Then when they came out to do the work very friendly, professional and quick. I am very happy to have used Arnold Electric. We had Arnold Electric add new lights in our bathroom and kitchen. They called to schedule the work, arrived on-time, and cleaned up their work areas before they left. All this for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my neighbors.

They are all super nice and dependable. And everything they did was fairly priced. Mike Responds so quickly to phone messages and appointments are scheduled soon after. We just moved to the area but I can safely say they will definitely be my go to electrician in the area because I know Ill get quality work at a great price. Would recommend and will be using them again in the future.They put in a 220V dryer line and recognized another issue and helped get DTE here to assess it then came back to make sure DTE did what was needed.

Mike came out to repair a light switch and install a light fixture. He did us a huge favor by coming out the same day. We were so thankful for that. Mike was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The service provided was reasonably priced. We will definitely be using your services again.

Mike was always prompt with returning scheduling calls. The team Nick and Zac were excellent. Very professional and did a great job. Nick came up with a great troubleshooting fix for an install problem. I always appreciate when service team cleans up after themselves too. No loose wire clippings or bolts on the floor. Highly recommend and will definitely call on them again if the need arises.

I had Arnold Electric come out and update my electrical (line in, and my entire circuit breaker box) about a year ago. They were very professional and budget friendly. Pulled all the proper permits and came back to make a change (for some really stupid code the inspector claimed it didnt meet...real nit-picky deal where the inspector basically just wanted to get paid to come back). That was a great experience. I am currently updating my kitchen and called Arnold again to come out and install new outlets, update GFCIs, and move some existing plugs. Mike came out and gave me a great quote and was able to schedule the work immediately. I was expecting them around noon, but they called and said they could come early if I was available. I had discovered an additional issue since my original quote and they were able to address that as well. Very professional, budget friendly, and they stand by their work. If I need anything in the future, they will be my first call. Highly recommended.

I called several local electricians to get a quote on installing a new ceiling fan for my bathroom, which has never had a fan before. The other businesses gave me quotes over the phone but Arnold Electric wanted to come out to the house to give a more precise quote, which I really appreciated. They were BY FAR the most fair priced out of all the other places I reached out to. He answered all of my questions when when he was here and was extremely professional and honest. Defintely would recommend!

Great company. Had 2 experiences with them, and both went perfectly. I can not recommend these guys enough. They do great work. They may charge a bit more but it is well worth it. They care about the customer. Both times they where fast to come out and diagnose the problem. For the first repair about 4 months ago Mike was able to complete the repair the same day. Today the second repair similar situation Mike was able to come out the next day, and with a bit of luck on my side they had a cancelation and was able to fit me in sameday.

I needed a lot of electrical work. Circuit breaker box installed. Under-cabinet LED light, which they supplied; I didnt have to shop for it and I love it! Bathroom exhaust fan and three bedroom light fixtures/fans. From the estimate to the completion, they were professional, on time, personable and reasonably priced. Everything is great and I will call them in the future for any electrical work.

We had three quotes done for our electrical work.We ended up with Arnold despite of 9 reviews he had.I dont normally do reviews but, we had a bad experience and from that, we learned to read reviews.We are very pleased with Arnolds work. Mike, Nick, and Dan were all great to work with. I recently called Mike out to provide a quote for some new lighting and installing some updated outlets/conduit in my basement and the job was completed with no issue. The crew was able to make it out within the lead time provided when Mike gave the quote, and the price was right around what the quote was. Nick and Dan performed the work quickly and professionally which was appreciated as I am working from home right now as many others probably are. They cleaned up well after working in the basement for several hours. They took care of scheduling the inspector and even had an inspector from the city come out the next day. The job passed the inspection with no issue. I would recommend Arnold Electric for your home projects that are too big to take on yourself, and I would use again for my current home or future residences. Fair prices and good value.

Honest and reliable. DTE replaced some frayed wires but I was still having sporatic outages. Arnold Electric techs recommended I replace the main switch if it happened again. Sure enough it happened again. After I bought the part I gave them a call back to be added on the schedule and they courteously worked me in the same day! Havent had any problems since. I highly recommend them.
