My neighbor alerted me to an impending major issue with two of the the pipes on the outside of my house that connect to the main line.One pipe was very loose, getting ready to break away and the other was leaking pretty bad.I had seen Sara’s Best Plumbing mentioned on the Nextdoor App a couple of months earlier and also had read the Yelp reviews.All was positive so I had made a note of the company just in case for the future.So when I actually needed plumbing services I called Sara’s Best with the intent of getting a first quote.Sara and one of her employees showed up within the time promised.Sara evaluated the problem and confirmed everything that my neighbor had told me.She was so knowledgeable, very eloquent on explaining what needed to be done, and obviously had quite a few years of experience even though she’s quite young.The price quoted for the whole job was very reasonable.She and her assistant came back on the day promised and fixed everything and also found and fixed a “leak” issue at the top of my water heater.I am definitely going to utilize her services for other plumbing related issues I want done in the future.Sara is a Firecracker!Honest, definitely committed to providing excellent work, and able to explain technical issues in layman terms.She even was whistling while she worked!I’m so impressed with her and her company and highly recommend her!I had never hugged a plumber before, but I did give Sara a hug when she was finished as I truly was relieved and very satisfied that I had actually found a true and honest pro!

From Sara, Marty, Monte, Jack as well as Casey- they all hold themselves and their work to the highest possible degree of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Whether it is a small job or something major like a whole house filtration system, tankless water heater install, slab leak, repipe or major landscape irrigation repair, Sara and her team will get the job done correctly and honestly. They work on every project as if it is their own home and charge you fairly with explanations of all work being completed along the way. Wow wow wow. Saras Best is truly the best plumbing service you will ever receive. We woke up to our water heater leaking all over our garage and posted on our community site for help. We were highly recommended to use Saras Best. We called them and Cassie was very professional and compassionate on the phone and sent out a team that arrived within a few hours of our call. Technician Monty quickly assessed the issue and gave us a lot of detail on the various options that we had. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest. We were concerned about cost as we just paid a deposit to get our house painted when our water heater unexpectantly gave out. He gave us a very fair price and helped us get financing. We went with the tankless option as it has the longest lifespan and it came with a rebate that made it similar in price to the tanked option. Monty along with the tech Marty, came out the very next day to install and estimated about 4 hours. Well plumbing is never as easy as it looks. They spent the entire day at our place installing, removing, repiping and meticulously ensuring that every problem that could arise had a solution. The craftsman ship, attention to detail, and cleanliness were so impressive and a breathe of fresh air. They did such an amazing job and took their time to make sure it was done right the first time. The very next day Sara herself came out to assess the work and investigate into some of the issues that were pointed out by Marty and Monty. It turns out our piping is galvanized instead of copper, our water pressure was a bit to high, and our water is hard from the minerals. When we bought our place we had a water softener that was broken so we disconnected it. This was the likely cause of the corrosion in the pipes along with the pressure. Sara suggested that we get a softener or filtration system, add a pressure regulator, and explained the chemistry behind the water and how we can help keep the longevity of our plumbing. With the financing we had some extra bandwidth to get the filtration system installed and she and her team came out the very next day to get it all installed, changed some of our pipes to copper, added a pressure regulator and even snaked our drains for us as well. I can not state enough how thoroughly impressed I was with every single person that came out to our site. This is an extremely well run company. Sara cares about her people and her customers. Her people were very friendly and patient and went well above and beyond. It wasnt just a job for them. Its their passion and you can feel it from top to bottom. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone and will always call them with any plumbing needs because I know they will get the job done right. Casey fielded my Saturday evening call when I found a slab leak and Sara was the only plumber able to commit to come out next day to pinpoint the leak and cut it off so we could turn the water back on.Sara takes a very educational and informative approach to explaining possible issues, what caused the issues found, and provides clear pricing and expectations. Easily some of the best communication I’ve ever had from any contractor that I needed to work with on my house.On top of that, she took great care to keep the house tidy and did a great job cleaning up any mess that was inevitably made. Saras Plumbing is awesome. I had a bathroom sink that was clogged and required hydro jetting of the pipe. Being a single mom I have been taken advantage of by other plumbers in the past but not by Sara. She explained everything in detail to me so I understood what needed to be done. Her crew came out and completed the work fairly quick. The same day we came across a leak In the sink but Sara was able to fix it that day. We reached out to Sara’s Best Plumbing initially for a slab leak detection. Sara showed up on a Saturday and took her time in explaining the process for slab leak detection. After a very informative discussion, we determined a slab leak detection was not our best option. Ultimately, Sara provided us a very thorough and detailed explanation for an estimate for a copper or PEX repipe. As this is an substantial investment in our home, we opted to get other bids. Ultimately Sara’s Best Plumbing was the best option.Sara’s crew showed up on time and demonstrated the upmost respect for our home. The PEX repipe was completed in one day, inspection by the city was completed the following day and all holes patched by day number three. Upon completion of the repipe, our home and our garage were cleaner than when the crew arrived. Sara was on hand throughout the repipe process and we felt very good about the value we received for the cost of the job. Sara is truly enthusiastic about her trade and it shows in her interaction with us and her crew.In conclusion, get your best estimates and then call Sara’s Best Plumbing.
