    I have a Lions paw bath tub made January 1942 that was given to me many years ago. Im a retired Pipefitter and was at my wits end trying to get it hooked up correctly. I decided to try to find a Plumber with experience with out of date early twentieth century plumbing technology. JnJ came out and looked at it and the Master Plumber said he could do it. He was able to locate the correct fittings which are not shelf items at stores any longer. They had to revise some of my existing plumbing under the house to get the job done. They did an outstanding job. Got it hooked up. When completed they did a great clean up leaving the bathroom cleaner than when they arrived even pulling off their work boots before coming in the house. They were more than reasonable on the price too. If you have a small job or need a whole house plumbed these are your go to guys here in South East Texas and Polk county.Thanks Jimmy, my wife can now take her princes bath

    I wish you could rate more than 5 Stars because JNJ is at least a “10”! They are honest, reasonable and stand behind their work 100%. Another company charged us $400 but unable to do the job and wanted an additional $1400 to come back out and “Finish” the job. And why would i want to call them again? JNJ charged $700 to start and finish the job all in one trip! Did I mention they were honest and reasonable? JNJ will be MY Go To Plumber from now on. A HUGE THANK YOU to JNJ for fixing are plumbing problems.Pat L

    Jimmy and Danny were prompt, very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working!!! We are VERY PLEASED with this experience and as I told them while they were here” yall have definitely become my only GO TO plumbing company in the future. I will also be sharing our experience with everyone in the Lake Livingston Estates section 1. These guys resolved our issues and we can rest easy knowing our plumbing system is repaired properly and promptly. This company had also done some work for is about a year or two ago and they also did a great job then too!!     New install on my bathtub with some concrete work 2 day job except I had the wrong diverter I bought from Fergusons. Jimmy worked through the problem. He would come in the evenings after working a long day to fix it. Very polite man and I would definitely recommend him to others looking for a good plumber.

    I had three prior plumbers out here to assist with my mainline drain problem that had been sometime occurring. One estimate I had thought it should all be replaced and that was some 50 feet and a cost estimated $7000. But, I met and talk with Jimmy the owner of JNJ, he can Chris talk to me about just repairing the necessary. Come to find out, it was roots from a few Tallow trees nearby. Scheduled a time came out and within 3 1/2 hours had the broken root filled areas found repaired and back in working condition. The cost saved was much better than the prior. Glad to know there in the area and will call them for other plumbing need. Great company to work, so personable and professional .

    Jimmy and Janet both were very professional! I called and within the same day they came out. Jimmy did a fantastic job and was very cordial with everything. I love supporting small businesses and appreciate what they do. He ran quickly to the store to grab a few parts we needed and came back fast. Great experience overall! Cheaper than other plumbers in the area.

    What an Awesome company! I just bought a home and discovered 2 unnerving leaks in the house. I called the first plumber in my area off of my Google search and another reputable plumbing company actually recommended JNJ to me. Shelby was professional, polite, and courteous anytime we spoke on the phone and she went the extra mile to keep me updated on when the technician would be arriving (so I could time when to leave the office). Jimmy was on time and figured out exactly what was causing the leaks within seconds. You can definitely tell this is a trade he enjoys and is very skilled in because he efficiently fixed the problem in no time at all. All their work is warrantied which shows that they’re confident in getting their work done right the first time! Working with local companies is the way to go. Definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Great people!

    JNJ listened to me on the phone. Jimmy was on time and did the job in a timely manner. He was professional, plus they problem was solved in one trip. When the service was setup Janet listened to what the problem was. Asked for pictures of the faucet. They had a comparable faucet with them at the time of service. Great job!

    Jimmy with JNJ plumbing helped get my plumbing system functioning like new! I had another plumber out but he couldnt fix it , I tried DIY still nothing.     I had a problem with my electric tankless water heater. I called JNJ they answered right away came out within the morning hour and troubleshot and diagnosed and fixed the issue!! Turned out to be clogged with sediment from the city water lines… we were able to flush the water heater and while we were at it flushed out the faucets in all the sinks and showers. They offered some recommendations on an in-home filter for prevention and we even talked bbq for a bit. These guys are independently owned and operated and will be my go-to for plumbing from now on!!     JandJ came out much sooner than expected to fix an issue that I had with my water heater. Once the work was done, they even came back later in the day to check up and make sure it was working. Very professional and efficient. I can’t recommend them enough for any plumbing work needed.

    Jimmy came to us the next morning to snake our commercial location after I called everyone and tried to get emergency services at a great price. He spent half a day at our location to make sure our tenants were happy and what he was hired to do was completed!     Needed two very old water heaters replaced. JnJ bent over backwards to research water heaters I needed to work with my NEST smart home. After installation, old water heaters were removed at no additional cost. Overall a great experience at a fair price. I have definitely found my Livingston plumber.

    My neighbor notified me that he could smell gas coming from around my house. The gas company came and found 2 leaks that would have to be fixed by a plumber. I was out of town and called JNJ and asked them to come and fix the leak. They repaired the leak and when I returned home the job was finished and my gas was back on.

    Unbelievably, they responded to my text and email messages on a Sunday! And they found a way to get out on Monday to fix my broken water main. Extremely professional and did their work very quickly. I was very happy with the price they charged. I have already hired them to lay some more water lines for me.I have recently used JNJ for another project, extending water lines to a new garden area. As before, they responded promptly to my inquiry, got me a quote very quickly, and got me scheduled quicker than expected. They showed up on time, did a great job, and gave me an extremely fair price on some extra work I added to their scope. These folks are extremely dependable and will remain my first-call for plumbing needs.
