showed up on time and were professional in helping me troubleshoot my gas leak. They initially made several attempts to identify the leak via non-invasive measures, which I greatly appreciated. We needed a full repipe, and Esteban and Lamberto knocked it out for me in ONE DAY. They also made the most precise openings in the wall to leave minimal damage. In addition, they used metal pipes throughout the project and closed up the exposed openings with temporary material until I could get someone in to fix the drywall. Days later, my heating and air conditioning guy replaced my wall heater at my home and even complimented their precise work. He was very impressed! I am so thankful A-1 Total Service (Esteban and Lamberto) were available to help me quickly and execute well.

    A1 send staff that was able to handle /solve the problem appropriately ,and since we been using them from the past 3-4 years, they were able to pinpoint the issues of my drain that’s clogging in every now and then. The sectional pipe that connects kitchen and sewerage was clogged with hardened greese , the pipe was changed ( as seen on the photo)

    Excellent service! Another company couldnt come, but A-1 Total Service came and discovered the plumbing issue. Robert came and took care of first problem, then contacted his supervisor, Alvin, to bring diagnostic camera to detect main reason plumbing backed up. He showed us what he saw, made recommendations and we proceeded with the suggested solution. All plumbing issues on older homes will be costly, so its either pay now or pay later. A team of knowledgeable men were sent to complete a major job that took 3 days. They were all professional and respectable which made the process easier for us to deal with. Neighbors stopped by to find out what was happening. We will give them A-1s info for plumbing issues, for sure.Alvin & Robert were the leads, but Ozzie and Devon were so helpful too! Was the main Plummer and let me say very professional above and beyond hard working individual very respectful to me and my family took care of the issue we were having with a great team, Alvin R, I want to thank him for all the help you provided for our family he came to the house quoted me a very good price for the house pipes went above and beyond to try to save my family money , thank you so much , Esteban G, and his helper, What a great team , very professional came along side with Christopher got my whole house with brand new pipes , they took great care of all my house furniture covered every single area correctly, very thankful and grateful .     An appointment was made yesterday, Sunday, 06/23/24 for today 06/24/24 between 2-4 pm.Guillermo and Victor were available and were able to come earlier around 1130 am. They were able to inspect, determine the problem and fixed the problem right away. Both gentlemen are very polite and professional.They were also kind enough to go beneath the house and install support straps on a 20 ft water line. Once they finished the job and were about to leave, I showed Guillermo the bathtub that has not been used in years.The stems were worn and it leaked. He said he will come back tomorrow morning and replace not just the stems and diverter for the bathtub but he will also replace the shower stems as well.I have to say that from my very first contact with A-1 Total Service Plumbing on Sunday , 06/23/24 with dispatcher Nikki, who provided me the Contractors license right away, I was able to check their license and make an appointment that evening for today 06/24/24.So Thank You A-1 Total Service Plumbing for the quick no nonsense input and service. Guillermo and Victor did a very good job. Both men were very polite and professional.You are now my go to Plumbing Service Professionals.     Tl;dr— I 1000% recommend this company.My engagement ring fell down a bathtub drain last night. In a panic, I searched for plumbers nearby and stumbled upon A-1. Given this happened on the 7th floor of an apartment complex, my dispatcher Nelson assured me this would be no easy feat. I could potentially have to incur the expenses to cut into (& repair) the ceiling of the unit below plus get approvals from the complex to do the necessary work. All for the unlikely *possibility* that the ring might still be there. Nelson dispatched plumbers to assess the situation first thing the following morning.Our plumbers, Esteban and Cristian, worked relentlessly against several obstacles attempting to locate and retrieve the ring. After about an hour of fishing for it, they successfully retrieved it and we all deeply sighed in relief (I almost passed out lol).I am incredibly grateful for the entire team’s compassion, professionalism, and dedication to getting my engagement ring back against all odds.     I used A-1 to take care of a bad pipe gushing water into the wall from my laundry room. Their price was both fair and competitive. Guillermo came out to first diagnose the issue, then again to take care of the job. Great guy, super friendly, and he did nice, neat work leaving the wall in good condition to get patched up later. Also after a small hiccup with the wall’s electrical not working once he’d left, he returned the same day to correct the problem with no complaints or extra cost. I would recommend A-1 to others and will for sure call on them for future plumbing needs.

