Those guys are awesome!!They are efficient, professional, experienced, timely and know exactly what to do!!I have contacted several local electrical companies regarding a new 200 amp circuit panel upgrade for a quote. In all honestly, none of the electrician I talked to came close to New Light Electric pricing that was offered by Jose (owner) who also took the time to provide me with details (step-by-step) of the work involved which he presented in writing up front. He even wanted to wait on getting paid until the job is done and inspection of his work by the city has been approved.Jose’s team did an outstanding job and finished the work ahead of schedule. The next day, Long Beach City did the inspection and signed off on the work without any issue. His company is well managed, honest and will stand behind their work.We will definitely reach out to Jose in the future and will certainly pass on the good word to our friends and neighbours.

Before finding Jose, I had looked at several contractors that had offered to do the same work for $1,000+ with very little detail of what they would be doing.Jose took the time to break down the work to be done, costs, and communicated effectively the timeline for the project.Jose went the extra mile to even ensure that the project passed city inspections without extra fees! I highly recommend the services of New Light Electric if you are looking to upgrade or replace your panel.

The short - Jose and his team did an amazing job. They were all very kind.Reached out to New Light initially for a panel upgrade as we had a very outdated/unsafe panel. Jose came by our home to check things out and answer our questions.Jose, from the beginning, was very kind and explained to us the technical side as well as our options. We learned a lot from him. Jose was patient with us as we discussed our options and was always available for questions.At the end, we went with a panel upgrade, removing overhead wires to the garage and placing underground, adding an exhaust fan to the bathroom, running to new circuits to major appliances, installing correct brackets/cieling fan mounting, and various other junction box improvements for safety. We believe they did a great job patching the areas that needed to be patched where the panel was changed.While safety was our priority, we did have to consider prices while we were shopping around. Jose was what made us really want to choose New Light Electric, but his prices were an added bonus.We feel safer in our home now. Would recommend them to anyone who needs major work as well as small projects. We truly feel like we found someone we always want us to help us with our electrical needs.Thank you to Jose, Candy, Rudy, Nestor, Danny, and Jose!

Jose and his crew were awesome, installed a new panel and upgraded multiple switches and outlets throughout our home. I would highly recommend New Light Electric to my family, friends, and anyone who needs electrical work. The next time I need any electrical repairs or upgrades, I will definitely be calling Jose and his crew and New Light Electric.
