Erik and his crew have been servicing our property for many years. It is a complex apartment property because it is almost 100 years old. Not only is problem solving but getting parts for us that can be challenging. With that being said, Erik always comes through. His workmanship, his professionalism and his positive interactions with our tenants is his strength. Besides that he can deal with the challenges of the City of Detroit BSEED. Good man, good crew, and good results.

Quoting & Scheduling was easy, came in, got our panel up to code, laid a new 220 line, consolidated some underutilized circuits, didnt have to supply a lift for conduit, had us back up and running within the day. Highly recommend! Great folks to work with

What a great company to have do our electrical! Very professional, honest and knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable and answered every question we had and also educated us on what questions to ask all other contractors.We had some challenging needs to make our specialty winery equipment work. They were able to offer knowledgeable advice and provided solutions that exceeded our expectations. The solutions also saved us way more money that other electrical companies offered.To top it all off, they completed the job ahead of schedule and the lighting solutions look great.I would recommend Commercial Electrical Services to any company. This electric company is great!!! They were informative and professional. Nick and Andrew were awesome. They got a lot of work done in a short amount of time. I felt very comfortable with the price compared to the amount and difficulty of work. They are honest and trustworthy. Great job guys

We had started a charity in a 10,000 square foot warehouse that had many electrical issues. We were intimidated and overwhelmed by the scope of the project. Being a newer charity we had limited fund and budget. Commercial Electrical was the only electrical company that offered a solution that fit our needs and was under budget. They completed our job and got us up and running in less than a week. It was awesome! They set us up for success! Highly recommend getting a quote and meeting them.