Guillermo Avalos installed my kitchen faucet, went to the hardware store for a part he needed and came back to finish the job all the while with a smile and great attitude. He completed the job in such a clean manner that I swear I think my kitchen was cleaner when he left than upon his arrival 😁 and he even offered to take the box from my new faucet down to the trash. Moreover, I had a small leak under my bathroom basin that I asked him to look at while he was here and he was able to fix the issue in under 5 minutes, was honest with me about what the little problem was and didn’t charge me a penny for it.     Friendly efficient and effective. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they were significantly more expensive (75 percent higher) than the other service I usually use to unclog my lines. That being said they did provide an estimate with no charge if I didn’t agree to move ahead. Hopefully the higher price means more effective rooting.

    The techs and everyone that we dealt with are great hard workers. We had a major main sewer line repair needed due to old pipes and root intrusion. The team did a great job communicating the process and what is needed to be done while showing proof since we weren’t in town during the repair. It was a comprehensive job from attempted maintenance, inspection, excavation, repair, to final concrete work. Absolutely 5-star service. With such service, expect to pay for it though. Like anything else in life, you get what you pay for and, yes, we stressed about the cost of this repair, but the process itself was stress free knowing real professionals were doing the job.     The supply line to our toilet burst and our first floor got flooded. We called A-1 and they were able to send a plumber to come out within an hour. He assessed the situation and fixed it quickly right on the spot. The whole experience was extremely smooth and easy. Very professional and friendly service.     My kitchen sink was clogged and needed it fixed ASAP. Called A-1 and spoke with Lexie, who was enormously helpful and communicative. She let me know that they’d be able to accommodate me shortly. Sure enough, I received call just 10 minutes later letting me know a technician would be on the way. Bernardo, the technician, arrived within an hour and was a consummate professional. He unclogged the sink within 20 minutes and was polite the entire time. Overall, I was very pleased with the help I got from both Lexie and Bernardo. 11/10, would call again.

    While Ray and team didnt directly do work for me, they helped me from across the US with a major issue I was having. I have a plumbing company outside of Detroit and ran into a road block while lining a sewer. I called Ray personally and he was able to give me step by step instructions over the phone. We just completed the liner and its perfect. I cant thank Ray enough for taking the time to help me out. You dont find many people like Ray.     The plumbing issue was a bit of an emergency. One of our bathroom toilets was leaking and the water supply valve was not shutting off. My regular plumber was not available. I Googled and found A-1 online. They already had a 4.9/5 star rating. The entire experience working with A-1 was nothing short of outstanding! The dispatcher texted updates about their service pro representatives status/availability. The service pro representative, Guillermo Avalos, was fantastic! He was professional throughout and friendly too. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner demonstrating his knowledge and experience. He explained my options clearly. He also was completely transparent, explaining that there would be a cost savings if I were willing to go to Home Depot to purchase the new toilet myself. The work was completed in about 90 minutes. I also found their fees very reasonable. A-1 is definitely an excellent company! I would not hesitate to use them again.

    We had a serious plumbing problem 450pm on a thursday night within 45 minutes they were here and working on it. Unfortunately we had to replace most of our pipes it took a while to fix but Jonathan and team were on time honest and answered all of my husband questions about the repair. Our plumbing was down a minimal amount of time. They were extremely professional and do quality work with a 25 year warranty. They are not cheap but I would highly recommend them

    My juice cafe had a backed up toilet. Dave handled the job extremely well. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing and why. Using a camera, he was eventually able to find an old rag that was the source of the problem. He extracted the rag and solved the problem. Their prices are very reasonable and their quality is excellent. A1 equips their technicians with the right tools to efficiently and effectively accomplish their work.     Replaced a 50 year old gas ball valve intended to supply a new gas dryer. I tried but couldn’t safely remove it myself. Esteban and Gabriel were very polite, friendly and super knowledgeable.
