Busy Bee came out and fixed our problem on Christmas Eve rescuing our family plans for Christmas day. Very honest, professional and reliable company. Everything happened just the way they told me it would over the phone. I highly recommend Busy Bee Plumbing, cause I know for sure they will be my first call the next time i need plumbing service. Oh yea and they saved me $800 off the first quote Id gotten from a different company out of Richmond. Thank you Jay and all the Busy Bee crew.

Very satisfied! Had some leaks pop up recently after a hard freeze, needed multiple fixtures replaced. Ernie was prompt, did the work quickly, and even fixed a small water heater leak for no additional charge! A needed part was ordered quickly, and the repairs work without issue. Will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.Office staff was very friendly and easy to work with

Late on a Thursday afternoon (about 4 PM) I had a plumbing problem so I called Busy Bee.The lady apologized that they had no one to help me that late in the day but a plumber could come out the next day. The next day I received a phone call at 8:00 AM. The plumber said he was on the way. He arrived at my home within a few minutes and he fixed my problem right away. He was pleasant, quick to get to work and had the job finished quickly. This was the best experience I have ever had when calling for plumbing repair. The receptionist and plumber were first rate. They were very pleasant and made me feel my needs were very important. Its not often these days to get such great service, but I did and I really appreciate it. They came out right away to replace my hot water heater. Worked in the freezing cold to get everything fixed. Super reasonable rates and awesome service. They were so professional and easy to work with. Everyone with Busy Bee is great to do business with!!

They came out to repair a few items on a rental property. The service was completed quickly and effectively. However, I felt that I was massively overcharged for the service. I talked on the phone with the plumber who said that the part they needed was $80-90 for the larger repair and $10-15 for the toilet repairs. The invoice I got was $250 for parts and another $200 for 2 hours of labor.Since my initial review, I have spoken with the owner of the company. He agreed that he needs to step up his communication with customers. Given that they are the only plumbing company in the area that even answers the phone, hopefully their business does stick around.

Had a small septic issue late Friday afternoon and was really hoping to get someone out on Monday morning... but they volunteered to come early Sat morning so we wouldnt have to live with it over the weekend! They were friendly and professional and we loved the service guy who came out. Were already talking with them about another project. Thank you for the great service!

The first time I called I was told someone would call back to schedule a service appointment, but no one ever called. After no luck finding someone else to come I tried back (several days later) and the lady who answered this time was very helpful.They sent someone out later that day to check out a clogged drain. The service was great and they were able to resolve the issue. It cost more than I expected (the fee for Special equipment for a drain auger and jetter was almost as much as the labor), but I was happy to have the problem fixed. I would gladly use them again.

I called Busy Bee on a Thursday looking to get my septic tank cleaned due to back ups. They sent their pump out the next day to take care of my problem. He was on time, nice, and good at explaining what was going on and how it would be fixed. Will definitely call them again next time we have any plumbing problems!

Great experience. Apparently I had a leak that turned into a gusher from a capped pipe. I live in an older house and everything is odd. I called and they had a guy (Gara) out the next day. Turns out it was an old sewer vent that condesened in my roof and a simple cap fixed it. Long story short they were really helpful and this is just my phone account (if looking at the name) would recommend. Also educated me on septic tank maintenance.

I had Busy Bee come to my home and pump the septic tank. I was very happy with the service I received. They did the job, cleaned up afterwords and left my yard as clean as it was before they came.I was so happy with the job they did I have called them back to do some plumbing work for me.There is nothing better than hiring someone to do some work for you and not only get great service but be treated as if they were working on their own house!
