Incredible company and very knowledgeable group. Have had multiple services from them and all have met or exceeded my expectations ( a/c cleaning & service in fall of 2022, a new two stage furnace in summer of 2023 and another service call this spring of 2024 when my a/c wasn’t working, turned out to be a generac surge protector issue). They have never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need or want, always fully explained everything and made sure it was done right. I will never call anyone else for any heating or cooling related issues. Hard to find an integrity driven company like this now a days.

Professional and efficient. Our furnace went out and Dan was able to fit us in to his schedule that same day to travel to Oshkosh and fix our furnace. Within minutes he recognized the issue and was on his way to pick up a new part. Came back and quickly replaced the component and our furnace was able to get back up and running. I’d highly recommend Heise Heating and Cooling.

My parents were having issues with their water heater that another company couldnt figure out, Heise Heating came out and identified the issue in 10 min and had it fixed shortly after. They will be the first call from now on.

Fair pricing, fast service, and great people!! We first met Kevin 5 years ago when we started renting our old house. We recently bought our own home and when the furnace started acting up he was the first person to come to mind to call! I stopped in the office, asked his lovely wife Karen if hed be able to stop by to take a look. And within hours he was here and had our furnace working within 5 minutes! Explained what had happened and even swapped the filter out for me all for a very fair and reasonable cost!! Hes our go-to man for anything heating/cooling!!
