We had such a wonderful experience with Advantage Plumbing. The design and layout of our kitchen sink has been problematic since we purchased our home. We werent ready to do a full remodel but we needed something to make the sink more functional. The Advantage Plumbing team took a look and made recommendations for a new faucet. We were supplied with several different options and, after making our choice, we still had some questions so we sent pictures and immediately received a response as to which faucet would work best for our needs. The faucet was installed within days. Advantage Plumbing is a full service company when it comes to recognizing and assessing the problem and providing a great, cost effective solution. The service was exceptional and very professional. Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. We couldnt be happier with our new sink. We will definitely use Advantage plumbing again for all of our plumbing needs!

I had a great experience with Advantage Plumbing! I called mid morning and they were able to come out that afternoon and fix my issue quickly. With only two toilets in the household, it was huge for me that they were able to come out so quickly. The guy who came out was friendly and helpful. He even put on booties to walk on the carpet and left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend Advantage to my friends and family!

Ive used Advantage Plumbing 3 times and have had really good experiences each time. As Ive learned more about plumbing and its costs, Advantage seems to have genuinely good pricing and theyre consistent all around.- Cost - cost was surprisingly low each time- Customer Service - the same woman answers the phone, Crystal. Shes very professional and personable. Theyve done same-day scheduling for me each time.- Service - Ive had 2 different plumbing techs come out and theyve both been very efficient. It was nice to have a personable, normal guy come into the house, wipe their feet, assess the problem and then explain it to you in a clear way. The work was always done quickly and they clean up after themselves really well (Im a neat freak so I appreciate that).Bottom line - these guys operate like a business should operate; you call them and get someone on the phone immediately, then you get a plumber at your house you feel good about and you feel good about the price.

We had a leak in our roof and our roofer told us that it was a plumbing issue (broken vent boot). We went with Advantage Plumbing because they were able to get someone out the same day. Their guys were total professionals from start to finish. They explained the situation and the repairs that were needed using terms we understood. Also, their price came in well below what our roofer thought it would cost! We were very impressed with the quality of work and will definitely use Advantage Plumbing for any new plumbing issues in the future.

I cant recommend Advantage Plumbing enough! We had a water main break at the street on a Sunday Night. Seminole County came out and told us that we need to contact a plumber to fix it because it was on my side. Called Khrissy and Advantage at 9am, they had James come out by 9:45 and he fixed it by 11. Immediately after turning the water back on, we found a bathroom toilet supply sprang a leak. Khrissy was able to rearrange and have James come right back out to us and replace the supply valve. Awesome customer service!!! 10/10

I live in a registered historic home in Sanford I recently bought. My inspector missed a huge failure I had in my cast iron wasteline which needed to be completely replaced. I was referred to Advantage and they came out to look at the problem and quote me in between Christmas and the New Years. I had to go to work but my girlfriend was the one to let the rep from Advantage into our home to see the scope of work. Out of the 4 plumbing companies I had come see the issue she said she felt the most comfortable and safe with how Justin from advantage handled himself. They gave us a very fair estimate and coordinated our home with a sense of urgency which the other plumbers in the midst of the holidays did not. They sent a crew of three guys out today who operated professionally and treated my girlfriend with respect as she was at home. They did a really great job replacing all my cast iron under my home and cleaned up after themselves. This company is salt of the earth people who do an honest days work on hard jobs that others dont want. I would recommend them 11/10 times. We look forward to employing them in the future with remodels we have planned. I will also call them to bid work for me as i am a construction project manager. Thank you Advantage

We are in the process of a remodel on a 1960 home in the Winter Park area. I met with multiple plumbers for quotes and advice with my project. Advantage Plumbing by far stood out from the rest. Their attention to detail from the beginning made me feel completely at ease. They were not pushy or aggressive but calming. Advantage Pluming explained the full proccess of what my family would be going through with the entire remodel project, not just the plumbing.We ended up redoing the under ground sewer line of our home which was a large undertaking! I asked them if it was okay if I cut and pluck the cement floor that remained after demo in the hopes of saving money (Being that I’m a big tough man who likes to break things as much as the next guy.) Let’s just say find somewhere else to save money!!I cut 380 feet of 4 to 5 inch thick cement sledgehammered for 6 hours for two days! Ended up paying to have it finished! After tool rentals and tool purchases I ended up spending more money then if I had just had them do it. By the way, they said that I should just let them do it from the beginning.Their team takes care of permitting and did the sewer and water lines in one day which passed first inspection the following day.I wanted to start this review now as they are flying through the main part of interior work as I type and I will follow up with pictures when we move into our newly remodeled home!!For now if you read through this review stop here and call the guys at Advantage!

The team at API is fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was Friendly, professional, and punctual. The installers were patient and worked with my wife and I on the lay for the rough in shower valves in the master bathroom. The wholly time making sure it would be exactly what my wife and I wanted, which took some time. They went as far as drawing out templates and hanging them on the walls to help visual how the shower would look. Before the project was complete (and during) we walked the job, and they made sure that we were happy with everything before they left. The team members at API are enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do, and it shows in the craftsmanship and customer relationships. They are a great team to work with!

I always felt that dealing with a family owned and operated business were better than the corporate giants. They seem to always dot their IS, cross their TS. This plumber prove me right about family run. I had to have a water softener install last April 17Th. It Was raining like cats and dogs on and off and I really didnt expect what I heard when the plumber arrived. He said Dale are you ready to get this done and I just looked at him. - I said sure! without hesitation we went over to look at the job. I held a small umbrella over him so he could keep the pipe dry and he just kept drying and gluing. Finally got it done. The rain was coming off a 2 story roof and we both got soaked! I noticed a trickle of water near the end of our driveway in the morning. My husband started to dig around the trickle, thinking it was a problem with our irrigation system; however, leak was from our main water line and was significantly worse than anyone could have ever imagined. We had to shut the water off to the house. I then called multiple plumbing companies and no one could get to our house that day to fix the leak. When we called Advantage Plumbing in a panic and they sent someone out later that afternoon. The two guys worked on it into the early evening. They truly saved the day. Anyone who thinks they can “social distance” in a house with a family of four with no running water is in for a rude awakening. Thank you again Advantage Plumbing! Anyone with any plumbing problems needs to forget about the rest and go straight to Advantage Plumbing first.

Ive made my fair share of service request calls to different plumbing companies in Orlando over the years. Advantage Plumbing will be the only company I call going forward. When I called their office, I was greeted with a very friendly, very professional woman named Jamie who scheduled Justin to come out to fix my problem (clogged shower drain). He arrived at the beginning of the service window, greeted me with a smile and handshake, and went right to work. Problem was fixed within 10 mins.I should also say the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
