We have utilized the services of this plumbing company twice now to help us out in a tight spot and were very satisfied. Their office manager, Rose, is fantastic; I hope they pay her what she is worth. The company is very responsive and was able to send us a plumber both times on the day we called. Both individuals who showed up (at separate times), Kevin and Alex, were professional and explained all of the charges. As far as our experience goes, their fees were not out of line with other companies in the area. Their customer service, however, was far ABOVE average, and that is truly a godsend when dealing with a plumbing emergency.

We called Peterson Plumbing when our water heater was having issues. They sent someone out the same day, the worker was kind, explained everything to us in a respectful and non-condescending manner (which as a woman who knows nothing about plumbing issues is very important to me) and were able to get us a new water heater the same day. They are reasonably priced and gave me the estimate up front. Its been a few months now and our new water heater is awesome. We will be using them again.

Absolutely wowed by this company. Our basement in our 120-year-old home flooded due to a sump pump issue. The water soaked our water heater and it needed to be replaced as it could not be repaired. We called many local places and they wanted $99-$139 just to tell me it needed to be replaced. I emailed Peterson Plumbing at 8:10am, received a call back by 8:30am and the installation team arrived by 9:15am! They were courteous and quick. All was said and done by 10:30am and 45 minutes later, we had hot water again. The price was so incredibly reasonable for the tank we purchased, and I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again if anything goes wrong. Thank you, thank you!

Absolutely wonderful. I spoke with Rose when I first called to explain sump pump repair/replacement needed. She was wonderful with acknowledging what I needed at the moment. Her response that she would have a plumber come to my home today and repair/replace sump pump was what I was asking. Timing worked out well and I had service arrive in the afternoon. Jim, the service tech responding, was exactly what I expected —- he explained what the problem was that he saw and answered the questions I asked. Excellent representative of Peterson. Pricing was reasonable and I gave him the okay to fix the issues. I would 100% recommend Peterson Heating/plumbing.

I noticed we had no hot water and went down to the basement to see the water heater leaking after 5pm Tuesday night. I left them a voicemail and spent the night looking into the average prices for a new one. They open at 7:30 am. At 7:31 the next morning they called me and I gave them the details of what I needed. They called back shortly with a quote below the average prices I saw online the night before. I didnt even call around. They gave me a 3 hour window that they would be there between 12 to 3. By 3:30 the job was all done and I was good to go. I probably didnt need to include all these details but I want you to know how attentive, quick, affordable and just plain fantastic they were.

They have great service and are both prompt and professional.Just yesterday, they literally saved us big time from flooding in our house. Our sump pump failed and JUST as it was about to overflow, Jamie from Peterson Plumbing and Heating arrived and had us all set with a new sump pump within minutes. Satisfied customer. Save your money and patience and call Peterson first!Called Peterson when I found my boiler leaking at 7:30 AM in the morning. My Boiler was fixed by 11:00 AM the same day.Rose was awesome and worked with me to get Peterson all the info they needed prior to an installer showing up. She also fit me in to an installers day that already filled with appointments to help me out ASAP.James, the onsite technician had completely fixed my issue and was done with the repair within 45 minutes of showing up. He also took the extra time to answer my questions and inform me about basics of my boiler.Their services and prices are appropriately priced. Peterson will be my plumber/hvac team as long as I live in CNY.Thank you for solving what seemed to be like a major issue for me within hours.

Today at 1:30 pm I noticed water dripping in my restaurant kitchen. I realized that the tenant above must have had a leak under there sink. I called Peterson plumbing expecting they’d come within a few days to see what was wrong. With in an hour a plumber came diagnosed the problem. A leaky faucet. I thought I’d have to purchase a new faucet and it’d be an expensive fix. Well to my surprise the plumber changed the gaskets in the faucet and I didn’t have to purchase a new faucet. I can’t tell enough people about how good Peterson plumbing is. They are always looking out for the customer. Never trying to line there pockets. You absolutely can’t go wrong using Peterson plumbing

Had a leaking pipe from my kitchen since into my basement over this past summer. I called and they sent someone right out to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to help fix my issue. That would be the third time ive used them since moving into my house. I called to have the line replaced from my street up to the house and into the basement for the main shutoff. They where so much more reasonably priced than any other plumber. They are so respectful and considerate. I always reccomend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done. They will be the only plumbing company i will use. Keep up the good work

I had to call while I was out of town to address an issue at a rental property, it was after hours, and the owner answered the phone. So rare to get that type of service these days.
