LX Construction was hired to frame a basement of about 1,000 sq ft. After getting a few estimates we decided to go with Jose and his team because he gave us the most competitive price for the quality of workmanship delivered. He walked us through the project and gave his insights throughout and along with our vision for the basement layout he definitely delivered. His work is professional level. He and his team delivered on all levels. When they gave me a time of arrival it was always met exactly to what he said. They cleaned up afterwards daily. The end result was a 100% satisfaction to us specially our daughter who will be moving downstairs and they made her wishes come true. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a project started. You would be making a mistake if you didn’t give him a call first for your home project needs.

Jose was referred to us by a home inspector in Castle Rock. I was told he works for the major home builders, has lots of connections and did a great job on his basement. Jose was up front about his price, his start date and how long it would take to finish. Jose showed up on time, worked productively each day and finished on time, 3 days! Walls were plumb, level and square. He knows the county guidelines for residential inspection and installed everything needed to pass our rough inspection. Jose provided layout suggestions that we hadnt thought of which enhanced the basement design. We used Jose’s connections to other contractors and they as well provided great workmanship and value. Jose knows what he is doing and shows it through his work. We are thrilled with our new basement. You will not regret hiring Jose as your contractor.

Wow! Our basement finish project is complete and it looks fantastic!! It all started with Jose from Lx Construction! He helped us put vision to practical application and turn our unfinished basement into a recreation room, bed and bath with a secret nook closet and plenty of storage space. He also provided great references for other trades that did excellent work, and Jose remained available as an advisor throughout our project. We are so happy with the results! Jose was super friendly and easy to work with—a great attitude and very responsive!

Jose helped us with some framing and did a fantastic job. He was very communicative and flexible when we had change of plans. When we asked for a few adjustments to the framing he also came back and redid some of the work so that we were fully happy with the result, which we especially appreciated. He even recommended a few other contractors (who also did a great job) to help with other parts of our project and coordinated with them so the work could all be done at the same time. Throughout the process Jose communicated ideas and potential future conflicts while framing out my basement. Jose framed our basement and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was a referral from some friends and we are so thankful to have worked with him. His communication was excellent, his work quality is impeccable, his work ethic is phenomenal, and he really takes pride in his work. At the start of the project, he discovered that the designer that we hired to design our basement had mis-measured some things and her unfamiliarity with codes required us to make some changes. Because of his experience and extensive knowledge of city codes, he came up with some great alternatives and was so accommodating of the necessary changes, even the ones that we threw at him at the last minute. It’s so hard to find contractors like Jose these days, so we HIGHLY recommend him and we hope to have the opportunity to work with him again. We can’t thank you enough Jose!

If you are looking for a quality framer, Jose is your man, but he doesn’t stop there! As a person who has grown up in the construction business it is not always easy to find help that is honest, lives up to doing a good job RIGHT the first time and charges a fair price! I found him on google and took a chance. Jose showed up on time, worked to help me find other contractors (plumbing, gas, electrical, dry wall etc), worked with other trades to find solutions and overall showed integrity and honesty in all our communication. He takes pride in doing quality work and recommending others trades who will do the same. I will use Jose again and cannot recommend him highly enough! Jose designed and installed framing for a 1500 square foot basement finish. He was awesome from the first day I met him. We did not have specific plans drawn out for him to frame. Instead I gave him ideas for the types of rooms we wanted and he helped with placement and ideas. He would do a temporary layout and we would improve the ideas together. He always arrived on time when he said he would and worked hard throughout the day. He kept a clean work space and also had many contacts for other jobs within the basement if we needed. He has the capability and knowledge to be a general contractor. He loves his job and he always treated me with respect. Now that the job is done, my family misses seeing him and seeing his progress. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled framer.

José is outstanding to work with. Im so glad I found his ad.I had been looking for someone to finish my unfinished basement for months. I wanted to add a bedroom, office, rec room, and bathroom. Id gotten quotes from some, never heard back from others, and some I didnt feel comfortable with.José was eager to do the job, gave me an estimate, and I really felt like he would do it well. Im glad I hired him. He was able to get the basement ready for rough inspection within a week! Framing, plumbing, electric, and HVAC!Every day he showed up when he said he would, and he worked as hard as Ive ever seen. He communicated well, he made sure I was involved in any small changes, and he made me and my wife feel comfortable - he wore a mask the entire time, was very respectful, and very honest.He has a few other teams he reaches out to for different jobs.
