He had found cottonwood clogged our condenser on the unit and that with the heat wave caused our issue. Samco is the best! I have had their techs repair my ice machine after another could not find/diagnose a problem, they took the time to listen to my description / status codes and diagnosed 2 problems, saved me a couple of visits, money and my time. They have parts readily available for refridgerator repair too. They are timely, usually coming out right away for a time sensitive job as well as within a few days for regular maintenance. Highly recommend, their technicians are experts and take the time to explain the issue, what they will do to repair it and give a timely estimate of time and cost.

The reason why I give them is a 5 star is because they actually live by the motto “you get what you pay for” Anytime I have an issue I can call them and know that I’m getting what I pay for. And that’s a lot of piece of mind. Even when I had an issue. They rectified the situation and came out and fixed the problem for FREE! I can respect honesty these days. Thanks Samco
