My first experience with Miley Plumbing was great. I had an exterior leak from the main water line to the house that was actually under the driveway. They assessed the problem and gave me a couple of options and quotes. Once I decided which option to take, they got started the next day and completed the job. I called Miley Plumbing to install a new outdoor water faucet on the backside of my house, in a location where no such faucet currently existed. The next day they came to my house and did the job. Everyone I dealt with was exceedingly courteous, and the final price seemed quite fair. Tom, the lead plumber, explained the details of what he planned to do prior to starting work. The finished job looks quite neat, both outside and inside (under the kitchen sink, where the connection to the existing plumbing was made). I am pleased with my choice of Miley, and I would definitely use them again if I have any other plumbing needs.

I had one of my two water heaters go bad on a weekend. I reached out to five companies and only two called me back. The first one showed up to evaluate and provide a quote and then ghosted me. Miley Plumbing came through when other plumbing companies didn’t. They showed up, did what they said they were going to do, and did it professionally and affordably. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be common in this industry. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and listened to all of my needs while keeping budget in mind. Highly recommend Miley and I’ll use them in the future.

Installed a gas log set for me and took the time to install every part including “embers” and rocks. Then patiently explained it all to me so I could use the system. Price was extremely fair. If I need plumbing service in the future, Miley Plumbing will always be my first and only call.Update 12/2/24: once again, another 5 star review. My water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Tom was out here an hour after I called, and as always, was awesome. He was able to find the part that was needed and got it back up and heating water by the end of the day. I had originally called a different local plumbing company because they could get to my house the next day. I have a tankless water heater that is two years old and stilled made by rheem. This other company guy shows up and I explain what I saw happening which was a water leak on an external pipe coming out of the heater. He takes the cover off the heater, takes about a 2 min look at the insides and says the water is coming from inside the heater. A part is broken and leaking.He then immediately states I cannot get parts for this it has to be replaced and only costs $5200. He went outside to check with his boss, came back in two minutes later, and said yes, we have to replace the whole thing. I thanked him for his effort, and that I would have to think about it. He tried to scare me a little asking me was I sure I wanted to leave it in the state could flood my house. I told him I would get back with him very soon.This is when I called Miley Plumbing, as I desperately knew I needed a second opinion. I had to wait a few days for Miley to get out, but it was the time after our cold snap here in Georgia and they were busy but it was worth it. They came out, took their time and found that my heater was perfectly fine that the builder who built my house connected to piping improperly and against code. This resulted in back pressure which push water back up into the unit which then ran back out the unit on the outside of the pipes.Miley even took my unit partially apart, checked where the water was coming from and verified it was fine and not cracked and even replaced an O-ring to make sure.My problem is fixed And it is nowhere near $5200.So thank you, Miley Plumbing you saved the day and saved me a ton of money. You guys are trustworthy.

We experienced a leak from one of our bathrooms on the second floor. It resulted in a moderate ceiling bubble with water leakage from the kitchen ceiling. The source of the leak was linked to a failed water shut off valve in the bathroom above the kitchen which had properly never been replaced in 30 years. The valve was turned off to facilitate the removal of a toilet, vanity top replacement, and replacement of the bathroom floor. After examination of the copper pipes, it was speculated that the pressure became excessive over time resulting in the leak. The valves were replaced with positive stop quarter turn valve shut-offs. Chris was dispatched to my home on this occasion and the first. I request him by name because he is methodical, professional, and thorough. Hopefully, Chris is coming tomorrow to set three toilets, and two faucets sets. This will be his third visit to our home.

First I called back to change the appointment time immediately after I called the first time and they never changed the time. I showed the technician which drains needed repair. I gave the technician the drain I had bought for the kitchen but could not install it myself because I broke my back shortly after the purchase. The price of the drain was not deducted from the overall price. When the work was completed things like my lawn machine and the insulation were not put back where they belonged. Just a few months after they fixed the problem it started to leak again! I used to run business too and realized that a chain is as strong as its weakest link.

This is the first review I have ever written in a long time. I couldn’t resist as I have not been so impressed in years.They were so prompt in response, courteous, and professional. I had searched for someone to fix my fireplace I got run around from all. Not only after coming out and not having all parts the gentleman went to Lowe’s for the parts! He even helped me further by picking up a new grate bc I am older and not good at that sort of thing. They went above and beyond. Then when my mom was having an issue I called and they could come out same day for them! However, my parents ended up not replacing fire logs currently. I would recommend this company for anything from gas fireplaces to sprinklers! I was just amazed. In a time where supply chain issues, lack of good employees and service is the norm Scott and his team are a wonderful exception to the that!!

We found out on Friday afternoon at 330 that we had no hot water. I started calling trying to find a plumber before the weekend set in. I was referred to Miley Plumbing and caught the owner on his way home. He came by, checked out the problem, and stated the water heater needed to be replaced. On Saturday morning, he returned and swapped out an electrical panel in the water heater to get me hot water until Monday, when they returned to exchange and install a new one. The job they did was very professional and neat. His price was the same as what I had been quoted on the phone by other plumbers, even though he made 3 visits to my home. I highly recommend Miley Plumbing LLC.

We had worked with another plumber to determine the cost to be able to replace our sewer system. The first plumber had determined that there were two dips in the line going to the street and had quoted us a price. We were ready to move forward but they did not respond. We contacted Miley Plumbing and they were responsive and even when the work turned out to be a little more than they expected (we had to get a pump installed) they completed the work as agreed upon (for less than the other company!). Would definitely recommend.
