After years of saving and planning, we finally decided to remodel our bathroom. We visited several places during our search, but ultimately chose Millennia Bath—and it was the best decision we could have made. Their exceptional customer service, competitive value, strong work ethic, and clear communication truly set them apart. From the first phone call to the final delivery, they were consistently helpful and professional. There were no surprises; everything was exactly as promised. What they said is what we got, and they delivered beyond expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Millennia Bath!

Jake at Millennia Bath was easy to work with. I went to their showroom to choose a sink, faucet, disposal, etc. and Jake talked me through the pluses and minuses of these items. When I wanted to change the color of the sink basket, it was no problem. Jake was great and I love my new sink!

Dennis, Jake, Brittany, Paul and Josh are all absolutely professional in their field! From the material, the atmosphere, availability of product and selections on display, my clients love their trips to Millenia Bath! Plus, who doesnt love a Toto toilet?

Purchased a Bain Ultra tub for our master bath from Dennis Twomey at Millenia Bath. Drove from Jacksonville to do so, simply because he was 1) open on a Saturday when most of us have time to shop, 2) made time to meet with us and 3) had 5 times the inventory on hand, in three high warehouse racks where we could actually see and touch the item we were purchasing. Further assisted in chasing down the tub filler which was more of an adventure than the tub. Then, he had the awareness of when a contractor hit a snag, was going to use the exact same tub, he was able to advance me that tub on hand while he awaited to fill the order that was now months away for that contractor needing the tub. You rarely get that thinking, and NEVER at a box store. His pricing beat everything else and again, we drove the 2 1/2 hours down there for a reason. Skip the box stores, start here. Youll be glad you did.p.s. Not sure why two stars on a one year old review about the ICERA toilet where it contains a TEN STAR review for Dennis and his service in the text. Skews this over Google rating which is unfair (and Ive reported that post). Thanks Dennis to you and your team for one satisfied customer. Ill drive again when we need something in your showroom.
