    Had a wonderful experience with our service provider, Louay. He was attentive, professional, kind, intelligent, and super skilled.     Very fast response times, always on time.Great job of restoring power to my house (feed line from the meter and electrical breaker box replacement) from first visit to determine the problem to full replacement of the damaged components in 24 hours (if I had called in the morning Im sure he would have had finished the same day)

    Incredible work!Called for an estimate on a Thursday, tech was out to my house on the same Friday to get me a number, and work was completed the following Monday & Tuesday.     Just had a great experience with Mr. Electric from start to finish. I needed a light hung in my kitchen and wanted it done quickly. After filling out the request for service form, I was contacted quickly and was able to schedule online. I received updates for when my service provider, Loyay, would arrive. Loyay did a fantastic job hanging my light. He is fast, and he was patient with me as I tried to decide what height to hang the light, showing me different heights. Will definitely use Mr. Electric again!! Thanks for the great service.

    Very pleased with Louay the electrician that changed the (very) old hardwired smoke detectors and various older electric switches. Professional and efficient. Plus no mess!     Service was prompt and friendly. He replaced the a/c circuit breaker for me. He actually had a replacement in his truck even though it was an old type. He reviewed my main circuit breaker box as well and stated he saw no issues there. A/c is now running well but i may need freon. I was pleased with the service I received and recommend Mr Electric.

    Ahmad provided excellent customer service in repairs of my smoke alarms as well as a couple of outlets. Prices for this company are HIGH, but Ahmad’s customer service was outstanding. Pricing appears to be almost double competitors that called while the repairs were being done. Ahmad’s quick response and customer service are what made the EXTREMELY HIGH prices doable as the alarm was making noises. It would be great if this company was more competitively priced as I have friends that are looking for recommendations. Better pricing would have resulted in 5 plus stars and a repeat customer.

    I had two outdoor fixtures that needed repair. I had tried to do it myself, but it was more than I could handle. Mr. electric came and solved everything for me! They were courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well. I would definitely use them again.

    We had an emergency after-hours situation with our electrical system and were afraid to sleep at home due to fire risk. Belal came out and identified the problem quickly (that a squirrel had eaten through a wire outside) and called Dominion to come right away to fix the issue. We are very grateful for the quick response, and kind and courteous service. We will use this company again for future electrical issues.

    We had a quasi-urgent need, submitted a request through the website at 9:30pm, and someone was here by 11:30 the next morning. It wasnt a terribly tricky issue or problem (replacing a 4-way light switch where the wires werent clearly labeled), and it was resolved within 30 minutes.

    My outdoor sockets stopped working and I contacted Mr. Electic of Fairfax. Belal Alijaradat did a through job in finding the issue which turned out to be a tripped GFI in the basement that the outdoor sockets were drawing power from. He did a good job explaining other potential issues and completed the repairs promptly.

    I needed help with my porch lights. I had an issue where the breaker had been tripping and eventually left my porch light switch not functioning. After some DIY left me without a solution, I found Mr. ELECTRIC in a Google Search and they were able to get me an appt within 3 days. At approximately 250, a two hour visit was covered in terms of the diagnosis, labor, and any supplies needed to fix the problem. However, Shawn resolved my issue in 30 mins. It was well worth the expense. Best part was that Shawn took the time to show me where my issue was and how he fixed it so that I could be able to fix a similar issue in the future. He was well informed in his craft and was professional and very clean. I mean, this guy was straight out of an old Benetton or Calvin Klein advertisement. He provided me with an electronic copy of the summary of the proposed work ad well as a receipt for the services rendered. They accept card and check. I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again if the needed arose without reservation.

    I highly recommend Mr. Electric. They showed up exactly on time both times I arranged for service. The repairman appeared neat, clean and in uniform with a photo ID attached to his shirt which corresponded to the name they emailed me prior to the service.     I called Mr. Electric of Fairfax on 10/12 because I wanted a light source put in my living room ceiling. An appointment was set for 10/13 between 8 a.m. and noon. At 8:10 the next day I received a phone call alerting me that my electrician, Mr. Alhelal, would be arriving within 30 minutes, which he did. He assessed the situation, gave us a quote, and said he would be back shortly with the supplies, and he was. He put in an electrical outlet and hung our new light fixture. Afterward, he and his companion cleaned up and took out the trash. They were very polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They had to cut into the drywall, which we knew would happen but the three cuts they made were small and clean, meaning sparkling and painting would be very easy. The second picture is of the cuts they made and if it is difficult to see, then thats exactly my point. I am very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend Mr. Electrician.

Went above and beyond to address all of my issues and answer all of my questions, without just trying to sell me a new panel or parts I didn’t need. Highly recommend!!!! FYI, I had an open neutral on two outlets and two breakers feeding power to the same circuit, each of these issues along with six small tasks were fixed and finished in one day with minimal drywall damage. Open wires are not easy to trace and Mr.Aljaradat made quick work of it! That’s professionalism!!
