Over the weekend our kitchen sink was draining slowly and on Sunday, totally clogged up. We called Vona Plumbing first thing Monday morning and were told someone would be at the house, either late morning or afternoon. We hung up and within a half hour, Fred was at our door. He got right to work, snaked the line and solved the problem very quickly. Fred couldnt have been nicer!. Hes very knowledgeable (has been doing this for a few years) and a pleasure to work with. Service the way it used to be!

I would like to thank Fred, who was able to help out my parents today. Fred took special care to find and fix the leak in their bathroom. He was receptful about their home and made sure to make minimal damage to their walls. He was professional, knowledgeable and informative, He even took a little extra time to explain the problem and repair to my family. I really appreciate his service and I highly recommend him! Even though they had to cancel our appointment we rescheduled. Otto came and got the job done quickly to repair and replace a utility sink. Otto has done work at the house before and have been pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We have been using Vona since we moved in 9 years ago (my parents recommended) Otto will come as quickly as possible (we had water in basement). He is so knowledgeable and can find issues quickly. We had to replace sump pump and he explained why our emergency pump didnt go on. He is dependable and we would trust him with any job, big or small!

We had Vona Plumbing install a new water heater in our home. They installed our last one 14 yrs ago. One thing for sure their service hasent changed. They are very kind guys and very respectful in your home. If you want HONEST, RELIABLE PEOPLE, CALL THEM! YOU WONT BE SORRY! Also their prices are the best! Thanks guys!

Use them both at work and home. Only bad part is getting them on the phone Other than that, Otto has been the plumber we get almost every time. Good man, hard working, and gets the problem solved right the first time.
