I found RPFP via Google search and gave them a call after noticing a leak from what I thought was a covered fire sprinkler in the ceiling of my townhome. I provided a brief explanation of what was happening, not knowing if the root cause of the leak was related to the fire sprinklers or the roof. Stacey advised that this likely wasn’t within the scope of their provided services, but nonetheless she went above and beyond to help me determine the appropriate next course of action. While I can’t speak to their workmanship, I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Stacey and the owner, who both spent time and energy on someone that they knew wasn’t going to use/pay for their services at the time. Says a lot about a company’s values! I’ll be sure to keep them in mind for any plumbing related needs in the future.

Darren & Chris were amazing! We did a difficult remodel that required trades to work together. Ready Plumbing was patient, flexible, skilled, and actually fun to work with. Their work is top drawer, from the smallest detail to the greatest challenge they made it look easy. Smiling as they worked.It is hard to find people who are skilled and willing to be creative and go the extra mile when needed. Ready Plumbing is one of the old school companies willing to do whatever it takes.

I spoke to this company at 8 o’clock am to perform a backflow test required by my water company. By 10 o’clock, they had already completed the test and the report was immediately sent in to the water company. This was the most efficient service company that I have ever worked with, the prices were fair and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend using them again.
