Edgar, Tiffany and their boys are professional, hardworking Christians, who believe in honesty and doing the BEST job ever. From putting in new commodes, fixing issues on a gas line to a water heater that was not completed by another local company (thank goodness, Edgar found this problem), and a whole-house new water line fix due to a broken pipe in a slab, my husband and I highly recommend this company!!!

Edgar and Tiffany are fantastic business owners focused on the best customer service possible for their clients. This is the second time I’ve used Plunge-It Plumbing and I could not be more satisfied. I called them but they were booked up for the week. My water heater was leaking at my lake house and since I don’t live their full time I was worried it would leak so fast flooding the house and ruining the hardwood floors. I had difficulty draining the water heater through the drain at the bottom and called Tiffany back. She said Edgar would swing by that day and bring a pump to empty the tank as soon as he finished his next job. He did that and even removed my old hot water heater and delivered it to the big box store in town where it was originally purchased to be replaced using the warranty as I did not have a vehicle to haul it there. Edgar picked up the new water heater at the same time and about a week later was able to install it. Wow! Above and beyond the call of duty! I’ve been in sales for more than 20 years. I know your word is your bond and understand the difference between me and the competition is taking a personal interest in my customers needs and following through on what I say I will do. Edgar and Tiffany also understand that and are extremely good at it. I would recommend Plunge-It Plumbing to any of my friends or family. They’re great folks!

Tiffany & Edgar are the best, I have used them for all of my plumbing needs. I have also recommended them to my friends. They are very organized, it may sound odd but I have never had to go find a tool for them.. They come ready for the job!!! Their work quality is a 10+.

Good service, fair price and great people. Everything I look for in a company I want to do this kind of business with. They are on time, do the job in a timely manor and are fair on their prices. The office staff when scheduling was very polite and courteous making sure they understood what my problem was and explaining some of what would be happening when they came out to look at the job. Edgar is truly gifted and talented! He is a superb master plumber that takes great pride in his craft. He is very careful to keep the work area clean and protected. We are experiencing covid19 at this time so he wore a mask to keep me and my husband (high risk) safe and comfortable.Edgar is the very first plumber in the Livingston, TX area that I have been able to trust. His word is his word. His wife, Tiffany, kept in touch with me after the freeze to let me know when her husband could do the repairs at my property after the winter storm. Tiffany was very calming and reassured me that they would find me a quality hot water heater. Exceeded expectations! Communication: They answered the phone when I called, scheduling was easy, and they sent appointment reminder and on the way texts. They arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work. Edgar was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Tiffany was helpful and friendly. Cleanliness: Grass and dirt were removed and returned with expertise. After fixing the outdoor issue, they automatically removed shoes so they didnt track anything inside. Working on the kitchen sink, they put a protective pad on the counter before setting tools down. Courteous: Options were offered and my questions were answered. There was no high-pressure pitch to add lots of extra work. They were quiet, polite, and focused. I recommend them and will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Was on the schedule for a re-pipe after the freeze. Tiffany called to let me know that Edgar was on the way, and he arrived shortly after. Around 8:30 am. Edgar walked around with me and explained exactly what he would be working on. After, he immediately began unloading tools and supplies, lined it all up and started assembling lines and fittings.The re-pipe took nearly all day, until about 5:30 pm! During that time, Edgar methodically worked on one area at a time, removing old galvanized pipe, replacing with PEX, until it was all complete.Edgar was extremely professional and courteous, and Tiffany and their little crew were kind and considerate. I will definitely call Plunge-it in the future if needed.
